Claims (11)
- Befestigungselement zum Befestigen von Isolationsbahnen (2) oder -platten und gegebenenfalls zusätzlichen Abdichtungsbahnen (3) auf einem festen Unterbau (6), bestehend aus einer Schraube (9), welche wenigstens über einen Teil der Länge ihres Schaftes (11) mit einem Gewinde versehen ist und einen Schraubenkopf (10) aufweist. und einer großflächigen Unterlegscheibe (7) mit einem rohrförmigen Fortsatz (8), wobei der Fortsatz (8) der Unterlegscheibe (7) wenigstens über einen großen Teilabschnitt seiner Länge einen zur drehbaren Aufnahme und zum axialen Verschieben des Schraubenkopfes (10) ausreichend großen Innenquerschnitt aufweist und an seinem der Unterlagscheibe (7) abgewandten Endbereich (12) zum Durchtritt des Schaftes (11) der Schraube (9) verengt ist, wobei ein Abschnitt des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Schaftes (11) der Schraube (9) formschlüssig in die Durchgangsöffnung das Fortsatzes (8) eingreift, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraube (9) zumindest über einen Großteil der Länge das Schaftes (11) mit einem Gewinde versehen ist, weiches durchgehend die gleiche Gewindesteigung aufweist, und daß der Außendurchmesser (DA) des mit einem Gewinde versehenen Schaftes (11) der Schraube (9) größer ist als die freie Durchgangsöffnung des verengten Bereiches (12) des rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8), so daß die Schraube (9) und der rohrförmige Fortsatz (8) in dessen verengtem Bereich (12) mittels eines gegenseitigen Gewindeeingriffes in Wirkverbindung stehen bzw. durch Eindrehen der Schraube (9) in die Durchgangsöffnung in eine solche Wirkverbindung bringbar sind, um eine axiale Verstellung durch Verdrehen das rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8) gegenüber der Schraube (9) zu bewirken.
- Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Schraube (9) über die ganze Länge des Schaftes (11) mit einem Gewinde versehen ist.
- Befestigungselement nach den Ansprüchen 1 und 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß am Schaft (11) der Schraube (9) zwei verschieden ausgebildete Gewindeabschnitte (13, 14) vorgesehen sind.
- Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Gewindeabschnitte (13, 14) am Schaft (11) der Schraube (9) unterschiedlichen Durchmesser, jedoch die gleiche Gewindesteigung aufweisen.
- Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Gewindeabschnitt (14) mit dern kleineren Durchmesser am freien Endbereich des Schaftes (11) der Schraube (9) als zweigängiges Gewinde ausgebildet ist.
- Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei dem zweigängigen Gewinde des einen Gewindeabschnittes (14) die beiden Gewindegänge verschiedenen Außendurchmesser aufweisen.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß bei zwei Gewindeabschnitten (13, 14) unterschiedlichen Durchmessers die Durchgangsöffnung am verengten Bereich (12) des rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8) annähernd dem Außendurchmesser des Abschnittes (14) das Schaftes (11) mit dem im Durchmesser kleineren Gewinde entspricht.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung im verengten Bereich (12) des rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8) zylindrisch ausgeführt ist.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Durchgangsöffnung im verengten Bereich (12) des rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8) im Querschnltt unrund oder mit an der Wandung ausgebildeten Rippen. Erhebungen, Noppen, Karben oder dergleichen ausgeführt ist.
- Verfahren zum Befestigen von Isolationsbahnen (2) oder -platten und gegebenenfalls zusätzlichen Abdichtungsbahnen (3) oder bituminösen Unterschichten auf einem festen Unterbau (6) aus dünnem Beton, mit einem aus einer Schraube (9) und einer großflächigen Unterlegscheibe (7) mit einem rohrförmigen Fortsatz (8) bestehenden Befestigungselement nach den Ansprüchen 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vorerst in dem aus isolationsbahnen (2) oder -platten, Abdichtungsbahnen (3) und gegebenenfalls zusätzlichen Schichten (4, 5) bestehenden Aufbau eine im wesentlichen dem Außendurchmesser des rohrförmigen Fortsatzes (8) entsprechende Bohrung (15) hergestellt wird, dann in dem aus Beton bestehenden Unterbau (6) eine auf das Gewinde der Schraube (9) oder gegebenenfalls auf einen Dübel zum Einsatz der Schraube (9) angepaßte Bohrung (18) gefertigt wird, anschließend die Unterfegscheibe (7) mit dem rohrförmigen Fortsatz (81 und die Schraube (9) eingesetzt werden und die Schraube (9) auf die vorgesehene Eindringtiefe eingedreht wird, wobei die Schraube dabei ein Gegengewinde in den verengten Endbereich (12) des Fortsatzes (8) einformt bzw. in ein dort ausgebildetes Gewinde eingreift, und abschließend bei Bedarf einer stärkeren Anpreßkraft der Unterlegscheibe (7) auf die oberste Abdichtungsbahn (3) die Unterlegscheibe (7) samt dem rohrförmigen, mit dem Gewinde auf der Schraube (9) in Wirkverbindung stehenden Fortsatz (8) relativ zur Schraube (9) verdreht wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der oberste Rand der durch den rohrförmigen Fortsatz (8) in der Unterlegscheibe (7) gebildeten Öffnung mit einem Antrienswerkzeug in Wirkverbindung bringbar ist.
