- Weave WB (partially shown to the right of the heald frames 14) also on the dismantling side.
- a so-called crockery trolley 15 is on the dismantling side intended. This is attached together with the ones attached to it Supporting elements - the slat support rails 12, heald frames 14 and a holder for the reed - in the illustrated Position inserted in the base frame and carries after the Feed the dishes with the warp threads.
- the functions described are distributed over several modules, which represent practically autonomous machines or systems, which are controlled by the common control computer.
- the main modules of the drawing machine already mentioned are preferably built up again in a modular manner and include Supply modules. This modular structure is in the Swiss patent No. CH 679 871.
- FIG. 1 is to be understood purely as an illustration: the warp threading machine, in which the device according to the invention for picking up, holding and feeding dishes, e.g. can be installed as a module, in whole or also considerably in detail from the machine shown in FIG. 1 differ.
- the pull-in needle comprises 7, which forms the main component of the feed module Gripper belt 16 and a clamp gripper carried by this 17.
- the pull-in needle 7 is in one stroke direction (arrow P) channel-like guide 18 which extends from the frame 5th in a straight direction up to an arcuate end part 19 extends.
- the guide 18 passes through the drawing machine and is in the area of tableware elements (slats LA, strands LI) and the reed WB each interrupted to feed the crockery elements to the feed position and their further transport after moving in until handover (arrow S) to the support members (lamella support rails 12 or heald frames 14) and the drawing of the warp threads into the reed WB (the so-called leaf pricking).
- LD and HD perform the same functions by offering them sequentially or step by step Take over the crockery elements to the feed point transport and to a Transport the transfer point where the transfer to the Supporting elements, i.e. the slat support rails 12 or heald frames 14 takes place.
- 3a is a device for feeding healds LI shown to a separation station 30.
- all three rails are essentially parallel aligned with each other.
- the three Rails each have an equal angle of inclination ( ⁇ ) that is 10 ° in the illustrated embodiment.
- ⁇ angle of inclination
- the two feed rails 31, 32 are aligned such that they are from an introductory 36 to the - highly schematic shown - separating station 30 down are inclined.
- the feed rails 31, 32 thus retain until _ to or into the separation station 30 an inclination.
- a coupling element 37, 38 is attached to each Hand magazines (not shown) for heald stacks detachable can be attached.
- the coupling elements 37, 38 enable thus, a stack of strands from a hand magazine to transfer the feed rails 31, 32.
- the separating end of the upper feed rail 32 is one Stopper 39 attached, which on the one hand prevents strands 33 fall off the feed rail 32. Secondly, it supports the stopper 39 the positioning of the first Strand in the separation station 30.
- the distance A between the two - in the stranded state - parallel mutually extending feed rails 31, 32 is selected that each with their upper and lower guide eyes 43, 44 introduced on the two feed rails 31, 32 Strands essentially move on the rails can without getting caught or jamming (see. Fig. 4 and 5).
- the feed rails 31, 32 a distance from each other through which the strands at least extend slightly within the drawing plane of Fig. 3a and substantially vertical to that arranged by arrow 45
- Direction of transport of the strands on the feed rails can move.
- the direction of transport runs parallel to the longitudinal axes of the rails.
- the two feed rails 31, 32 and the guide rail 34 are attached to a frame 46 which is connected to the warp threading machine.
- the lower feed rail 32 is rotatably mounted on the frame about an axis of rotation 40 oriented vertically to the plane of the drawing.
- the axis of rotation 40 is located between the guide rail and the feed rail 31 in the region of the lower end of the feed rail 31 and thus also in the region of the separating station 30.
- the feed rail 31 is also provided with a compression spring, not shown, which acts against the weight G of the feed rail , The spring engages - seen from the axis of rotation and in the longitudinal direction of the feed rail - behind the center of gravity of the feed rail 31.
- a lever arm D 1 with which the weight G of the feed rail 31 rotates about the axis of rotation 40 is smaller than the lever arm D 2 with which the spring force F F generates a moment with respect to the axis of rotation 40.
- the spring force F F is dimensioned in such a way that the weight G and the spring force F F at least approximately equilibrium with respect to the axis of rotation 40.
- the equation F G * D 1 ⁇ F F * D 2 applies.
- the inclination of the lower feed rail 31 adapts to the orientation of the strand stack.
- strands 33 that have already been used several times, it can happen that the strands 33 are deformed. This can lead to strands 33 of the stack not being arranged orthogonally but obliquely with respect to the upper feed rail 31, as is the case with the strand stack in FIG. 3b for the strands 33 of the stack which are at the rear in the transport direction.
- the corresponding strands of the stack therefore tend to get caught on one of the feed rails with one of their guide eyelets, as a result of which the contact pressure required to transport these strands on the feed rails 31, 32 increases.
- the above-described suspension of the lower feed rail 31 now causes the lower feed rail 31 to raise the lower feed rail 31 with respect to the upper feed rail 32 with its lower guide eyelets and to rotate it about a certain angle of rotation about the axis of rotation 40.
- the feed rail 31 thus has an inclination angle ⁇ 1 which differs from the angle ⁇ .
- the force required for this is relatively low due to the essentially "floating" suspension of the feed rail. It follows from this that the two feed rails are only aligned parallel to one another if no strands 33 are arranged on the feed rails 31, 32, or if all strands of a stack are oriented orthogonally to both feed rails 31, 32.
- the carriage 35 movably arranged on the guide rail 34, for which purpose this rolling bearings, namely three rollers 47, on the Supported guide rail 34.
- the carriage 35 has one first C-shaped boom 48 on the guide rail 34 engages and the carriage 35 on the guide rail leads.
- a second boom 49 which has an upper side 50 of the lower feed rail 31 projects, the carriage presses 35 against the last strand in the direction of transport 45 a strand of strands.
- the carriage 35 can then are released, whereby this rolls up to the strand of strands. As already described above, it results from the pressure of the carriage on the strand stack a constant great force, which is an essentially constant great Pressing force for the first strand of the stack to the Separation station results, regardless of the Number of strands in the stack.
- the device has a feed rail 131, which with a first and a second section 140, 141 is.
- the two sections 140, 141 are opposite to a horizontal with different angles of inclination ⁇ 'and ⁇ 'inclined.
- the angles of inclination ⁇ ', ⁇ ' are also - except for the transitions from one section to another - also constant.
- section 141 maintains its angle of inclination ⁇ 'to the end of the feed rail 131 in the separating station 130 at.
- the introducer 136 there is a substantially horizontal third section 142 of the feed rail available.
- a swivel rail 151 can be attached with its free end 152 become.
- the other end of the swivel rail is in one Swivel bearing 153 attached through which the swivel rail 151 in a substantially horizontal plane is pivotable.
- Both the swivel rail 151 and the Feed rails 131 are on a common frame 146 held, which in turn attached to a warp threading machine can be.
- a first lock 154 is arranged at an incline.
- This Lock 154 has a pneumatically actuated clamping arm 155 on the in a first end position on the feed rail 131 rests and in a second end position at a distance from the feed rail 131 is arranged. Holds in the first end position the clamp arm thus slats back while it is in its second end position another transport of the slats in Allows direction to the separation station 130.
- a second Lock 156 is in the area of the transition from section 141 with the larger angle of inclination ⁇ 'to section 140 with the less large angle of inclination ⁇ 'provided.
- a third lock 157 is arranged in the area of the end of the feed rail located in the separating station. Both the second as well as the third lock 156, 157 have the clamping arm the first lock comparable to that in two End positions can be arranged.
- the first lock 154 block the respective shut-off devices of the second and third Lock 156, 157 in its first end position against the rail - seen in the direction of transport - a feed of the slats behind the respective lock.
- the Locks hold the in this end position - in the direction of transport seen - slats arranged in front of them on the rail back.
- the locks are designed so that the shut-off devices clamp the feed rail 131 in their first end position, whereby these are held by a lock alone can.
- the feed rail not directly attached to the frame is therefore kept alone by the locks depending on the switching status of the locks by one or more of the three locks 154, 156, 157.
- the locks are switched so that even during the switching processes always at least one lock 154, 156, 157 the feed rail stuck.
- a swivel Presser 158 On the same cross strut of the frame on which the Swivel rail 151 is attached, is also a swivel Presser 158 arranged.
- the presser 158 has a hydraulically actuated Printing cylinder on by a central control the pulling machine is operated.
- a pressing element 160 At the free end of the Piston 159 of the pressing device 158 is a pressing element 160 arranged with which the presser 158 against the last slat of a stack of lamellas that presses - in the direction of transport Seen 145 - behind the second lock 156 located.
- inductive sensor 161 with which the Presence of slats 133 and / or a certain size of a stack of lamellae can be detected on the feed rail 131 is.
- the sensor a certain piston position is detected, that of a certain one Remaining number of slats corresponds to 133. When reached In this position, the sensor sends a signal to the control.
- the pneumatic presser also a slide, similar to 3a, can be provided.
- This slide could be on a separate guide rail be led and only because of its own weight press against the stack of fins.
- Frictional forces between the sled and its rail as well the slats and the feed rail 131 is also preferred here if the total weight of the sled resulting slope downforce is equal to or greater than Frictional forces between the sled and its rail as well the slats and the feed rail 131.
- the Inclination angle ⁇ 'of the first section 140 of the feed rail preferably chosen so that the due to the Slope downforce resulting from weight the rail essentially the static friction between the metallic fins 133 and the metallic feed rail 131 corresponds.
- the second lock 156 is also closed and the third lock 157 opened. If it is ensured that the second lock is actually closed, the first lock 154 opened, causing the new stack of slats can be pushed manually in front of the second lock 156.
- the presser 158 continues to press against the stack of fins lying at the separation point. Each time a slat is removed from the slat stack the presser 158 a feed which is approximately the Corresponds to the thickness of a lamella. As soon as the sensor 161 of the Presser 158 responds, it sends a signal to the (not shown) control of the drawing machine. The sensor sends its signal is approximately off when the separation station 130 the lamella stack previously located in front of the separation point has worked as far as possible. Because of this signal the sensor then becomes the third and the first Lock 154, 157 closed and the second lock 156 opened.
- the stack of fins is located between the third and the second lock 157, 156.
- the second lock 156 is then closed and the third and first locks 157, 154 opened.
- the first and the second lock 154, 156 are now ready again, from the swivel rail 151 to another stack of slats take over that as a stack of lamella stack on the feed rail 131 can be loaded.
- the presser 158 is in the meantime at the end of now arranged in front of the separation station 130 stack of lamellae scaled back.
- the presser is in system brought against the stack of slats.
- the presser now presses with a certain force against the stack of slats.
- the size of the force is such that the separation station 130 safely the foremost slat (and only this slat) can capture and transport.

Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a device for feeding Weaving harness elements, in particular strands or lamellae, for their subsequent separation in a separation station a drawing-in machine which has at least one feed rail has on which the weaving tableware elements can be arranged, the weaving harness elements with guide elements, such as guide eyes are provided with which the weaving harness elements encompass at least one feed rail.
To prepare the weave you need a warp threading machine Weave harness elements such as strands and slats on the warp thread be raised. This is usually done by that a stack of the respective woven tableware elements is fed to a separating station. Such separation stations for strands or lamellae are known per se. Even though the separation stations for strands differ from those for slats usually differ in terms of construction, common to them is that they stack the harness elements each a woven tableware element, namely that remove the foremost element. A transport facility then transports the individual woven tableware element another point on the warp threading machine the harness is placed on a warp thread. Around trouble-free operation of a warp threading machine It is therefore important to ensure that the harness elements from the respective separation station from the appropriate stack safely and at the scheduled time isolated and made available for further transport become. In the context of the present invention, it has now shown that the reasons for an unsatisfactory Functional reliability of separation stations already in the feeding devices to search for the separation stations.
They are devices for feeding strands to a separation station previously known, in which the strands on a horizontally aligned feed rail are guided. To the separating station to generate a contact pressure which It is an advantage to securely grasp individual strands in the feed device known from WO 92/05303, for example, a pneumatically operated feed device Press against the strand of strands. Because with this device the pneumatically operated presser is absolutely necessary on the one hand, it is a comparative one elaborate construction. On the other hand, it has been shown that in spite of the presser the functional reliability of the feed device cannot fully satisfy.
In the known devices for feeding slats is disadvantageous that also at the separation point there is no constant contact pressure of the slats. Consequently are in one during the processing of a stack of lamellas Separation station no constant conditions for that Separation of the foremost slats in front. This can the cause of malfunctions in the automatic separation of the slats.
The invention is therefore based on the object of devices for feeding woven tableware elements, such as either Wires or lamellas to create in a separation station, their functional reliability compared to corresponding previously known Devices are improved.
This object is achieved in a device of the type mentioned Kind solved in which the at least one existing feed rail the device with respect to a horizontal one Inclination, which leads to the use of their guide eyes preferably woven tableware elements arranged directly on the feed rail a downhill force acts like this in is specified in the combination of features of claim 1.
An important advantage of this solution is that due to the inclination of the rail a downward slope of the arranged the feed rail woven harness elements is used to promote the dishes in the direction of Separation station and for pressing the woven tableware elements the separation station can be used. This makes it possible regardless of the size of the stack of woven tableware elements, relatively even relationships with regard to To produce crockery elements in the separation station. This contributes to a high level of functional reliability during separation to reach the dishes.
In a further advantageous embodiment according to the invention the device has a carriage which is against pushes the strand stack. Is the feed rail also provided with the previously described angle of inclination - at that between the static or sliding friction force and the downhill force there is at least approximately a balance - So the strands lie with a substantially constant Contact pressure at the separation station. This contact pressure results from the weight of the slide or one other pressing elements and is independent of the weight of the strand stack and thus the number of strands.

CH 679 871 beschrieben. The functions described are distributed over several modules, which represent practically autonomous machines or systems, which are controlled by the common control computer. The main modules of the drawing machine already mentioned are preferably built up again in a modular manner and include Supply modules. This modular structure is in the Swiss patent No. CH 679 871.
Figur 1 ist rein illustrativ zu verstehen: Die Kettfadeneinziehmaschine, in welcher die erfindungsgemässe Vorrichtung zum Aufnehmen, Halten und Zuführen von Geschirrelementen, z.B. als Modul eingebaut werden soll, kann im Ganzen oder auch im Detail erheblich von der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Maschine abweichen.FIG. 1 is to be understood purely as an illustration: the warp threading machine, in which the device according to the invention for picking up, holding and feeding dishes, e.g. can be installed as a module, in whole or also considerably in detail from the machine shown in FIG. 1 differ.

The feeding of the lamellae LA or the strands LI at their Feed position and its further transport until handover The slats are distributed to the respective supporting elements by a sub-module LD or strand distribution HD.

Litze in der Separierstation 30.At the upper insertion ends 36 of the two
Fig. 4 und
The distance A between the two - in the stranded state - parallel

31 an.
As shown in Fig. 3a, the two
With this measure it can be achieved that the inclination of the
The previously discussed suspension of at least one of the two

As shown in FIGS. 3a and 3b, the
It has been shown that certain profile shapes of the feed rails

To separate a strand stack, this is first

Neigungswinkel α' ca. 20° und der Neigungswinkel β' ca. 42°.6 is a device according to the invention for the

Restanzahl an Lamellen 133 entspricht.
On the same cross strut of the frame on which the
In weiteren alternativen Ausführungsformen könnte anstelle
131 entspricht. In other alternate embodiments could take place

An essentially continuous - and therefore one

liegt an dessen Absperrorgan an.
156. Anschliessend wird die zweite Schleuse 156 geschlossen
und die dritte und erste Schleuse 157, 154 geöffnet. Die erste
und zweite Schleuse 154, 156 sind damit wieder bereit,
von der Schwenkschiene 151 einen weiteren Lamellenstapel zu
übernehmen, der als Lamellenstapelvorrat auf der Zuführschiene
131 aufmagaziniert werden kann.During this process, the
The

- The device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized in that at least one switchable air lock (154, 156, 157) is provided on the feeder rail and is provided with a cut-off element, which can be converted to at least two end positions, whereby in a first end position, a stack of drop wires can be retained and stored on the feeder rail, and in a second end position, the air lock releases the feeder rail for transport of the stack of drop wires.
- The device according to Claim 13, characterized by three switchable air locks (154, 156, 157), whereby the switch states of the three air locks are linked together via a higher-level control unit.
- The device according to one or more of the preceding claims, characterized by at least one feeder rail having sections (140, 141, 142) with different angles of slope.
- The device according to Claim 15, characterized in that the feeder rail has first (with respect to a direction of conveyance of the weaving harness element on the feeder rail) a section (141) with a greater slope behind which there is a section (140) having a lesser slope.
- The device according to Claim 16, characterized in that the feeder rail (131) has an angle of slope in the range of 90° < α < 15° in the area of the greater slope and has an angle of slope of 45° ≤ α < 0°, preferably 30° ≤ α ≤ 10°, in the area of the lesser slope.
- A warp thread drawing-in machine for drawing up warp threads on weaving harness elements, characterized by a device according to one or more of the preceding Claims 1 through 17.
