Claims (5)
- Bogenbremssystem für einen Ausleger einer Bogen (3) verarbeitenden Maschine, insbesondere einer Druckmaschine, mit einem betriebsmäßig umlaufenden und periodische Verzögerungs- und Beschleunigungsphasen durchlaufenden, angetriebenen Bremsband (24), das ein Bremstrum (24.1) aufweist, welches einen Saugbereich (27.1) mit einer das Bremstrum (24.1) durchgreifenden Saugwirkung übergreift,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Saugbereich (27.1) derart ausgebildet ist, dass zum Zeitpunkt des Einsetzens einer jeweiligen Verzögerungsphase eine nachlaufende Kante (3.1) des jeweiligen Bogens (3) von dem Saugbereich (27.1) einen Abstand (A) aufweist, der wenigstens so groß wie eine Erstreckung (L) des Saugbereichs (27.1) in Längsrichtung des Bremstrums (24.1) ist, so dass der Saugbereich (27.1) während der gesamten Dauer der Verzögerungsphase mittels des auf dem Bremstrum (24.1) abgelegten Bogens (3) überdeckt ist. - Bogenbremssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine jeweilige der Verzögerungsphasen spätestens mit der Ankunft der nachlaufenden Kante (3.1) eines jeweiligen der Bogen (3) am Saugbereich (27.1) beendet ist. - Bogenbremssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Saugbereich (27.1) auf einen bezüglich der Laufrichtung des Bremstrumes (24.1) stromabwärts gelegenen Abschnitt des Bremstrumes (24.1) beschränkt ist. - Bogenbremssystem nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine jeweilige der Verzögerungsphasen beginnt, nachdem die nachlaufende Kante(3.1) eines jeweiligen der auf das Bremstrum (24.1) abgelegten Bogen (3) das Bremstrum (24.1) erreicht hat. - Bogen verarbeitende Rotationsdruckmaschine
gekennzeichnet durch
ein Bogenbremssystem (11) nach wenigstens einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4.
