Description
Claims (10)
- Verfahren zur Entstaubung von Bedruckstoff (12) in Druckmaschinen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß man den Bedruckstoff über eine befeuchtete Walze (24) laufen läßt und den an der Walze haftenden Staub fortlaufend entfernt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (24) mit Wasser befeuchtet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß dem Wasser Additive zugesetzt werden, die die Adhäsionswirkung für den Staub erhöhen und/oder das Entfernen des Staubes von der Walze (24) erleichtern.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staub mit Hilfe eines Rakelmessers (30) mechanisch von der Oberfläche der Walze (24) abgeschabt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Staub von der Oberfläche der Walze (24) abgesaugt wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Walze (24) in einer an ihrem Umfang angeordneten Waschzone (28; 48) fortlaufend gewaschen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Oberfläche der Walze (24) in der Waschzone (28; 48) befeuchtet wird.
- Vorrichtung zur Entstaubung von Bedruckstoff (12) in einer Druckmaschine, gekennzeichnet durch eine Walze (24), die mit oder ohne Schlupf am Bedruckstoff (12) abrollt, eine Einrichtung (28; 46, 50; 54) zum Befeuchten der Oberfläche der Walze (24) und eine Einrichtung (30; 42; 48) zum fortlaufenden Entfernen des Staubes von der Walzenoberfläche.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Walze (24) eine Rasterwalze ist, die an ihrer Oberfläche ein Näpfchenraster (26) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Einrichtung zum Befeuchten der Walze (24) eine Kammerrakel (28) ist.
