Description
Claims (7)
- Anschlußeinrichtung zur Verbindung eines Türfeststellers (17) mit einem Fahrzeugtürscharnier (1, 2), insbesondere eines aus einem direkt oder indirekt drehsicher mit der einen Scharnierhälfte (1) verbundenen Brems- und Haltekörper und einem drehsicher mit der anderen Scharnierhälfte (2) verbundenen Haltergehäuse (18) bestehenden Türfeststellers (17), dessen Brems- und Haltekörper durch einen eine von der reinen Kreisform abweichende Außenumfangskontur aufweisenden Eingriffskörper (19) und dessen Haltergehäuse (18) durch einen seinerseits eine wenigstens eine Brems- oder Haltestellung markierende Innenumfangskontur aufweisenden Hohlprofilabschnitt gebildet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest das Haltergehäuse (18) des Türfeststellers (17) vermittels eines aus einem unter Druck begrenzt elastisch verformbaren Material bestehenden, beidseitig mit Mitteln für einen formschlüssigen Eingriff mit komplementär gestalteten Gegenformen einerseits am Scharnierauge (16) und andererseits am Haltergehäuse (18) ausgestatteten Verbindungselementes (20) drehsicher mit dem zugehörigen Teil des Scharniers (2) verbunden ist. - Anschlußeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verbindungselement (20) durch einen hinsichtlich seines lichten Profilquerschnitts dem lichten Profilquerschnitt des Haltergehäuses (18) entsprechenden und in axialer Richtung von seiner einen zu seiner anderen Stirnseite abwechselnd mit wenigstens einer axialen Nutausnehmung und wenigstens einem axialen Vorsprung ausgestatteten Ringkörper (20) gebildet ist.
- Anschlußeinrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die freie untere Gewerbefläche (21) des Scharnierauges (16) der einen Scharnierhälfte (2) mit wenigstens einer axial gerichteten nutförmigen Ausnehmung (27) versehen ist, und der das Verbindungselement bildende Ringkörper (20) an seiner dem Scharnierauge (16) zugewandten Stirnseite wenigstens einen axialen Vorsprung (24) aufweist, und daß das Haltergehäuse (18) an seiner dem Scharnierauge (16) zugewandten Stirnseite (28) wenigstens einen axialen Vorsprung (29) aufweist, welchem eine komplementär gestaltete Nutausnehmung (27) im Ringkörper (20) zugeordnet ist.
- Anschlußeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige Verbindungselement (20) an seiner dem Haltergehäuse (18) zugewandten Stirnseite (26) zwei zueinander um 180° versetzt angeordnete, nutartige Ausnehmungen (27) und an seiner dem Scharnierauge (16) zugewandten Stirnseite (28) zwei zueinander um 180° versetzt angeordnete axiale Vorsprünge (29) aufweist.
- Anschlußeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das ringförmige Verbindungselement (20) durch ein Spritzgußteil aus einem Kunststoffmaterial gebildet ist.
- Anschlußeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die wechselweise einerseits an der unteren Gewerbefläche (21) des Scharnierauges (16) bzw. an der oberen Stirnfläche (28) des Haltergehäuses (18) und andererseits an den beiden Stirnseiten des ringförmigen Verbindungselementes (20) ausgebildeten Mittel für einen gegenseitigen formschlüssigen Eingriff jeweils durch eine Vielzahl vorzugsweise rillenförmiger axialer Ausnehmungen gebildet sind.
- Anschlußeinrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das den Brems- und Haltekörper des Türfeststellers (17) bildende Eingriffsteil seinerseits mit dem Schaftteil des Scharnierstifts (3) durch Vermittlung eines aus einem begrenzt elastisch verformbaren Material bestehenden und mit beiden Teilen über wechselweise ausgebildete Vorsprünge und Ausnehmungen im formschlüssigen Eingriff stehendes Kupplungselementes in drehsicherer Antriebsverbindung steht.
