Description

  • Heutzutage sind Stühle mit Sitztiefenverstellungen ausgerüstet, damit Personen, deren Oberschenkellängen nicht den Normmaßen entsprechen, die Sitzfläche des Stuhls auf ihre individuelle Oberschenkellänge anpassen können. Die bisher bekannten Sitztiefenverstellungen weisen entweder einen relativ komplizierten konstruktiven Aufbau auf, oder sie sind nicht besonders ergonomisch in der Bedienung.
  • Aus der DE 93 00 810 U1 ist ein Sitz mit einem Sitzkörper und einem auf diesem aufliegenden Polster bekannt. Der Sitz weist ein zur stufenlosen Einstellung der Sitztiefe verstellbares Vorderteil auf, wobei das Vorderteil einen verschiebbar im Sitzkörper gelagerten, mehr oder weniger weit über diesen nach vorn vorschiebbaren Schieber und einen flexiblen Vorderabschnitt des Polsters enthält, der eine Materialreserve bildet und so über das Vorderende des Schiebers gelegt und von diesem geführt ist, dass er stets mit einer dem jeweiligen Vorschub des Schiebers entsprechenden Länge auf dessen Oberseite aufliegt. Zum Straffhalten des Polsters wird der flexible Vorderabschnitt senkrecht nach unten gezogen.
  • Aus der DE 30 27 807 A1 ist ein Stuhl mit einer Ausschiebemechanik für Fußstützen mit parallel zueinander ausschiebbaren Bauteilen bekannt, wobei Führungsbauteile von Haltebauteilen flexibel gehalten werden.
  • Die vorliegende Erfindung hat die Aufgabe, einen Stuhl, insbesondere einen Arbeitsstuhl, mit einer Sitztiefenverstellung dahin gehend zu verbessern, dass die Sitztiefenverstellung einen sehr einfachen konstruktiven Aufbau aufweist und einfach zu bedienen ist.
  • Die Erfindung löst die gestellte Aufgabe mittels eines Stuhls, insbesondere eines Arbeitsstuhls, mit einer Sitzfläche, deren vorderer Bereich nach unten eingeschlagen und unterhalb der Sitzfläche zur Verkürzung der Sitztiefe nach hinten ziehbar ist. Somit weist die Sitztiefenverstellung einen sehr einfachen konstruktiven Aufau auf und ist mit sehr geringem Aufwand verstellbar.
  • Der vordere Rand des Einschlagbereichs ist an einem parallel zur Sitzfläche verschiebbaren Schlitten befestigt.
  • Damit die Sitzfläche von der auf dem Stuhl sitzenden Person leicht verstellt werden kann, kann parallel zum vorderen Ende der Sitzfläche eine am Schlitten befestigte Stange zum Vor- und Zurückziehen der Sitzfläche angebracht sein. Die Stange kann beidseitig leicht über den Einschlagbereich der Sitzfläche überstehen, sodass sie zur Verstellung der Sitztiefe gleichzeitig als Handgriff eingesetzt werden kann.
  • Um ein leichtes Gleiten des unter der Sitzfläche angebrachten Schlittens zu gewährleisten, kann der Schlitten mindestens eine unter der Sitzfläche angeordnete, in einer Führung geführte Stange aufweisen. Besonders gut und ohne zu verkanten gleitet der Schlitten, wenn er zwei symmetrisch zur Mitte in jeweils mindestens zwei Führungen geführte Stangen aufweist.
  • Um die Sitztiefenverstellung in der gewünschten Position arretieren zu können, kann die mindestens eine Stange und/oder die Führung Arretierelemente aufweisen.
  • Besonders einfach und kostengünstig lassen sich die Arretierelemente in Form von an der mindestens einen Stange oder der Führung angeordneten Kunststoffnoppen oder Kugeln ausbilden, die in Vertiefungen in der zugehörigen Führung oder Stange eingreifen.
  • Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel eines erfindungsgemäßen Stuhls anhand der beiliegenden Zeichnungen näher erläutert.
  • Im Einzelnen zeigen:

  • Fig. 1 zeigt eine Sitzfläche 10 eines hier nicht näher dargestellten Stuhls, an deren Unterseite ein parallel zur Sitzfläche 10 verschiebbarer Schlitten 11 angebracht ist. Der vordere Bereich 12 der Sitzfläche 10 ist nach unten eingeschlagen und mittels einer Stange 13 an der Sitzfläche 10 befestigt. Die Stange 13 weist einen in Längsrichtung der Stange 13 verlaufenden Schlitz 16 auf, durch den das vordere Ende der Sitzfläche 10 in die Stange 13 eingeschoben werden kann. Durch Verschieben des Schlittens 11 nach vorn oder hinten kann somit die Sitzfläche 10 verlängert (Fig. 2) oder verkürzt werden (Fig. 1). Der Schlitten 11 weist zwei Stangen 14 auf, die in zwei Führungen 15 (Fig. 3) geführt sind. Die Führungen 15 und die Stangen 14 weisen hier nicht näher dargestellte Arretierelemente auf, mit denen die jeweils gewünschte Sitztiefe arretiert werden kann.
  • Fig. 3 zeigt den Schlitten 11 aus Fig. 1 von unten in einer perspektivischen Ansicht. Der Schlitten 11 ist auf eine Grundplatte 30 montiert, die ihrerseits an der Unterseite der Sitzfläche 10 aus Fig. 1 angebracht werden kann. Die parallel zur Sitzfläche verschiebbaren Stangen 14 sind teleskopartig ausgebildet und an ihrem einen Ende mit der Stange 13 verbunden. Die beiden überstehenden Enden 31 der Stange 13 ermöglichen es der auf dem Stuhl sitzenden Person, bequem und ohne große Verrenkungen die Sitztiefe nach Belieben zu verstellen.

Claims (5)

  1. Stuhl, insbesondere Arbeitsstuhl, mit einer Sitzfläche (10), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der vordere Bereich (12) der Sitzfläche (10) nach unten eingeschlagen und unterhalb der Sitzfläche (10) zur Verkürzung der Sitztiefe nach hinten ziehbar ist, wobei der vordere Rand des Einschlagbereiches an einem parallel zur Sitzfläche (10) verschiebbaren Schlitten (11) befestigt ist.
  2. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass parallel zum vorderen Ende der Sitzfläche (10) eine am Schlitten (11) befestigte Stange (13) zum Vor- und Zurückziehen der Sitzfläche (10) angebracht ist.
  3. Stuhl nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schlitten (11) mindestens eine unter der Sitzfläche (10) angeordnete, in einer Führung (15) geführte Stange (14) aufweist.
  4. Stuhl nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die mindestens eine Stange (14) und/oder die Führung (15) Arretierelemente aufweisen.
  5. Stuhl nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Arretierelemente in Form von an der mindestens einen Stange ((14) oder der Führung (15) angeordnete Kunststoffnoppen oder Kugeln ausgebildet sind, die in Vertiefungen an der zugehörigen Führung (15) oder Stange (14) eingreifen.
