Definitions
- the present invention relates to a device for grinding clothing teeth or wires or for cleaning rollers, especially in Cards with an abrasive wheel with an elastic surface.
- a device on a card is known from which is the outer surface of a grinding roller elastic and with little Pressure is engaged with the tips of a lid set. With that, without to place high demands on the abrasive and its storage, an even cut of the tips of the lid set can be obtained.
- the structure of the roller in this prior art is such that one soft-elastic jacket made of foam, for example, as a cushion another coat layer with an abrasive material, for example emery stones made of corundum.
- the jacket layer is a textile Carrier wrapped over the inner coat.
- the textile carrier for that Abrasive is in at least one direction of the fabric or knitted fabric elastic. The weight of the roller generates the contact pressure with which the roller rests on the clothing.
- DE 197 39 187 accordingly sees a hard but resilient Outer layer on a soft, elastic surface. Due to the elastic The surface according to the prior art should be the abrasive "the deviations in relation to the different height of the peaks" to adjust. In doing so, "individual protruding clothing tips should go deeper into the Surface can penetrate and be deformed so that the less protruding tips in contact with the grinding surface come ". It is therefore not intended that the individual tips the can penetrate harder grinding layer. The wear behavior of this The abrasive layer is not described in DE 197 39 187.
- the cladding layer must have a special one Yarn are manufactured to meet the requirements of the Layer to be made to meet. Damage to the cladding layer also destroys the entire roller.
- the object of the invention is therefore to create a device which eliminates the above disadvantages and is still a structurally simple, but still allows precise processing of a clothing or a roller.
- the device for grinding Set teeth or wires or a grinding wheel for cleaning rollers with elastic surface The grinding wheel consists of an elastic layer in which the abrasives are embedded. Hereby the set is ground. On the other hand, it also becomes elastic Layer and the abrasives gradually out of the abrasive wheel ripped out. Although this ensures a corresponding wear of the Grinding wheel. However, this advantageously makes it always sharper Bring the grinding wheel in contact with the clothing teeth and thus a achieved very effective grinding.
- the elastic layer can, for example consist of foam or nonwoven.
- the elastic layer itself is thus the clothing tips exposed.
- the hardness of this layer can be compared to the hardness of the Set elements are chosen so that the roller moves considerably faster as the clothing tips wear, e.g. at least five times and preferably at least ten times faster.
- the storage of the abrasive in the wearable Layer ensures that the grinding effect is over a predetermined service life can be maintained.
- the inevitable Inaccuracies in the design of the outer layer are not due to the Transfer, but rather the surface of the On the surface of the roller.
- the relatively soft carrier material is worn by contact with the clothing tips until these tips come into contact with abrasive particles embedded in the carrier material enter.
- the elastic layer is arranged on a solid support, which is the Garnitur or the rollers is deliverable.
- the carrier can either be a Be a metal plate or roller, or some other hard material, for example, fiber-reinforced plastic.
- the carrier can also be shaped, for example with ribs, that it is extremely rigid and thus prevents bending when grinding or cleaning.
- the elastic layer can be sprayed on, cast around the carrier or glued or clamped. It forms the holding means for the individual Abrasives.
- the abrasives can be abrasive grains, for example corundum grains or be fibers that have a high resistance to the Have clothing teeth or wires. When used for cleaning rollers the corresponding abrasives can be made less aggressive so as not to damage the rollers.
- the grinding wheel is a roller, which is in or against the circumferential direction of the clothing or the rollers to be cleaned emotional.
- the rollers advantageous to effect grinding or cleaning.
- the grinding wheel is a grindstone.
- the grindstone is either on the surface the set or the rollers or in the axial direction of the set or the roller back and forth. This creates a grinding or cleaning effect on the set or roller.
- the elastic layer is a wear material, it will Abrasives gradually torn out of the elastic layer and the elastic layer also gradually removed. This will in causes the abrasives, as soon as they lose their sharpness, together with the elastic Wear layer are removed and thereby new sharp abrasives be available. As a result, the elastic layer gradually becomes removed and the diameter of the grinding roller or the height of the As a result, grindstones decrease continuously.
- the delivery of the grinding wheel is carried out by a resilient bearing, through which the grinding wheel for example, by its own weight on the set or roller lies on.
- the grinding wheel can also be either targeted by means of an additional one Setup of the clothing or roller to be delivered or through a weight that is variable, for example, by means of a lever arm can be set.
- the elastic layer advantageously completely surrounds the grinding body. This means that a grinding roller is always in contact with it when it rotates Set or the rollers and thus achieve a very large grinding effect. If the grinding wheel is a grindstone, it can if necessary by turning 90 (can be used several times.
- the elastic layer is segmented on the grinding wheel, so is an additional cleaning effect of the grinding wheel in an advantageous manner causes.
- the ground particles, both of the grinding wheel and this segmented arrangement also means the clothing or roller the elastic layer after reaching the end of a segment released and therefore do not lead to contamination of the grinding wheel.
- there is a different grinding effect on the clothing teeth causes or wires, especially when the elastic Layer in the individual segments has different thicknesses.
- the elastic layer contains different abrasives.
- These different Abrasives can either be even in the elastic layer be distributed or arranged in segments. These segments can either be about the longitudinal axis, the circumference or the height of the elastic Layer be distributed. This creates special grinding effects, For example, such that abrasives are placed closer to the carrier are coarser and thus a certain compensation for the lesser Display the weight of the grinding wheel.
- the elastic layer can different thicknesses are also distributed over the working width of the grinding wheel and / or have abrasives. This also makes it special Grinding effect achieved, for example, such that special heights on the Clothing tips and others are set on the clothing flanks.
- the force with which the grinding wheel is applied to the clothing teeth or wires or presses on the rollers can be in a particularly advantageous embodiment the device can be adjustable. This is done, for example, with controlled Pressing devices.
- a particularly simple version of the adjustable Force is related to a weight on a lever arm is provided on the grinding wheel. The weight can change the length of the lever arm a different contact pressure of the Effect grinding wheel on the set or the rollers.
- the elastic layer is advantageously designed such that the Set teeth or wires at least partially in the elastic layer penetration. This creates a particularly advantageous grinding effect achieved the clothing, because not only the clothing tips penetrate but possibly also the flanks of the abrasives and are therefore processed. This creates a very beneficial one Shape of the ground tooth or wire, which in the further Use of the set achieved very good carding results.
- the device is assigned a suction.
- the suction prevents the sanded material from the set or contamination of the roller to be cleaned into the uncontrolled Machine falls.
- FIG. 1 shows a revolving flat card 1 known per se, for example the card C 50 of the applicant is shown schematically.
- the fiber material is in the form of dissolved and cleaned flakes in the filling shaft 2 fed in, taken over by a breeze or licker-in 3 as a wadding, handed over to a drum or drum 4 and from a traveling cover set dissolved and cleaned. Fibers from the drum 4 located nonwoven fabric are then removed by a customer 7 and in a discharge section 8 consisting of different rollers to one Card sliver 9 formed.
- This card sliver 9 is then one Tape storage 10 placed in a transport can 11.
- the card is with one Suction 50, which is indicated schematically, with which waste can be removed from the grinding point 62.
- the traveling cover set includes Revolving flat bars, not shown individually in FIG. 1, but in FIG. 9 are indicated with the reference number 13. Each rod 13 is with a set 14 provided.
- the lid 13 are attached to a chain or belt 5 and are thereby a closed “lid path" over pulleys 6, along in opposite directions or moved parallel to the direction of rotation of the drum 4, wherein on a “lead” from an entry point E to an exit point A the Carding work done and on the return the lids at a cleaning point 60 can be cleaned.
- the lid 13 for Example can be ground.
- an abrasive body 20 is shown as a roller.
- the abrasive wheel 20 has a carrier 21 which can be rotatably mounted.
- a Relative speed to the set to be sanded or to be cleaned Roll causes and thus achieves a good grinding or cleaning effect.
- the abrasive body 20 has an elastic layer 22 on the carrier 21.
- Abrasives 23 are integrated in the elastic layer 22.
- the abrasives 23 are present as evenly as possible in the elastic layer 22.
- the The enlargement of a section of the elastic layer 22 is shown in FIG abrasive 23 arranged therein as grains.
- Corundum grains are used, which have a particularly good grinding effect achieve.
- These abrasives 23 can also be used to clean the rollers be designed less aggressively so that the roller is not damaged becomes. Instead of the grains shown, fiber material can also be used as the abrasive 23 be used.
- the elastic layer 22 can consist of foam and gives one appropriate pressure from the set or the roller to be cleaned to. This can compensate for unevenness in the set or the roller. In spite of this unevenness, it becomes an excellent one Grinding effect achieved.
- the elastic layer 22 is advantageous designed so that teeth or wires of the clothing set in the elastic Layer 22 can penetrate. Get the teeth or wires of the set then also lateral contact with the abrasives 23 and thus not only on the surface or tip, but also on the side surfaces processed. This significantly improves the carding result.
- the elastic layer 22 is applied to the carrier 21 in a cylindrical shape, so that the clothing to be cleaned is applied evenly or roller takes place.
- FIG. 3 shows a further embodiment of an abrasive body 20.
- an elastic layer 22 is arranged in a spiral. This creates a certain balance of forces when processing a clothing or roller, so that even processing can take place. This is because of it justifies that not over the entire axial length of the grinding wheel has contact with the goods to be cleaned or sanded at the same time.
- the elastic Layer 22 is only on a relatively small area of the carrier 21 arranged in the circumferential direction, so that a very gentle processing can be done.
- the Grinding body 20 has an elastic layer 22 on its carrier 21, which is divided into segments.
- the individual segments are checkered arranged on the circumference of the grinding wheel 20. This will in turn balancing forces when working on a clothing or roller.
- the elastic segments are lowered in height Layer 22 achieves a cleaning effect because of the elastic Layer of the higher segments torn out parts of the elastic Layer and the abrasive 23 contained therein from the area of Abrasive body 20 can be removed or sucked off.
- FIG. 5 Another embodiment of a grinding wheel 20 is shown in FIG. 5.
- the carrier 21 There are two areas on the carrier 21 with an elastic one Layer 22 arranged.
- the elastic layer 22 is in the axial direction of the carrier 21 is provided.
- the individual areas of elastic Layer 22 can in turn be different in height or different Abrasives 23 included, so that an individual device towards the abrasive or cleaning element can be done.
- the edge regions of the respective elastic layer 22 have one phase 25 provided. This will improve the immersion of the clothing in the causes elastic layer 22 and the elastic layer 22 is more protected. The wear of the elastic layer 22 is thereby reduced. If only one direction of rotation of the grinding body 20 is provided, it can also be sufficient if only in the area of immersing the clothing in the elastic layer 22 a phase 25 is provided. In the area of This phase is when the clothing emerges from the elastic layer 22 25 is not absolutely necessary and can accordingly be omitted.
- an abrasive body 20 which has an elastic layer 22 which surrounds the carrier 21 in full surrounds.
- Grooves 27 are on the outer circumference of the elastic layer 22 incorporated. Among other things, these grooves 27 also serve the purpose of elastic layer 22 worked out material of the elastic layer 22 and to convey the abrasive 23.
- the grooves 27 can for one more even use in addition to the axial alignment shown be spiral shaped.
- FIG. 7 and 8 show an abrasive body 20 ', which is not a roller is trained.
- the grinding wheel 20 'shown here is a grindstone provided which oscillates, for example, over the clothing or roller sweeps away and thereby causes grinding or cleaning.
- the elastic Layer 22 ' which is fastened on the carrier 21', acts in the same way as in the implementation of the invention as a roller. Here too dip clothing teeth or wires into the elastic layer 22 'and are sanded or cleaned if necessary.
- a more or less deep immersion of the Set is also here just like with the roller, a more or less deep immersion of the Set.
- the grinding wheel 20 is approximately equal to the length of the clothing or Running roller, so can on the oscillating movement of the grindstone to be dispensed with. It is then sufficient if the grinding body 20 'comes into contact with the set or the roller is brought and thus the grinding or Initiates the cleaning process.
- the carrier 21 ' is completely covered with elastic material 22' coated.
- This version can also be used for different purposes Arrange abrasive 23 in the elastic layer 22.
- Each page can do so serve for a different grain of the abrasive 23 ', so that at such a design up to 4 different abrasives on one Carrier 21 can be arranged.
- Fig. 9 is a known device for loading the grinding wheel 20 shown.
- a weight 3 is in his Distance to a pivot point 31 changed. This will make a different one Contact force of the grinding wheel 20 on the clothing 14 of the flat bar 13 causes.
- the adjustment of the weight 3 or the load on the Grinding roller 20 can also automatically, for example by means of hydraulic cylinders respectively.
- the grinding body 20 lies with it its own weight on the set 14 and rotates relative to the Set 14 by means of a drive, not shown.
- the device according to the invention can be used both for cleaning the clothing the flat bars 13 are used, as well as for grinding this set. There is also an application in the field of Outlet section for cleaning take-off rollers or the take-off roller.
