Description
Hierfür sind Führungen in den seitlichen Pressenwangen vorgesehen. Der Betätigungshebel ist mit seinem einen Ende an den Pressenwangen gelagert.
Im Abstand zu dieser Lagerung ist ein Schublenker am Betätigungshebel gelenkig angebracht, der an der Rückseite der beweglichen Preßplatte gelagert ist. Bei einer Schwenkbewegung des Betätigungshebels zur beweglichen Preßplatte hin wird diese durch den Schublenker gegen die feste Preßplatte gedrückt, um den dazwischen befindlichen Putzmop auszupressen.
Claims (10)
- Moppresse für ein Feuchtboden-Wischgerät mit einer mit seitlichen Pressenwangen verbundenen festen Preßplatte und einer schwenkbar gelagerten beweglichen Preßplatte, an der ein Schublenker angreift, der mit einem an den Pressenwangen gelagerten Betätigungshebel in Verbindung steht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) als zweiarmiger Hebel ausgeführt ist, dessen kürzerer Hebelarm (9b) an seinem freien Ende mit dem Schublenker (12) derart gelenkig verbunden ist, daß bei einer von der beweglichen Preßplatte (5) weggerichteten Schwenkbewegung des längeren Arms (9a) des Betätigungshebels (9) eine Schwenkung der beweglichen Preßplatte (5) zur festen Preßplatte (2) hin erfolgt.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Schublenker (12) mit dem kürzeren Hebelarm (9b) des Betätigungshebels (9) ein in der Preßendstellung angenähert gestrecktes Kniehebelgelenk bildet.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) in der Preßendstellung eine angenähert horizontale Lage einnimmt.
- Moppresse nach einem der Ansprüche 1-3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) in seiner Ausgangsstellung eine schräg ansteigende Stellung einnimmt.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) durch eine Rückstellfeder (14) in seine Ausgangsstellung bewegt wird.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine an den Preßwangen (1) befestigte Zugfeder (14) von unten her im Bereich des den kürzeren Hebelarm (9b) mit dem Schublenker (12) verbindenden Gelenks (11) angreift.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) am freien Ende seines längeren Hebelarms (9a) einen Handgriff (10) bildet.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) derart zweiteilig ausgeführt ist, daß zwei parallele Schenkel durch einen querverlaufenden Handgriff (10) zu einem U-förmigen Bügel verbunden sind.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Betätigungshebel (9) am freien Ende seines längeren Hebelarms (9a) mit einem mit dem Fuß betätigbaren Trittbügel (17) verbunden ist.
- Moppresse nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Trittbügel (17) in einer seitlichen Ausnehmung (19) eines die Moppresse aufnehmenden Wasserbehälters (3') höhenbeweglich angeordnet ist.
