Abstract

Zum Ermöglichen des Zugangs zu einem Gebäude für einen Dienstleister ist ein außen am Gebäude (1) angeordneter Schlüsselkasten (7) vorgesehen, in dessen Innenraum (11) die Schlüssel (10) aufbewahrt werden. Der Innenraum (11) ist dabei über zwei hintereinander geschaltete Türen, eine Innentür (13) und eine Außentür (20), zugänglich. Die Außentür (20) wird dabei von einer Überwachungszentrale (4) entriegelt, während die Innentür (13) ein Code-Schloß (14) aufweist. Dadurch entfällt die Schlüsselvorratshaltung beim Dienstleister.
