Definitions
- the invention relates to a packaging for fluorescent ring lamps each of a blank sheet material, preferably Corrugated cardboard, which by folding along crease lines and by inserting or Adhesive connections in a lamp that at least partially covers the respective lamp and protective, flat cover with two the lamp between them including flat sides has been deformed.
- Lamps in particular ring lamps
- ring lamps are known, see DE 28 24 549 A1, Fig. 3. These are individual packaging of lamps in so-called folding boxes for shipping and sales. It is already one Nest packaging for a 32W and a 40W ring lamp known (SYLVANIA spec. No. 51A-1902-429), in which both lamps are in one Corrugated cardboard sleeve inserted and then the distance between the two lamps is fixed from each other by manually pressing in several tabs. The lamps can only be sold together in this nest packaging offered, a single packaging is not available; will this Removed the nest packaging from one of the lamps, the removed lamp is without Packaging.
- the object underlying the invention is seen in a To create packaging for lamps, preferably ring lamps, at which the individual lamps are also individually packed in appropriate sleeves, however, these sleeves can be put together so that there is a stable and space-saving overall packaging results from which the individual Have ring lamps removed with their individual packaging without the Consistency of the remaining overall packaging is impaired.
- the packaging according to the invention advantageously ensures that from the assembled overall packaging every single packaging, too the largest, without affecting the other packaging can be removed when the smaller packaging in turn can be attached to each other without any of the individual packaging damaged or otherwise affected.
- the overall packaging is practically not larger and does not take up more volume than that for the largest lamp required packaging or casing, which is a very considerable saving Storage and transport volume means.
- the medium-sized envelope instructs towards the small shell when it is inserted into the large shell Flat side also has a recess, the shape and size of the shape and Size of the small shell adapted and also for strength and / or positive reception of the latter is provided, such that the three Ring lamps essentially concentric with each other and essentially in to be arranged on one level.
- the smaller lamp and the cover use the free one Space inside the larger lamp and cover.
- each shell suitably consists of one rectangular punched out piece of material that is perpendicular to its longitudinal axis has transverse fold lines, with two first fold lines through their respective distance a first, possibly a recess limit the flat side of the casing and two further fold lines in run parallel to it at a distance corresponding to the shell thickness and form two end sections of the blank, which after folding along the Kink lines overlap each other and after gluing or joining together define a second flat side of the envelope, which in the case of the large Shell also has a recess.
- Such a shell is open on two opposite sides, however, this is advantageous in that the lamp contained therein is visible becomes. At least in the case of the large envelope you can see the edges of the blank and thus make the width of it a little larger so that the edges of the Cover form a touch protection for the lamp. In the case of the smaller ones, in this is the large envelope used with its smaller lamps less important, since the lamps per se after inserting them in the big one Cover are fully protected and only after removal from the large shell become visible in the same way.
- the medium-sized and the smaller can be attached to these stop areas Packaging sleeve on opposite flat sides of the large sleeve easier to grasp and remove from it, otherwise reinsert.
- the invention thus ensures a particularly space-saving transport in addition to storage of the lamps arranged in such an overall packaging, otherwise, of course, a correspondingly advantageous presentation at Final vendor.
- the removal of one of the three lamps and the envelope from the Overall packaging according to the preferred embodiment with three Ring lamps do not affect the integrity of the rest of the packaging, more precisely said:
- the removal of the small lamp and cover leaves the medium-sized one Lamp and cover in its holder in the large lamp and cover untouched and vice versa.
- Even if the overall packaging is the big envelope along with the associated lamp, the other two, of course Lamp packaging must be solved first, the latter then put them back together in their original position, the advantages described remain in this case.
- the device shown is used for packaging lamps, in particular Fluorescent ring lamps 1, 2 and 3 (Fig. 1), each from a blank 4, 5, 6th (Fig. 2, 4 and 5) sheet material, preferably corrugated, which by folding along fold lines and plug-in or adhesive connections in one the respective lamp 1, 2, 3 at least partially covering and supporting, flat envelope 7, 8, 9 with two the lamp 1, 2, 3 enclosing between them Flat sides 10, 11 or 12, 13 and 14, 15 has been deformed.
- lamps in particular Fluorescent ring lamps 1, 2 and 3 (Fig.
- a plurality of shells 7, 8, 9 are now different Size for receiving lamps 1, 2, 3 also of different sizes provided, the largest shell 7 on their two flat sides 10, 11 in their Dimensions adapted to the dimensions of envelopes 8, 9 smaller size Recesses 16, 17 for the positive and / or positive reception of the same having.
- at least one smaller shell 8, 9 is in each side Volume of the larger shell 7 can be used, such that in the assembled Condition the volume of the largest shell 7 practically not total packaging exceeding several individual packages or -shells 7, 8, 9 is formed, from which each individual packaging without Impairment of the remaining individual packaging can be seen, as in Fig. 1 indicated.
- the ring lamp 1 has the largest diameter receiving large shell 7 on its one flat side 10 in shape and Size to the shape and size of the ring lamp 2 medium size Diameter-receiving medium-sized shell 8 adapted first Recess 16 for receiving the medium-sized shell 8, as well as on it other flat side 11 in shape and size to the shape and size of the adapted the ring lamp 3 small diameter receiving small envelope 9 second recess 17 for receiving the small shell 9.
- the medium-sized sleeve 8 on its when inserted into the large sleeve 7 of the small one Flat side 13 facing sleeve 9 also has a recess 18 (FIG. 4), adapted in shape and size to the shape and size of the small shell 9 and provided for the positive and / or positive reception of the latter is such that the three ring lamps 1, 2, 3 are substantially concentric to each other and are arranged essentially in one plane. like yourself 1, namely that the casing 8th mentally in the direction of arrow A along the one shown in FIG.
- each Shell 7, 8, 9 from a substantially rectangular punched Piece of material which is perpendicular to its respective longitudinal axis 20 transversely extending crease lines 21, 21 'and 22, 22', two first crease lines 21, 21 'by their distance D, D' and D "a first, possibly one punched-out recess 16, 17, 18 flat side 10, 13, 14 of the shell 7, 8, 9 limit and two second fold lines 22, 22 'in one of the envelope thickness corresponding distance d run parallel to it and two end sections 23, 24 or 25, 26 or 27, 28 of the respective blank 4, 5 and 6 form the after folding along the fold lines 22, 22 'overlap and after each other Gluing or lashing together a second flat side 11, 12, 15 of the define respective shell 7, 8, 9, which also in the case of the large shell 7 has a recess 17.
- each blank 4, 5, 6 expediently has in at least one flat side 10, 13, 14 on an articulated flap 32 which, after an insertion of the packing lamp 1, 2, 3 for the purpose of holding and locking the same in the Shell 7, 8, 9 can be pressed into contact with the lamp.
- the foldable tab 32 expediently has at its lateral ends cut-out latching areas 33 for grasping the respective lamp body and to invest on the same.
- the latching areas are 33 arcuate to rest on the wall of the ring lamps 1, 2, 3. 2 to 5, the tab 32 has parallel to respective casing edge two spaced crease lines 34 and 35, which between the locking areas 33 have and the first 34 the connection with the relevant flat side 10, 13, 14 of the respective shell 7, 8, 9 and their second 35 one against the opposite inside of the respective shell 7, 8, 9 defined end portion of the tab 32.
