Definitions

  • the invention initially relates to a process for the continuous production and handling up to the filling of bags, in particular automatic bags made of a thermoplastic plastic film, with at least one hanging hole being made in the area of a filling opening in the bags and holding the bags together in batches and singularly for filling and afterwards be closed
  • a feeder device for example, is a pen stacking device that moves in the horizontal direction and picks up the separated bags on stacking pens.
  • a problem with all bag making machines with a downstream collecting or stacking device is to adapt the performance of the stacking and collecting device to the continuously operating bag welding machine in such a way that cycle interruptions in the bag production or very few cycle failures occur while a finished bag is out of the bag Stacking station removed and an empty stacking device is inserted into the stacking station.
  • the stack of bags is lifted from the stacking pins of the stacking device and is placed on the legs of the bowel with the bags now lying loosely on top of one another, or the legs of the bowel are inserted into hollow-groove-like recesses in stacking pins of the stacking device and the stack of bags is removed in this way. Then the stack of bags has to go through the legs of the bow 2
  • a transfer device of the prescribed type can be seen, for example, from DE 38 34 1 1 5 C 1.
  • the invention is based on the object of proposing a method of the type mentioned at the outset which ensures easier handling in the logistical sequence between the production and filling of bags consisting of a thermoplastic plastic film web, in particular automatic bags, and ensures an improved quality of bag stacks formed from several bags .
  • a device is to be created which, in a particularly simple manner, enables the bags in the bag stack to be optimally processed for the purpose of filling them.
