Claims (6)

  1. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement qui relie un tuyau d'échappement à un conduit d'air de suralimentation par l'intermédiaire d'un refroidisseur de gaz d'échappement (4) et dans lequel on prévoit un clapet d'arrêt (5) ainsi qu'une soupape de non-retour (3) destinée à recycler les gaz d'échappement,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le recyclage des gaz d'échappement est réalisé depuis le tuyau d'échappement (2) en retournant dans la culasse (1), le conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6) étant intégré à la culasse (1) sur le côté frontal du moteur à combustion interne de telle manière que le conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6) traverse une chambre d'eau de refroidissement (7) de la culasse (1) transversalement à sa direction longitudinale.
  2. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le clapet d'arrêt (5) est monté dans l'extrémité - orientée vers le conduit de gaz d'échappement (2) - du conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6).
  3. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement selon les revendications 1, 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la soupape de non-retour (3) ouverte en direction du refroidisseur de gaz d'échappement (4) est prévue dans une zone de transition depuis le conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6) jusqu'au refroidisseur de gaz d'échappement (4).
  4. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    un échangeur thermique en faisceau de tubes est intégré dans le conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6).
  5. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement (6) présente des ailettes de radiateur qui s'étendent en direction longitudinale du côté gaz d'échappement et sont fabriquées selon la technique de fonderie.
  6. Moteur à combustion interne suralimenté comportant un conduit de recyclage des gaz d'échappement selon la revendication 3,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la soupape de non-retour (3) fait partie d'un joint d'étanchéité (10) entre la culasse (1) et le refroidisseur de gaz d'échappement (4), le mouvement d'une languette (8) étant limité par une butée (9) qui à son tour forme avec le joint (10) une unité structurelle.
