Claims (10)
- Montageträgersystem zur Befestigung eines Fertigbauteils (6), insbesondere einer Betonkragplatte, an einem Gebäudeteil (9, 37) mit folgenden Teilen,
ein fertigbauteilseitiges Anschlusselement (1) bestehend aus einem zugbelastbaren Bauteil (3) und einem druckbelastbaren Bauteil (4) sowie einer eine Querkraft aufnehmenden Verstrebung (5), wobei zumindest das zugbelastbare Bauteil (3) an seinem einen freien Endabschnitt mit einem Kupplungsstück (7) ausgebildet ist, wobei
eine gebäudeseitige Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) bestehend aus einem Druckelement (11) für das Einleiten einer Druckkraft in das Gebäudeteil (9, 37) und einem Zugelement (10), das für ein Einleiten einer Zugkraft in das Gebäudeteil (9, 37) in diesem zumindest abschnittsweise verankerbar ist und ein Kupplungsgegenstück (12, 33, 34; 48) hat, das im verankerten Zustand der Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) mit dem Kupplungsstück (7) des Anschlusselements (1) in Eingriff bringbar ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
eine Kraftübertragungsplatte (31, 47) an dem Zugelement (10) vorgesehen ist, über die die Zugkraft in das Zugelement (10) eingeleitet wird. - Montageträgersystem nach Anspruch 1, gekennzeichnet durch eine zusätzliche Abstützvorrichtung (17, 5b), welche an dem einen freien Endabschnitt des druckbelastbaren Bauteils (4) und/oder dem einen freien Endabschnitt des zugbelastbaren Bauteils (3) fixiert ist und sich im verankerten Zustand der Aufnahmevorrichtung (2) am Gebäudeteil (9, 37) abstützt, um eine Querkraft in das Gebäudeteil (9, 37) einzuleiten.
- Montageträgersystem nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Abstützvorrichtung (17, 5b) als Justiervorrichtung zur Höhenjustierung des am Gebäudeteil (9) fixierten Fertigbauteils (6) ausgebildet ist. - Montageträgersystem nach Anspruch 1
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Zugelement (10) zwei hochkant sowie im wesentlichen im Parallelabstand zueinander angeordnete, zwischen sich einen nach oben offenen Spalt ausbildende Metallplatten (42) hat, die jeweils mit einem im Gebäudeteil verankerbaren Zugstab (29) verbunden sind, wobei an dem Kupplungsgegenstück (10) ein Anker (33) vorgesehen ist, bestehend aus einem Metallstrangprofil mit einer endseitig daran fixierten Anschlagplatte (34), die an den Hinterkanten der Metallplatten (42) anlegbar ist. - Montageträgersystem nach Anspruch 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
die Metallplatten (42) direkt mit den Zugstäben (29) verschweißt sind und durch eine untere Stegplatte (43) im Parallelabstand gehalten sind, wobei der Anker (33) zwischen den Metallplatten (42) geführt ist. - Montageträgersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
an dem zur Anschlagsplatte (34) gegenüberliegenden Ende des Metallstrangprofils eine hülsenförmige Schraubenmutter (12) angeordnet ist. - Montageträgersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass
das Druckaufnahmeelement (11) eine Druckplatte (36) hat, an der zumindest ein im Gebäudeteil verankerbarer Druckstab (35) angeschweißt ist. - Verfahren zur Montage eines Fertigbauteils (6) mittels einem Montageträgersystem nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, insbesondere einer Betonkragplatte an einem Gebäudeteil (9) mit den folgenden Schritten:a. Gießen des Fertigbauteils (6) und Verankern einer Anzahl von Ahschlusselementen (1), derart, dass die Anschlusselemente (1) abschnittsweise an einer : Stirnseite des Fertigbauteils (6) vorragen, wobei der vorragende Abschnitt der Anschlusselemente (1) mit zumindest einem Kupplungsstück versehen wird,b. Verankern von Aufnahmevorrichtungen (2) mit zu den fertigbauteilseitigen Kupplungsstücken korrespondierenden Kupplungsgegenstücken in .dem Gebäudeteil (9) undc. Fixieren des Fertigbauteils (6) an dem Gebäudeteil (9) durch Verbinden der fertigbauteilseitigen Kupplungsstücke mit den gebäudeteilseitigen Kupplungsgegenstücken, wobei das Kupplungsgegenstück mit einer Kraftübertragungsplatte (31, 47) der Äufhahmevorrichtung (2) in Anlage kommt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassd. in dem Gebäudeteil (9) eine Anzahl von Ausnehmungen ausgebildet werden, in denen die
Aufnahmevorrichtungen (2) derart verankert werden, dass deren Kupplungsgegenstücke für ein Verbinden mit den fertigbauteilseitigen Kupplungsstücken frei zugänglich sind. - Verfahren nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dasse. nach dem Verbinden der fertigbauteilseitigen Kupplungsstücke mit den gebäudeteilseitigen Kupplungsgegenstücken das Fertigbauteil (6) höhenjustiert wird undf. die Ausnehmungen dann mit einem gießfähigen Material, beispielsweise Beton, aufgefüllt werden.
