Claims (8)
- Stranggießkokille zum Stranggießen von Brammen aus Stahl, insbesondere von Dünnbrammen, umfassend Breitseitenplatten (1) und zwischen deren Enden mittels mechanischer oder hydromechanischer Spannelemente (7) einspannbare, lageverstellbare Schmalseitenplatten (2, 2') und Schmalseitenplattenhalter, wobei den Breitseitenplatten (1) Wasserkästen (3, 3') zugeordnet sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3') mit beidseitigem Überstand (11, 11') sowohl über die Breitseitenplatten (1), als auch über die Schmalseitenplatten (2, 2') hinaus ausgebildet sind und kraftschlüssig sowie wärmeleitend an den Breitseitenplatten (1) anliegend in der Funktion eines Spannrahmens an ihren überstehenden Enden die Spannelemente (7, 7') aufnehmen. - Stranggießkokille nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verstelleinrichtung (4, 4') für die Schmalseitenplatten (2, 2') von einer Trägerplatte (18) gehalten ist, die in Form- und Kraftschluß mit den Wasserkästen (3, 3') in Verbindung steht bzw. formschlüssig in die inneren Platten der Wasserkästen (3, 3') eingelassen ist - Stranggießkokille nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3') unter Kompensation aller aus dem System der Kokille nach außen gerichteten Kräfte unter Ausbildung vergleichsweise äußerst biegungs-widerstandsfähiger Kastenprofile (9, 9') im Zusammenwirken mit ihren endseitigen Spannelementen (7, 7') ein in sich geschlossenes Rahmensystem ausbilden. - Stranggießkokille nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß durch Formschluß einander zugewandter Flächenbereiche (12, 13) der Wasserkästen (3, 3') und der Kokillen-Breitseitenwände (1) zwischen diesen ein wärmeleitfähiger Kontakt besteht. - Stranggießkokille nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3') an ihren Enden Ausnehmungen (5, 5') aufweisen, die zur Aufnahme der Spannelemente (7, 7') ausgebildet sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3') die Ausnehmungen (5, 5') nach außen begrenzende Seitenauflagen (10, 10') besitzen, die mit Anschlüssen (8, 8') für Kühlwasser ausgerüstet sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3') zum Einleiten von Klemmkräften über die Breitseitenplatten (1) gegen die Schmalseitenplatten (2, 2') an jedem überstehenden Ende (11, 11') mit zwei untereinander angeordneten Spannelementen (7, 7') ausgerüstet sind. - Stranggießkokille nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Wasserkästen (3, 3'), in der vertikalen Projektion gesehen, als kastenförmige Hohlprofile (9, 9') mit im mittleren Bereich verstärkten Außenplatten ausgebildet sind.
