Claims (11)
- Vorrichtung zum Stapeln und Abtransportieren von Kunststoffbeuteln, insbesondere Automatenbeuteln, mit einer eine taktweise bewegbaren Stapelkette mit Stapelelementen aufweisenden Fördereinrichtung und einem im Bereich einer Abnahmestation angeordneten Roboter mit einer zangenartig ausgebildeten Greifhand, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stapelelemente der Fördereinrichtung (2) als Nadeln (4) ausgebildet sind und dass die Greifhand (8) eine mit den Nadeln (4) zusammenwirkende Abstreifhilfe aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abstreifhilfe ein Abstützelement (46, 48, 51) und ein relativ dazu beweglich gelagertes Halteelement (47) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützelement (46) einen den durch die Nadeln (4) der Fördereinrichtung (2) durchstochenen Endbereich der Kunststoffbeutel bzw. eines Beutelstapels (5) untergreifenden Schenkel (48) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Schenkel (48) des Abstützelementes (46) im Bereich eines nach innen weisenden Flansches (49) der Greifhand (8) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Abstützelement (46) von einem im Querschnitt im wesentlichen U-förmig gestalteten Querträger gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein im wesentlichen parallel zum unteren Schenkel (48) des Abstützelementes (46) verlaufender oberer Schenkel (51) zur Befestigung einer jeder Nadel (4) zugeordneten, verdrehsicher ausgebildeten Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (52) dient.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am freien Ende einer Kolbenstange (53) der Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (52) das Halteelement (47) befestigt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement im Querschnitt im wesentlichen Z-förmig ausgebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Halteelement (47) einen im Bereich der Kolbenstange (53) der Zylinder-Kolben-Einheit (52) liegenden Befestigungsteil (54) und einem jeweils den Nadeln (4) der Fördereinrichtung (2) zugewandten Klemmteil (55) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (55) einen zur zugehörigen Nadel (4) hin offenen Längsschlitz (56) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Klemmteil (55) die Nadel (4) eng um mindestens 180° umgreift.
