Description

Claims (5)
- Hydraulische Schließvorrichtung zum Querfließpressen von Werkstücken, mit zwei relativ zueinander bewegbaren und miteinander verschließbaren Matrizenhälften (22, 42) und zwei mit gleichen Geschwindigkeiten relativ zu den geschlossenen Matrizenhälften bewegbaren Preßstempeln, wobei ein erster Hydraulikkolben (16), an dem die erste Matrizenhälfte (22) angeordnet ist, in einem axial bewegbaren ersten Hydraulikzylinder (6), an dem der erste Preßstempel (20) angeordnet ist, und ein zweiter Hydraulikkolben (36) in einem raumfesten zweiten Hydraulikzylinder (26) verschiebbar lagern, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Matrizenhälfte (42) raumfest und der zweite Preßstempel (40) am zweiten Hydraulikkolben (36) angeordnet ist, der beim Querfließpressen des Werkstückes durch ein vom ersten Hydraulikkolben (16) verdrängbares Druckmittel beaufschlagbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die beiden Hydraulikkolben (16, 36) gleiche Kolbenflächen aufweisen.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste Hydraulikzylinder (6) an einem Pressenstößel (24) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die zweite Matrizenhälfte (42) am zweiten Hydraulikzylinder (26) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche von 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der erste und der zweite Hydraulikzylinder (6, 26) über eine Druckleitung (44) zu einem mit Druckmittel speisbaren Drucksystem verbunden sind.
