Claims (7)
- Spritzlanze (1) zum Auftragen von pastösen Medien, mit einem in einem Gehäuse (2) angeordneten Absperrorgan (3), das begrenzt verdrehbar gelagert und mittels eines Hebels (4) betätigbar ist, wobei in einem an der Spritzlanze (1) angebrachten Halter (12) ein Schaltglied (13) eingesetzt ist, das mit einer, einer an die Spritzlanze (1) angeschlossenen Förderleitung (6) zugeordneten Förderpumpe (7) verbunden ist, daß das Absperrorgan (3) einen Schaltring (11) aufweist, der mit einer mit dem Schaltglied (13) berührungslos zusammenwirkenden Schaltfahne (14) versehen ist, und daß der Schaltring (11) bei geöffnetem Absperrorgan (3) gegenüber diesem getrennt begrenzt verdrehbar und in dessen Schließstellung verriegelt ist.
- Spritzlanze nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Schaltglied (13) als codierter Reedkontaktschalter oder als elektronischer Näherungsschalter und die Schaltfahne (14) durch einen Permanentmagneten oder durch eine in einem aus Kunststoff bestehenden Schaltring (14) eingesetzte Metallplatte gebildet ist. - Spritzlanze nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Begrenzung des Verdrehweges des Absperrorgans (3) dessen Gehäuse (2) ein abstehendes Ansatzstück (17) aufweist und daß mit dem Absperrorgan (3) eine dessen Gehäuse (2) übergreifende Hülse (15) fest verbunden ist, in die eine in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende Ausnehmung (16) eingearbeitet ist, in die das Ansatzstück (17) eingreift. - Spritzlanze nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der Schaltring (11) mit einem in diesen hineinragenden Anschlag (18) in Form einer Platte oder eines Stiftes versehen ist, der zur Begrenzung des Verstellweges des Schaltringes (11) mit dem an dem Gehäuse (2) des Absperrorgans (3) angebrachten Ansatzstück (17) zusammenwirkt. - Spritzlanze nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur lösbaren Koppelung des Schaltringes (11) mit dem Absperrorgan (3) zwischen diesen ein reibungserhöhender Belag in Form eines Dichtringes (19) oder eine in diese eingesetzte Federraste (23) vorgesehen ist. - Spritzlanze nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß zur Verriegelung des Schaltringes (11) in Schließstellung des Absperrorgans (3) in eine an dem Hebel (4) angeformte auf dem Schaltring (11) aufliegende Platte (4') eine dessen Verstellweg zugeordnete Kurvenbahn (22) eingearbeitet und in den Schaltring (11) ein axial gerichteter Stift (21) eingesetzt ist, der in die Kurvenbahn (22) eingreift. - Spritzlanze nach einem oder mehreren der
Ansprüche 1 bis 56,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß das Absoerrorgan (3) als Kugelbahn ausgeführt ist.
