Abstract
Es wird eine Kraftstoffeinspritzvorrichtung für Brennkraftmaschinen vorgeschlagen, die aus einer Kraftstoffhochdruckquelle (1) Kraftstoffeinspritzventile (9) gesteuert durch eine Steuereinrichtung (8) mit Kraftstoff versorgt. Das Kraftstoffeinspritzventil weist dabei ein Einspritzventilglied (14) auf, dessen Öffnungs- oder Schließstellung durch einen dieses Einspritzventilglied beaufschlagenden in einem Steuerraum (24) eingestellten Druck bestimmt wird. Dazu muß zur Durchführung einer Einspritzung der Druck im Steuerraum (24) entlastet werden, was mit einem Steuerventil (31) erzielt wird, das sequentiell zwei unterschiedliche Abschlußquerschnitte eines Abflußkanals (49) des Steuerraums (24) nacheinander aufsteuert. Damit ist es möglich, eine angepaßte Öffnung des Kraftstoffeinspritzventilglieds für eine Vor- und eine Haupteinspritzung zu bewirken. The invention relates to a fuel injection device for internal combustion engines, which supplies fuel injection valves (9) with fuel from a high-pressure fuel source (1) controlled by a control device (8). The fuel injection valve has an injection valve member (14), the opening or closing position of which is determined by a pressure acting on this injection valve member in a control chamber (24). For this purpose, the pressure in the control chamber (24) has to be relieved in order to carry out an injection, which is achieved with a control valve (31) which sequentially opens two different end cross sections of a discharge channel (49) of the control chamber (24) in succession. It is thus possible to bring about an adapted opening of the fuel injection valve member for a pre-injection and a main injection.
