Abstract

Die Kraftstoffeinspritzeinrichtung weist für für jeden Zylinder der Brennkraftmaschine eine Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) und ein mit dieser verbundenes Kraftstoffeinspritzventil (12) auf. Ein Pumpenkolben (18) der Kraftstoffhochdruckpumpe (10) begrenzt einen Pumpenarbeitsraum (22), der mit einem Druckraum (40) des Kraftstoffeinspritzventils (12) verbunden ist, das ein Einspritzventilglied (28) aufweist, durch Einspritzöffnungen (32) gesteuert werden und das durch den im Druckraum (40) herrschenden Druck gegen eine Schließkraft in einer Öffnungsrichtung (29) bewegbar ist. Durch ein erstes Steuerventil (68) wird eine Verbindung (66) des Pumpenarbeitsraums (22) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert und durch ein zweites Steuerventil (70) wird eine Verbindung (64) eines mit dem Pumpenarbeitsraum (22) verbundenen Steuerdruckraums (52) mit einem Entlastungsraum (24) gesteuert. Ein mit dem Einspritzventilglied (28) verbundener Steuerkolben (50) unterteilt den Steuerdruckraum (52) in zwei voneinander getrennte Teilräume (54,56), die über eine Drosselstelle (55) miteinander verbunden sind. Bei geschlossenem zweitem Steuerventil (70) wirkt eine geringere Kraft in einer Schließrichtung des Einspritzventilglieds (28) auf den Steuerkolben (50) als bei geöffnetem zweitem Steuerventil (70).

When the second control valve (70) is closed, a smaller force acts in a closing direction of the injection valve member (28) on the control piston (50) than when the second control valve (70) is open.
