Abstract

Das Druckregelventil dient zur Regelung des Druckes in einem Kraftstoffspeicher und weist einen Ventilkörper auf, in dem in einer Bohrung (26) ein kolbenförmiges Ventilglied (28) gegen die Kraft einer Schließfeder (36) axial verschiebbar angeordnet ist. Das Ventilglied (28) bildet einen Anker eines Elektromagneten, der zur Unterstützung der Schließkraft der Schließfeder bestrombar ist. Das Ventilglied (28) wirkt auf ein Schließelement, das durch die Kraft der Schließfeder und die magnetische Kraft gegen einen Ventilsitz gepresst wird und das andererseits vom Druck im Kraftstoffspeicher beaufschlagt ist. Das Ventilglied (28) weist zwei in axialer Richtung zueinander versetzt angeordnete Führungsabschnitte (54) auf, die als kurze Zylinderabschnitte ausgebildet sind und einen Durchmessen aufweisen, der nur wenig kleiner ist als der Durchmesser der Bohrung (26). Über seine Führungsabschnitte (54) ist das Ventilglied (28) in der Bohrung (26) mit definierter Anlage verschiebbar geführt.

The pressure control valve is used to regulate the pressure in a fuel accumulator and has a valve body in which a piston-shaped valve member (28) is axially displaceable in a bore (26) against the force of a closing spring (36). The valve member (28) forms an armature of an electromagnet which can be energized to support the closing force of the closing spring. The valve member (28) acts on a closing element which is pressed against a valve seat by the force of the closing spring and the magnetic force and which is also acted upon by the pressure in the fuel accumulator. The valve member (28) has two guide sections (54) which are arranged offset to one another in the axial direction, which are designed as short cylinder sections and have a diameter which is only slightly smaller than the diameter of the bore (26). Via its guide sections (54), the valve member (28) is displaceably guided in the bore (26) with a defined system.
