Claims (13)
- Strangförmige Dichtung mit einem Basisteil (1), einem von diesem abstehenden Ankerfuß (2), einer Dichtlippe (3), die von der dem Ankerfuß (2) abgewandten Seite vom Basisteil (1) absteht oder in diesem integriert ist, und einem Dichtwulst (4) an derselben Seite des Basisteils (1) wie die Dichtlippe (3), die einen zur Dichtfläche (6) nach außen bogenförmig konvex gekrümmten Dichtlippenteil (7) aufweist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zur Erzielung einer Multifunktionswirkung sowohl als Verlängerungs- als auch als Anschlagdichtung die Dichtlippe (3) zur Hohlraumbildung einen größeren Hohlraum (5) aufweist und in Bezug zur verlängerten Mittel linie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) ein Stück (B) weit in Richtung zum Dichtwulst (4) seitlich versetzt ist,
daß der Dichtwulst (4) aus Schaumstoff besteht, und daß ein Stützteil (21) in Form einer Materialverdickung neben dem Hohlraum (5) an der von diesem abgewandten Seite der verlängerten Mittellinie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) angeordnet ist, der das Auslenken bzw. Ausweichen der Dichtlippe (3) beim Abdichten zu dieser abgewandten Seite verhindert. - Dichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (5) im Bereich des die Dichtfläche (6) bildenden Dichtlippenteils (7) einen im wesentlichen dreieckförmigen Querschnittsteil (P1) mit einer zur Dichtfläche (6) gerichteten abgerundeten Spitze aufweist. - Dichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Hohlraum (5) in Richtung zum Basisteil (1) bzw. im Bereich desselben einen im wesentlichen parallelogrammförmigen, ovalen oder elliptischen Querschnittsteil (P2) aufweist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtlippe (3) und/oder der Basisteil (1) aus Elastomeren oder gummielastischen Thermoplasten einer Härte zwischen 50 und 80 IRHD besteht. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtwulst (4) aus geschlossenzelligem Schaumstoff, insbesondere Moosgummi, besteht und an den Basisteil (1) und/oder die Dichtlippe (3) anextrudiert ist. - Dichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtwulst (4) eine Dichte zwischen 0,2 und 0,8 g/cm3 und/oder eine Shore-Härte zwischen und 10 und 60° aufweist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Dichtfläche (6) der Dichtlippe (3) im entspannten bzw. expandierten Zustand derselben einen größeren Abstand (D) als der Abstand (E) der Dichtfläche (8) des Dichtwulstes (4) von der Abstützfläche (9) des Basisteils (1) aufweist. - Dichtung nach Anspruch 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Verhältnis des Abstands (D) zum Abstand (E) zwischen 1,1 und 3 beträgt. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Abstandsverhältnis des seitlichen Abstands (A) des Außenrands (11) des Dichtwulstes (4) von der verlängerten Mittellinie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) zum seitlichen Abstand (C) der Übergangslinie (12) des Dichtwulstes (4) zur Dichtlippe (3) und/oder zum Basisteil (1) zu dieser verlängerten Mittellinie (M) zwischen 1,3 und 2 beträgt. - Dichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die den seitlichen Abstand der Dichtfläche (6) der Dichtlippe (3) von der verlängerten Mittellinie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) entsprechende Versetzung (B) zwischen 0,2 und 0,9 des seitlichen Abstands (C) der Übergangslinie (12) von der verlängerten Mittellinie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) beträgt. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Querschnitt des die Dichtfläche (8) bildenden Dichtlippenteils (7) im Bereich der verlängerten Mittellinie (M) des Ankerfußes (2) eine als Knickstelle wirksame Schwächung (13) aufweist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Dichtwulst (4) von der Abstützfläche (9) des Basisteils (1) nach außen geneigt ist. - Dichtung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützteil (21) keilförmig im Querschnitt ausgebildet ist.
