Description
Ein weiterer Vorteil ist, daß vollständig auf die Kühlung der Bearbeitungsstelle verzichtet werden kann, also rein eine trockene Bearbeitung möglich ist.
Das bedeutet, daß gegenüber herkömmlichen Werkzeugen im wesentlichen kein Materialverschleiß am Werkzeug erfolgt. Bei herkömmlichen Werkzeugen war immer ein enormer Materialverschleiß durch Abrieb gegeben, der bei der vorliegenden Erfindung minimiert ist.

Claims (17)
- Fräswerkzeug zum Bearbeiten von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien das mit Schneiden aus PKD-Segmenten (4) und Spanräumen versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß es einen Fräskopf (1) mit einer Vielzahl von etwa sternförmig vom Zentrum nach außen verlaufenden Plattensitz-Nuten (3) aufweist, in denen die Schneiden aus PKD-Segmenten (4) einzeln oder zu mehreren angeordnet sind, wobei die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (4) in einem negativen Spanwinkel (12) zur Drehrichtung des Fräswerkzeuges angeordnet sind, und in dem Fräskopf (1) - in Drehrichtung gesehen - vor den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (4) in einem negativen Achswinkel (11) verlaufende Spanräume (2) angeordnet sind.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der negative Achswinkel (11) im Bereich von 0° bis ca. 10° liegt.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der negative Spanwinkel (12) im Bereich von 0° bis ca. 10° liegt.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (4) durch Auflöten oder durch Anschrauben auf den Fräskopf (1) befestigt sind und vorzugsweise in der Draufsicht eine rechteckige Gestalt aufweisen.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Spanräume (2) über die Länge der Nuten (3) verlaufen.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dessen äußerem Bereich verkürzte Aufnahmenuten (3) mit PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (4) angeordnet sind, wobei diese Nuten und die zugehörigen Spanräume in einem negativen Achswinkel zwischen 0° und 10° zur Drehrichtung verlaufen.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass es dynamisch gewuchtet ist.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in den Spanräumen (2) Kühlkanalbohrungen (7) angeordnet sind.
- Fräswerkzeug nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Fräskopf (1) eine Aufnahme (8) zur Befestigung an einem Antriebsmotor aufweist.
- Sägewerkzeug zum Bearbeiten von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien das mit Schneiden aus PKD-Segmenten (16) versehen ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet daß die Segmente in einem negativen Winkel (21) zur Drehrichtung des Werkzeuges angeordnet sind, der im Bereich von 0° bis ca. 10° liegt, wobei das Sägewerkzeug aus einem scheibenartigen Grundkörper (13) besteht, an dessen Außenumfang eine Vielzahl von PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) angeordnet sind.
- Sägewerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Drehrichtung gesehen - vor den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) Spanräume (15) angeordnet sind.
- Sägewerkzeug nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass - in Drehrichtung gesehen - hinter den PKD-Segmenten/-Schneiden (16) sogenannte Abweiser (20) vorgesehen sind.
- Sägewerkzeug nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abweiserkante durch eine materialabhängig bemessene Ausnehmung unterbrochen ist.
- Sägewerkzeug nach einem der Ansprüche 10-13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) seitlich abgefast sind.
- Sägewerkzeug nach einen der Ansprüche 10-14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass radial einwärts der äußeren PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) mehrere weitere PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (19) als Räumzähne an den Seitenflanken des Grundkörpers (13) angeordnet sind.
- Sägewerkzeug nach Anspruch 15, bei dem die PKD-Segmente/-Schneiden (16) einen Flankenfreiwinkel aufweisen, der zwischen 0° und 2° beträgt.
- Verwendung eines Fräswerkzeugs gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 oder eines Sägewerkzeugs gemäß einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 16 zum trockenen Bearbeiten von Stein oder steinähnlichen Materialien.
