Claims (6)
- Verfahren zum Auftragen eines Abstandhalters aus thermoplastischem Kunststoff auf eine Glasscheibe im Zuge des Herstellens von Isolierglasscheiben, bei dem thermoplastischer Kunststoff entlang des Randes einer Glasscheibe auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes wenigstens im Bereich der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erfaßt wird, daß die Geschwindigkeit, mit der der Kunststoff entlang des Randes der Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erhöht wird, wenn die im Bereich der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erfaßte Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes über einen gegebenen Sollwert erhöht ist, und daß die Geschwindigkeit, mit der Kunststoff entlang des Randes der Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, verkleinert wird, wenn die im Bereich der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erfaßte Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes unter einen gegebenen Sollwert absinkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck, mit dem thermoplastischer Kunststoff zu der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, gefördert wird, wenigstens in einem Bereich vorgegebener Abweichungen der Temperatur von der vorgegebenen Temperatur konstant gehalten wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck, mit dem thermoplastischer Kunststoff zu der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erhöht wird, wenn die Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes im Bereich der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, unter einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert absinkt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druck, mit dem thermoplastischer Kunststoff zu der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, verringert wird, wenn die Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes im Bereich der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, über einen vorgegebenen Grenzwert ansteigt.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes unmittelbar an der Stelle gemessen wird, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Temperatur des thermoplastischen Kunststoffes wenigstens an einer weiteren Stelle im Abstand von der Stelle, an der Kunststoff auf die Glasscheibe aufgetragen wird, erfaßt wird.
