Claims (12)
- Vorrichtung zum Stanzen und stanzbildgerechten Stapeln von Stanzblechen, insbesondere für elektrische Maschinen, mit folgenden Merkmalen:1.1 einem Stempel zum Stanzen der Stanzbleche,1.2 einer mit dem Stempel zusammenarbeitenden Matrize,1.3 einer Führungseinrichtung zur Führung der gestanzten Bleche unterhalb der Matrize,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß1.4 die Führungseinrichtung (10) wenigstens zwei Klemmelemente (11) aufweist, und1.5 die Klemmelemente (11) dafür vorgesehen sind, die Stanzbleche (2) an ihrem Umfang festzuklemmen. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (10) jeweils eine Antriebseinrichtung (12) zum Verstellen der Klemmelemente (11) senkrecht zur Stanzrichtung aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (10) Führungselemente (13) aufweist, welche auf der der Matrize (4) zugewandten Seite der Klemmelemente (11) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (11) an ihrer den Stanzblechen (2) zugewandten Seite prismenförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungselemente (13) an ihrer den Stanzblechen (2) zugewandten Seite prismenförmig ausgebildet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klemmelemente (11) und die Führungselemente (13) rechenförmig mit Zinken (24 bzw. 26) ausgebildet sind, wobei die Zinken (24 bzw. 26) in Richtung der Längsachse (16) des Stempels (3) ausgerichtet sind und zum gegenseitigen Ineinandergreifen vorgesehen sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (10) mit den Klemmelementen (11) durch eine Antriebseinrichtung (15) in Richtung der Längsachse (16) des Stempels (3) höhenverstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungseinrichtung (10) durch eine Durchmesserverstelleinrichtung (19) auf den Durchmesser der Stanzbleche (2) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stanzbleche (2) auf einem unterhalb des Aufnahmeschachtes (6) sich befindlichen Auflageelement (7) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflageelement (7) rechenförmig mit Zinken (22) ausgebildet ist, wobei sich die Zinken (22) in Richtung der Längsachse (16) des Stempels (3) erstrecken. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 10,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen den Zinken (22) des Auflageelementes (7) Förderketten (23) zum Transport der Blechstapel (8) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 9 bis 11,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Auflageelement (7) durch eine Hubeinrichtung (9) höhenverstellbar ist.
