Abstract

The paving stone laying system (1) consists of several immediately adjacently arranged laying packages of concrete paving stones (2). Each laying package consists of a number of parallel rows of paving stones of the same length and the same or different lengths in each row.

Description

The invention relates to a Verlegeverbund with installation packages with kits with paving stones made of concrete material with essentially prismatic stone bodies with the same height and upright side surfaces.

It is known that in mechanical laying laid to laying packages paving stones in the joint areas of the installation packages continuous joints in the installation composite form, which have an unfavorable effect on the optical image of the installation composite.

An installation composite according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from EP 0 274 344 known. There, the width of the stones vary within a set, but the stones of each row are the same width.

From the EP 0 622 493 A2 a kit of concrete slabs is known, each kit consists of several sets of packs and all contained in a set package plates have a same width but a different, determined by a multiple of a grid length. Through this kit, the visual impression of laid natural stones is to be achieved.

It is an object of the invention to provide a Verlegeverbund with a varied installation pattern.

This object is achieved by a laying composite with the features of claim 1.

Generically, the kit has a number arranged in series paving stones of equal width with the same or different lengths, with the formation of a rectangular or square machine detectable installation package of a number of parallel juxtaposed paving stone rows and stone bodies whose side surfaces over part heights, in particular wavy limited headboards and cut-way have laterally across the head parts protruding bulges or lugs, over a further part height extending foot parts and in which the laying packages in the laying composite in the
Endstones of the paving stone rows either linearly continuous joints or by exchanging each approached, different long row endstones adjacent installation packages to achieve the formation of substantially meandering joints allow. The installation packages are as such integrally formed by their prismatic design mechanically secure and laid as a prismatic package, in the laid state optionally linear continuous joints are recognizable, while exchanging different long row end stones of adjacent installation packages meandering offset joints are formed in a closed optically contiguous Verlegeverbund arise without detection of the individual kits.

In an advantageous embodiment of the kit is provided to execute the head and / or foot parts of the paving stones with broken or rounded corners and / or edges so as to exclude or minimize a risk of breakage in these areas and to ensure a disability-free commit the installation network.

It has proved to be of further advantage if the upper boundary surface of the head parts, that is to say the tread surfaces of the paving stones, are arched outwards in an arc-shaped manner. The paving stones thus give the picture of natural stones and the installation composite appears visually in the nature of natural stone pavements. Suitably, the curvature arches are held flat by large paving stones in plan view and the curvature arcs of paving stones of small area in plan view are designed with greater curvature.

Finally, it is envisaged that arranged on the foot parts of the stone body bulges or lugs are arranged at intervals to each other on the side surfaces of the foot parts and the bulges or lugs support body to adjacent stone bodies form while the bulges or approaches together with bulges or approaches adjacent stone body in the Fugenbereichen arise as water passage openings serving spaces. The cross-sectional sizes of the water passage openings are determined essentially by the length and width of the bulges or lugs and their distance from each other and the number.

The kit 1 shown in Fig. 1 is formed by a number of paving stones 2 made of concrete material. The paving stones 2 are, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3 reveals executed with prismatic shape. They have a head part 2 'with wavy peripheral surface 3 and a foot part 2' ', which is provided in the peripheral surface 4 with a number of bulges 5 or lugs. The bulges 5 are formed over partial lengths of the peripheral surface at a distance from each other on the foot part 2 ''. The paving stones 2 are to form the kit 1, as shown in Fig. 1 and Figs. 7 and 8, arranged in rows next to each other, wherein the paving stones 2 of each row are formed with the same width, but with the same or different lengths. The lengths of the paving stone rows of each kit 1 and the widths of the paving stones 2 are designed overall according to a grid, which in the embodiment of Figs. with 1200 x 760 mm is selected. It is understood that the grid of the kits can be selected with any other size. The kits 1 thus formed as laying packages can be safely detected and laid by machine.

Dabei sind in Fig. 7 die Pflastersteine 2 sämtlichst mit geringer gleicher Breite und mit verschieden großen Längen und in Fig. 8 die Pflastersteine 2 insgesamt mit großer gleicher Breite und verschieden großen Längen zu einem Bausatz zusammengefügt.FIGS. 7 and 8 show the bottom views of the paving stones 2, which are referred to as core concrete sides, which are assembled in rows with any desired lengths, but equal widths, in each case into a laying package. The numbers 12, which are considered to belong together by the hyphens 11, are measures in centimeters. In this case, the paving stones 2 sämtlichst in Fig. 7 together with a smaller width and different lengths and in Fig. 8, the paving stones 2 together with a large same width and different lengths to a kit.

The bulges 5 on the peripheral surfaces 4 of the foot parts 2 '' are used in set as laying package kit 1 the mutual support of adjacent paving stones 2 and paving stone rows. By appropriate dimensioning of the bulges 5, the bulges 5 allow the formation of passage openings 6 (FIG. 18) for water in the regions of the joints 7, via which a water drain into the ground can take place.

In FIG. 9, kits 1 according to the embodiment of FIG. 7 with kits 1 according to FIG. 8 are combined to form an installation composite, wherein the kits 1 in the installation composite can reveal line-shaped continuous joints 7 in the transverse and longitudinal regions of adjacent building sets 1. In Fig. 10, a modified Verlegeverbund is formed by combining kits 1 of FIG. 7 and 8. Also in this continuous joints 7 are provided in the transverse and longitudinal regions of adjacent kits. The kits 1 of the middle section of the installation composite of FIG. 10 correspond to the kit 1 of FIG. 7 and the two lateral Verlegeverbundabschnitte, kits 1 of FIG.

Hierdurch ist ein durchgehend geschlosssenes Verlegebild erreicht.FIGS. 11 and 12 show a laying composite formed by kits 1 of FIG. 7. The kits 1 are each detected by machine as a rectangular laying package and laid and by subsequent replacement of the row of end stones 2, (dashed lines in Fig. 12), the laying pattern of FIG. 11 achieved. Instead of continuous joints 7 meandering joints 7 in the areas of paving stone rows can be achieved by replacing the dashed row end stones. As a result, a continuous geschlosssenes laying pattern is achieved.

The same considerations apply to the laying patterns of FIGS. 13 and 14. In this installation composite kits 1 shown in FIG. 8 are used, again by interchanging cobblestones at the row ends of adjacent kits 1, (dashed lines shown in the embodiment), a self-contained installation pattern of Fig. 14 with meandering joints 7 can be achieved. It is not apparent to the viewer that a number of mechanically installed kits result in the laying composite.

In the embodiment of FIGS. 15 and 16 side by side kits of FIG. 7 and FIG. 8 are brought into application. The joints 7 are designed by interchanging row end blocks (Fig. 16, shown in dashed lines), meandering.

Notwithstanding, in Fig. 4 and 5, a paving stone 2 for. a kit 1, which has instead of the head parts 2 'with wavy boundary headboards 2' with a rectangular shape, while the foot parts 2 '' in the installed state to provide Wasserdurchlaßöffnungen 6 in the peripheral surfaces 4 lugs 5.

It has proven advantageous if the paving stones 2, as illustrated in particular in FIGS. 4 and 5, have outwardly extending cambers 13, approximately with the radius 1443 mm, in the area of their upper side 2 '". It is provided that in the plan view large paving stones 2 have relatively shallow vaults 13, while the paving stones 2 with small cross-sectional sizes have bulges 13 with strong curvature.

Fig. 6 shows another paving stone 2 in plan view. This paving stone is provided with plane-parallel side surfaces 14, the rib-shaped projections 5 carry at a distance from each other. The lugs 5 serve as spacers to adjacent paving stones and the formation of water passage openings in the joint areas. Also in this embodiment, the top of the paving stone 2 has an outwardly extending curvature 13.

Fig. 17 can be seen a laying image, in which by a corresponding assignment of kits 1 to each other a self-contained installation pattern without necessary exchange of row endstones is achievable.

Furthermore, it is provided to connect the head (2 ') and foot parts (2' ') of the paving stones by oblique surface sections 15 acting as third side surface boundaries, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 18.

Claims (4)

  1. Paving formation comprising a plurality of assemblies of concrete paving stones (2) arranged directly next to one another,
    - where each paving assembly is formed from a number of paving stones (2) arranged in a plurality of parallel rows and having, for each row, an identical width and identical or different lengths,
    - where the rows of each paving assembly have an identical length, resulting in rectangular or square, machine-grippable paving assemblies of always identical width and length,
    - where the adjacent paving assemblies in the paving formation form linearly continuous joints in the region of the end stones of the paving stone rows or, optionally, by exchanging row end stones of different length but identical width which belong to adjacent paving assemblies and have been brought close to one another, it is possible to form essentially meander-like joints (7),
    - where the paving stones (2) are designed as essentially prismatic stone bodies with identical heights and with vertical side faces (4),
    - where the side faces (4) of the paving stones (2) have, over parts of their height, head parts (2') which are bounded in particular in the form of a wavy line, and the side faces (4) have, over portions thereof, foot parts (2'') extending over a further part of their height and provided with convexities (5) or protrusions which project laterally transversely beyond the head parts (2),
    characterized in that
    - the paving formation consists of first and second paving assemblies,
    - where the first paving assembly consists of paving stone rows which all have a small width,
    - where the second paving assembly consists of paving stone rows which all have a large width,
    - where the first paving assembly has paving stone rows having at least two different widths,
    - where the second paving assembly has paving stone rows having at least two further different widths,
    - where the two widths of the paving stone rows of the first paving assembly and the two widths of the paving stone rows of the second paving assembly differ from one another.
  2. Paving formation according to Claim 1, characterized in that the head parts (2') and/or foot parts (2'') of the paving stones (2) have broken or rounded corners and/or edges.
  3. Paving formation according to Claims 1 and 2, characterized in that an upper bounding surface of the head parts (2') of the paving stones (2) is curved outwards to form an arc.
