Claims (8)
- Lastverstellvorrichtung für ein die Leistung einer Brennkraftmaschine bestimmendes, insbesondere als Drosselklappe (5) ausgebildetes, auf einer Stellwelle (4) angeordnetes Stellglied, wobei die Stellwelle (4) über ein drehfest mit ihr verbundenes Stellteil mittels eines reversierbaren Stellgetriebes (7) zwischen einer Minimallaststellung und einer Volllaststellung schwenkbar antreibbar ist, mit einer vorgespannten Rückstellfeder (14), die die Stellwelle (4) in Minimallastrichtung beaufschlagt, und einer Notlauffeder (13), durch die die Stellwelle (4) in Volllastrichtung bis zu einer Notlaufstellung bewegbar ist, wobei die Notlauffeder (13) und die Rückstellfeder (14) jeweils als Drehfedern gestaltet und auf der dem Stellgetriebe (7) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Stellwelle angeordnet sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Notlauffeder (13) und die Rückstellfeder (14) mit einem Ende feststehend gehalten sind und mit dem anderen Ende zwischen der Minimallaststellung und der Notlaufstellung an einem gemeinsamen, mit der Stellwelle (4) verbundenen Stellhebel (17) angelenkt sind, und dass zwischen der Minimallast stellung und der Volllaststellung ausschließlich die Rückstellfeder (14) an dem Stellhebel (12) angelenkt ist.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notlauffeder (13) und die Rückstellfeder (14) als zwei einander umschließende, die Stellwelle (4) gegensinnig vorspannende Schenkelfedern gestaltet sind
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notlauffeder (13) in Notlaufstellung an einem gehäusefesten Anschlag (23) und an einer Abwinklung (17) des Stellhebels (12) anliegt.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein Schenkel (21) der Rückstellfeder (14) formschlüssig mit dem Stellhebel (12) verbunden ist.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stellhebel eine in Notlaufstellung von der Rückstellfeder gegen einen Schenkel der Notlauffeder vorgespannte Abwinklung aufweist.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notlauffeder (13) und die Rückstellfeder (14) konzentrisch um eine Lagerung (11) der Stellwelle (4) angeordnet sind.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notlauffeder (13) und die Rückstellfeder (14) in einem von einem Deckel (16) verschließbaren schachtartigen Gehäuse (15) angeordnet sind.
- Lastverstellvorrichtung nach zumindest einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Notlauffeder (13) eine größere Federkonstante hat als die Rückstellfeder (14).
