Definitions
- the present invention relates to an arrangement a blocking element and a use of the blocking element according to the preambles of the independent claims.
- EPS expanded polystyrene rigid foam
- EPS should be used for the building insulation, whereby above building openings, i. above windows and doors, a barrier element is used to increase the fire safety in the form of a bar-shaped element made of mineral wool. This is to prevent a fire acting on the insulation made of EPS from spreading further, in particular that molten EPS flows over the building openings in the event of fire.
- FR 2 292 821 A1 From FR 2 292 821 A1 also a building facade with an insulating layer of polystyrene plates is known, which is interrupted in each case floor height of a surrounding the building and glued to the building wall blocking element of a mineral wool tape, but the structure and attachment of the barrier element are in need of improvement ,
- the present invention is therefore based on the object to provide an arrangement and a blocking element, which do not have the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
- the invention has the following advantages, among others: By guiding the blocking elements without interruption over substantial areas of the building, preferably completely around the building, a flow of molten EPS is prevented over a wide area, thus substantially improving the properties of EPS in case of fire.
- Fig. 1 is in a section perpendicular to a masonry MW a possible construction of a wall of a newly created building with an insulation IS using a inventive locking element SP shown.
- the wall structure can be seen in the region of a window opening with a lintel S and an adjacent window frame FR with a window F.
- a ceiling or floor DB is supported by the fall S on the outer walls of the building.
- the floor DB is up to the building shell outer surface, which is formed essentially by the outwardly facing surface of the masonry MW out.
- On the outside facing surface of masonry MW insulation IS is glued.
- a network N and overlying plaster Ver VP is provided on this and the other usual cladding of building facades.
- a blocking element SP is provided at the level of the bottom BD, which consists of a base body GK and a fastening element BE.
- This blocking element SP has essentially two tasks: On the one hand, the blocking element SP prevents a flow of insulating material melted by the action of flames between the masonry MW and an outer layer formed by the mesh N and the plaster VP.
- blocking elements SP are not only provided in the area of building openings, molten insulation material IS also not laterally, ie next to the building openings overflow, but is basically held above the blocking elements SP
- the blocking element prevents SP in the creation of new buildings, especially if a blocking element SP for each floor at the level of the floor BD is completely guided around the building, that when concreting the floor BD, the concrete can flow off the building exterior wall.
- the blocking element SP serves as a shell element when constructing the concrete floor.
- a preferred embodiment of the blocking element SP on a fastening element BE in the form of an extension, which lies in a quadrangular cross section of the locking element SP in a plane of an elongated side surface.
- This fastener BE is now mounted before setting in on the floor DB supporting masonry MW or fall S such that the interior of the building facing side of the blocking element SP with the outwardly facing side of the masonry MW and the fall S in one Escape. After inserting and fixing any necessary reinforcing iron is set in concrete, which at the same time the locking element SP is further fixed.
- anchors V are provided which are present at regular intervals along the fastening elements BE.
- Fig. 2 shows an inventive locking element SP in a perspective view, wherein the blocking element SP consists of a base body GK and a fastening element BE.
- the blocking element SP non-flammable or hardly combustible materials are used, such as polyurethane foam, Polyisocyanuratschaum, phenolic resin or mineral wool.
- the outer shape of the blocking element SP is formed by a hole or grid console or by a carbon fiber frame, in which case the main body GK of the blocking element SP is preferably also filled with one of the aforementioned materials.
- FIG. 1 a section perpendicular to a masonry MW of a building is also shown in FIG.
- this is an existing building which was later provided with an insulation IS, ie after the floors BD have been created.
- the fastening element BE is not horizontally but vertically arranged as shown in FIG. 1.
- the aforementioned fire protection function is fulfilled in the same way, as is already the case in the arrangement according to FIG. If the formwork function is not required - as is the case with all existing buildings that are to be insulated - the barrier element SP can be installed at any height. In particular, there is the possibility that To arrange locking element SP immediately above the building openings.
- FIG. 4 shows a perspective view of an inventive arrangement of blocking elements SP in a building G.
- the blocking elements SP are provided above building openings GO, with the exception of the uppermost floor, wherein the blocking elements SP without interruption cover essential areas of the building G , preferably completely around the building G, are guided.
- essential area of the building G is understood to mean an arrangement in which a blocking element SP is guided over at least two building openings GO.
- the blocking elements SP are preferably arranged substantially horizontally.

Description
Dabei zeigen
- Fig. 1
- Fig. 2
- ein erfindungsgemässes Sperrelement in perspektivischer Ansicht,
- Fig. 3
