Description

"Ansteckclip"
Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf einen Ansteckclip gemäß dem Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches.
Der Oberbegriff des Hauptanspruches geht von der WO 95/19023 aus.
In vielen Bereichen des täglichen Lebens und insbesondere in der Werbebranche besteht das Bedürfnis nach Ansteckclips, die kostengünstig hergestellt werden können und das Bedrucken mit beliebigen Farben und Motiven ermöglichen, wobei beim Bedrucken alle zum Stand der Technik gehörenden, insbesondere in der Papierindustrie üblichen Druckverfahren eingesetzt werden sollen.
Der Erfindung liegt die Aufgabe zugrunde, einen Ansteckclip zu schaffen, bei dem wenigstens die Sichtseite durch eine aus Papier bestehende Druckplatte gebildet ist, die mit in der graphi- sehen Industrie üblichen Druckverfahren bedruckt werden kann, wobei weiterhin das Zusammenfügen dieser Druckplatte mit den übrigen Halteteilen des Clips halb- oder vollautomatisch möglich sein soll.
Diese der Erfindung zugrundeliegende Aufgabe wird durch die Lehre des Hauptanspruches gelöst.
Vorteilhafte Ausgestaltungen sind in den Unteransprüchen erläutert.
Aus der DE 37 41 702 A1 ist eine Preisschleife für Sportzwecke bekanntgeworden, die aus einer vorzugsweise mit Bandenden versehenen Rosette mit Datenträgerplatte und dahinter angeordnetem Befestigungsteil besteht, wobei die Datenträgerplatte lösbar, vorzugsweise mit dem Befestigungsteil lösbar verbunden ist. Die Bauteile sollen aus Kunststoff gespritzt sein, so daß auch die erforderliche Klemmwirkung zwischen Datenträgerplatte und Befestigungsteil erreicht wird. Wie der erforderliche Halteclip angebracht ist, ist nicht näher erläutert, und die Herstellung ist nicht mit in der Papierindustrie üblichen Mitteln möglich.
Aus dem DE-U 92 01 369 ist ein Befestigungsclip zur Befestigung von wenigstens bereichsweise hohlen Schmuckstücken bekanntgeworden, wobei ein federnder Befestigungsbügel eingesetzt wird, der mit einem in das Innere des Schmuckstückes greifenden Fixierbügel ausgerüstet ist. Der Fixierbügel ist mit einem Rastansatz zur Verrastung in einer Schmuckwandaus- nehmung versehen. Hier wird kein im wesentlichen aus Papier ausgebildeter Ansteckclip erläutert, so daß die Probleme, die sich bei der erfindungsgemäßen Einrichtung stellen, nicht auf- treten.
In der WO 95/19023 wird ein Informationsträger beschrieben, der in Verbindung mit einer Büroklammer eingesetzt werden kann. Hier besteht der Informationsträger aus einem Papierzu- schnitt, der entsprechend gefaltet werden kann und in den die
Büroklammer eingesteckt werden kann. Diese Anordnung ist wenig haltbar und beispielsweise nicht als Werbeträger für Werbeinformationen geeignet.
Schließlich ist aus der GB-21 55 094 ein Ansteckclip bekannt- geworden, der im wesentlichen aus Kunststoff besteht, wobei auf einer Kunststofftragplatte eine entsprechende Papierdruckplatte eingesetzt werden kann. Auch hier erfolgt die Festlegung mittels einer normalen Büroklammer.
Mit anderen Worten ausgedrückt wird gemäß der Erfindung vorgeschlagen, daß ein Ansteckclip dadurch hergestellt wird, daß er wenigstens aus einer eine Sichtseite aufweisenden Druckplatte, einer Tragplatte und einem Halteclip besteht, wobei der Halteclip an der Tragplatte befestigt werden kann. Die Druck- platte und die Tragplatte werden miteinander verklebt und wenigstens die Druckplatte besteht aus Papier, so daß dadurch die Möglichkeit geschaffen wird, die Druckplatte und damit die Sichtseite dieser Druckplatte in jedem beliebigen Druckverfahren zu bedrucken, wobei auch hier die Möglichkeit besteht, große Druckbögen einzusetzen, die also zehn, zwanzig oder auch mehr Einzeldrucke aufweisen, die mit der Tragplatte verklebt und auseinandergeschnitten werden.
Der eigentliche Halteclip, der üblicherweise aus Metall besteht, wird in eine entsprechende Aufnahmeöffnung in der Tragplatte eingesetzt.
Hierbei kann diese Aufnahmeöffnung dadurch hergestellt werden, daß an der zur Druckplatte hin gerichteten Seite der Trag- platte eine entsprechende Vertiefung ausgeformt wird, beispielsweise eingepreßt wird oder es wird so vorgegangen, daß der Ansteckclip dreiteilig dadurch ausgebildet ist, daß er eine Druckplatte, eine Tragplatte und eine rückseitige Abdeck- platte besitzt. In dem Fall kann in der Tragplatte die Aufnah- meöffnung für den Halteclip z. B. ausgestanzt werden. Vorzugsweise bestehen die einzelnen Bauteile mit Ausnahme des Halteclips aus Papier bzw. Karton. So kann die Druckplatte aus einer dünnen Papierschicht bestehen, die an ihrer Sichtseite bedruckt wird, die Tragplatte aus einer dickeren Karton- schicht, die entsprechende Tragfähigkeit aufweist und die das
Einprägen oder Ausstanzen der Aufnahmeöffnung ermöglicht und schließlich kann die rückseitige Abdeckplatte wiederum aus Papier bestehen, das zu seiner Außenseite hin aufgerauht sein kann und dadurch einen sicheren Sitz des Ansteckclips an der Jacke od. dgl. des Trägers ermöglicht.
Der eigentliche Clip wird in seiner Aufnahmeöffnung dadurch gehalten, daß er widerhakenartig ausgebildet sein kann, beispielsweise in Form eines entgegen der Einschubrichtung ge- richteten Schenkelendes oder durch ein sogenanntes Tannenbaumprofil, das sich am Rand der Aufnahmeöffnung verhakt. In gleicher Weise ist es aber auch möglich, den Halteclip mit seinem Verankerungsbügel in der zugeordneten Aufnahmeöffnung einzukleben.
Während die Druckplatte, die Tragplatte und die Abdeckplatte aus Papier oder aus papierähnlichem Werkstoff bestehen können, besteht der eigentliche Halteclip selbst aus Metall oder Kunststoff und weist dadurch die erforderliche Festigkeit und notwendige Federelastizität auf. Seine Größe ist dabei so gewählt, daß er über die Unterkante des eigentlichen Ansteckclips vorsteht.
Bei einem bevorzugten Ausführungsbeispiel besteht die eigent- liehe Tragplatte aus Mikrowellpappe, bei der die Wellen der
Mikrowellpappe quer zur Ausrichtung des Halteclips ausgerichtet sind. Bei einem rechteckigen Ansteckclip, der üblicherweise horizontal ausgerichtet ist, erstrecken sich die Wellungen in Richtung der Längsachse und damit quer zur Ausrichtung des Halteclips. Die vordere Deckplatte des Mikrowellenkartons dient zur Aufnahme der Druckplatte und die hintere Deckplatte des Mikrowellenkartons dient zur Aufnahme einer hinteren Abdeckplatte, die bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel dafür erforderlich ist, um Verwindungen der Tragplatte durch das Aufbringen der notwendigen Klebschicht zu verhindern. 5
In der hinteren und vorderen Deckplatte der Mikrowellpappe sowie in den Wellen der Mikrowellpappe und der hinteren Abdeckplatte ist jeweils eine Einstanzung vorgesehen, die dazu bestimmt ist, die hakenartigen Enden von Bügel des Halteclips
10 aufzunehmen, wobei sich die abgebogenen hakenartigen Enden dann in Richtung der Wellentäler oder Wellenhügel der Mikrowellpappe erstrecken. Bei diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist eine Großserienproduktion mit Produktionsverfahren möglich, die in der Papierindustrie üblich sind, so daß eine kostengünstige
15 Herstellung erreichbar ist.
Anstelle der Mikrowellpappe kann auch eine Schaumstoffschicht eingesetzt werden, beispielsweise aus einem geschäumten Polystyrol, die also entsprechend tragfähig und formstabil ist.

Hierbei wird ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, daß die Sichtseite der Druckplatte und damit die Druckplatte selbst und auch die übrigen Platten nicht unbedingt rund, quadratisch, rechteckig oder polygonal ausgebildet sein müssen, sondern jede
25 beliebige Umfangsform aufweisen können.
Anstelle der vorbeschriebenen Stoffwahl, Papier und Metall, ist es selbstverständlich, daß auch entsprechende Kunststoffteile, Textilstoffe od. dgl. miteinander kombiniert oder allein eingesetzt 30 werden können und daß vor allen Dingen die Sichtseite der
Druckplatte auch reliefartig ausgebildet sein kann.
Ausführungsbeispiele der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der Zeichnungen erläutert. Die Zeichnungen zeigen dabei Fig. 1 von der Rückseite her gesehen einen Ansteckclip, aufgebaut aus einer Druckplatte, einer Tragplatte und dem eigentlichen Halteclip, in
Fig. 2 eine auseinandergezogene Darstellung des An- steckcips gemäß Fig. 1 , in
Fig. 3 eine Ausführungsform eines Ansteckclips, aufgebaut aus drei verschiedenen Lagen, in
Fig. 4 in einer auseinandergezogenen Darstellungsweise eine abgeänderte Ausführungsform des Ansteck- clips unter Verwendung von Mikrowellpappe, in
Fig. 5 eine Rückansicht auf einen Ansteckclip gemäß
Fig. 4, in
Fig. 6 eine Seitenansicht auf die Anordnung gemäß
Fig. 5 und in Fig. 7 eine vergrößerte Schnittdarstellung.
In den Fig. 1 bis 3 ist ein Ansteckclip 1 dargestellt, der eine Sichtseite 2 aufweist und eine Rückseite 3, wobei an der Rückseite 3 ein aus Metall bestehender Halteclip 7 erkennbar ist.
Die Sichtseite 2 ist auf einer Druckplatte 4 vorgesehen, die beispielsweise aus einer dünnen Papierschicht bestehen kann und die über eine Klebeschicht 5 an einer Tragplatte 6 fest angeordnet ist, wobei die Tragplatte 6 beispielsweise aus Karton be- stehen kann.
In dieser Tragplatte 6 ist bei dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Ausführungsbeispiel zur Druckplatte 4 hin gerichtet eine Einprägung oder Vertiefung vorgesehen, die eine Aufnahmeöffnung 9 schafft, in der ein Verankerungsbügel 8 des Halteclips 7 eingesetzt werden kann. Dieser Verankerungsbügel 8 weist einen Widerhaken 10 auf, der sich in der Aufnahmeöffnung 9 bei einer Rückbewegung des Halteclips 7 verriegeln würde. Gleichzeitig schafft die Ausbildung des Widerhakens 10 am Verankerungs- bügel 8 eine Spitze 14, die das Einsetzen des Verankerungsbügels 8 in die Aufnahmeöffnung 9 erleichtert. Wie bereits ausgeführt, kann anstelle des Widerhakens 10 die Verankerung des Verankerungsbügels 8 durch ein Tannenzapfenprofil erreicht werden. Auch ist es möglich, den Verankerungsbügel 8 relativ flächig auszubilden und in der Aufnahme- Öffnung 9 zu verkleben.
Die Druckplatte 4 ist mit der Tragplatte 6 verklebt.
Der Halteclip 7 steht über die Unterkante des Ansteckclips 1 über und bildet einen Überstand 11 , der das Anstecken des
Ansteckclips 1 erleichtert.
Fig. 2 zeigt die Einzelbauteile des in Fig. 1 im zusammengebauten Zustand dargestellten Ansteckclips.
Fig. 3 zeigt einen Ansteckclip, der aus drei Platten zusammengestellt wird, nämlich einerseits der Druckplatte 4 mit der Sichtseite 2, dann einer relativ dicken Kartonplatte 6a, in der der Aufnahmeraum 9 als Freiraum ausgestanzt ist, wobei die Rückseite 3 der Kartonplatte 6a durch eine rückseitige Abdeckplatte 12 abgedeckt wird. Auch bei dieser Ausführungsform sind die Einzelplatten miteinander verklebt und anschließend wird der Halteclip 7 in die Aufnahmeöffnung 9 eingesetzt.
Es erscheint vorteilhaft, alle Bauteile mit Ausnahme des eigentlichen Halteclips 7 aus Papier oder Karton herzustellen, wobei es aber selbstverständlich im Rahmen der Erfindung möglich ist, einzelne Bauteile auch aus Plastik oder Holz herzustellen. Auch sind Textilstoffe einsetzbar und vor allen Dingen sind Kombi- nationen aus diesen einzelnen Werkstoffen denkbar.
Die Druckplatte 4 mit ihrer Sichtseite 2 ermöglicht den Einsatz jedes beliebigen Druckverfahrens, wobei insbesondere auch die Sichtseite 2 der Druckplatte 4 reliefartig ausgebildet werden kann, wenn die Druckplatte 4 eine entsprechende Stärke auf- weist. Die Außenform des Ansteckclips kann polygonal, rund oder sonstige Form aufweisen, wobei insbesondere die Form dem Projekt angepaßt sein kann.
In den Fig. 4 bis 7 ist ein Ansteckclip 1 dargestellt, der eine
Sichtseite 2a aufweist und eine Rückseite 3a, wobei an der Rückseite 3a ein aus Metall bestehender Halteclip 7a erkennbar ist.
Die Sichtseite 2a wird durch eine Druckplatte 4a gebildet, die auf einer Tragplatte 6b aufgeklebt werden kann, wobei die Tragplatte 6b durch eine Abdeckplatte 12a an der Rückseite abgeschlossen wird. Die Tragplatte 6b besteht aus Mikrowellpappe, wobei der Längsverlauf der Wellungen, wie dies die Fig. 4 deutlich zeigt, quer zur Längserstreckung eines Halteclips
7a verlaufen. Die Wellungen der Mikrowellpappe werden durch eine vordere Deckplatte 15 und eine rückwärtige Deckplatte 14 abgedeckt. Die Druckplatte 4a und die Abdeckplatte 12a werden auf die vordere bzw. hintere Deckplatte 15 und 14 aufge- klebt, wobei zwischen der Druckplatte 4a und der Deckplatte 15 eine Klebstoffschicht 20 eingeschaltet ist. Die Klebstoff seh icht 20 kann durch eine doppelseitig wirksame Klebstoffolie gebildet sein, die durch eine abnehmbare Schutzschicht geschützt ist. In der Zeichnung ist die Schicht 20 übertrieben dick dargestellt.
In der Abdeckplatte 12a, der rückwärtigen Deckplatte 14, den Wellungen der Mikrowellpappe und der vorderen Deckplatte 15 ist eine Aufnahmeöffnung 9a vorgesehen, die zur Aufnahme des Halteclips 7a dient.
Der Halteclip 7a wird z. B. durch einen Metalldraht gebildet, der zu einem Bügel gebogen ist, so daß zwei Bügel 16 und 17 gebildet werden, die in hakenartigen Enden 18 und 19 enden, die quer zur Längserstreckung der Bügel 16 und 17 ausgerichtet sind. Diese hakenartigen Enden 18 und 19 werden durch die
Aufnahmeöffnungen 9a geführt und greifen in Längsrichtung der Wellungen in die Mikrowellpappe ein, so wie dies gestrichelt in Fig. 5 erkennbar ist. Hierdurch wird eine sichere Verankerung des Halteclips 7a erreicht. Zudem sind die Bügel 16 und 17, wie dies deutlich die Fig. 6 zeigt, leicht gegenüber der Ebene der Tragplatte 6b nach hinten stufenförmig abgebogen, so daß ein leichtes Anclipen des Ansteckclips 1 gewährleistet wird.
Die sogenannte Tragplatte, die bei der Ausführungsform gemäß den Fig. 6 und 7 aus Mikrowellpappe besteht, kann aber auch aus einer Schaumstoffplatte gebildet sein, beispielsweise aus geschäumtem Polystyrol. Hierbei greifen die Enden 18 und 19 dann leicht in dieses Schaumstoffmaterial ein, so daß das Einsetzen des Halteclips 7a erleichtert wird. Anstelle des in Fig. 4 dargestellten ovalen Loches 9a kann in einem solchen Fall die Öffnung 9a auch aus einem einfachen, schlitzförmigen Einschnitt bestehen, der auf jeden Fall durch die Deckplatte 12a geführt ist, aber auch in die Schaumstoffschicht eingreifen kann oder sogar die Schaumstoffschicht durchqueren kann. Bei dem Einsatz der Schaumstoffschicht ist es nicht erforderlich, daß diese Schaumstoffschicht durch die Öffnung 9a geöffnet wird, da das Einpressen der Enden 18 und 19 des Haltebügels 7a da wesentlich einfacher ist.
In diesem Zusammenhang wird ausdrücklich noch einmal darauf hingewiesen, daß die insbesondere in den Fig. 4 und 7 benutzten Größenverhältnisse übertrieben dargestellt sind und nur zur Verdeutlichung des Erfindungsgedankens gewählt wurden. Die Größenverhältnisse sind und können anders gewählt werden.

Claims

Patentansprüche:
1. Ansteckclip (1 ) mit einer Tragplatte und einem Halteclip, gekennzeichnet durch die Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) mit einer Aufnahmeöffnung (9, 9a), einer an der Tragplatte (6, 6a,
6b) anbringbaren Druckplatte (4, 4a) mit einer Sichtseite (2, 2a) und den außen an der Rückseite (3, 3a) des Ansteckclips (1 ) anliegenden Halteclip (7, 7a), der mit Verankerungsbügel (8; 16, 17) in der Aufnahmeöffnung (9, 9a) festlegbar ist, wobei an der der Aufnahme der Druckplatte
(4) gegenüberliegenden Seite der Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) eine rückseitige Abdeckplatte (12, 12a) vorgesehen ist.
2. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnung (9) als Vertiefung in die Tragplatte (6) eingearbeitet ist.
3. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnung (9) aus der Tragplatte (6a) aus- gestanzt ist.
4. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 1 , dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnung (9a) in die Abdeckplatte (12a) eingeschnitten ist.
5. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsbügel (8) durch ein Widerhakenprofil in der Aufnahmeöffnung (9) verankert ist.
6. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Verankerungsbügel (8) in der Aufnahmeöffnung (9) eingeklebt ist.
7. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) aus Karton besteht.
8. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (6b) aus Mikrowellpappe besteht.
9. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) aus einer Schaumstoffplatte gebildet ist.
10. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 1 und 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufnahmeöffnung (9a) als Einschnitt in der Abdeckplatte (12a) und als Einschnitt in der hinteren Deckplatte (14) der Mikrowellpappe der Tragplatte (6b) ausge- bildet ist.
11. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Druckplatte (4) aus Papier besteht.
12. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die rückseitige Abdeckplatte (12, 12a) aus Papier besteht.
13. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteclip (7, 7a) über die untere Kante des Ansteckclips (1 ) übersteht.
14. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteclip (7, 7a) aus
Metall besteht.
15. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 13 und 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Halteclip (7a) gegenüber der Ebene der hinteren Abdeckplatte (12a) stufenförmig abgewinkelt ist.
16. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) mit der Druckplatte (4, 4a) und ggf. mit der rückseitigen Abdeckplatte (12, 12a) verklebt ist.
17. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Tragplatte (6, 6a, 6b) mit der Druckplatte (4, 4a) unter Zwischenschaltung einer Klebstoffschicht (20) verklebt ist.
18. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Klebstoffschicht (20) durch eine doppelseitig wirksame Klebstoffolie gebildet ist.
19. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine Seite der die Klebstoffschicht (20) bildenden Klebstoffolie durch eine abnehmbare Schutzschicht geschützt ist.
20. Ansteckclip nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Sichtseite (2, 2a) der Druckplatte (4, 4a) reliefartig ausgebildet ist.
21. Ansteckclip nach Anspruch 13 bis 15, dadurch gekenn- zeichnet, daß der Halteclip (7a) zwei Verankerungsbügel
(16, 17) aufweist, die zusammengepreßt durch die Auf- nahmeöffnung (9a) greifen und mit ihren hakenartig abgebogenen Enden (18, 19) sich in den Wellen der Mikrowellpappe (6b) verankern.
