本实用新型涉及一种定位扣接结构,特别涉及一种快装定位扣,包括位于夹持物件下方的支承部和位于夹持物件上方的上压部,支承部由金属线材折弯后合围成平面图形,金属线材的一端自由延伸形成第一自由端,另一端为连接端,上压部也是由金属线材折弯形成,上压部包括与连接端连接的中间部,中间部从连接端延伸至靠近支承部的中心位置,中间部和支承部位于同一平面内,中间部上方连接有手持部,本实用新型的快装定位扣能快速的卡在需要连接的物件上,支承部位于一个平面上,能***到松散结构里,不会对待连接的物件造成外观及结构上的损伤。

技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种定位扣接结构,特别涉及一种快装定位扣。
背景技术
广告灯箱的宣传画通常需要定期更换,以创造更大的价值,传统的更换方式繁琐而复杂,即使是专业人员也需要较长时间才能完成,而且不可避免的造成宣传画纸的皱褶和破损。将广告宣传画安装到灯箱内一般都需要固定件,有用螺栓固定的,也有上方用塑料小钩子,下方用金属夹子的固定方式。但用这些方式来固定都繁琐而复杂;在一些高档商品和家具上会用到类似于丝绸、布艺甚至于立体的商标,一般这些商标都会用铆钉固定到商品上,这样做会因为破坏商标的完整而显得不够美观,铆接的商标在需要去除时不可避免的会采用破坏性的拆除;同时商标安装时会需要用到一些工具,这些工具难免会对商品造成磕碰,发生磕碰后造成的商品外观的缺陷在修复时往往会花费很大的精力和物力,且很难达到完美;一些小型设备的防震垫通常采用螺栓连接,拆卸时有一定的麻烦;一些开合式的门上需要用到密封条时,多数会采用嵌入式的结构,安装繁琐,更换麻烦,这些事例在产品加工、替换过程中都存在形同的问题,就是连接件不方便安装和拆卸。
实用新型内容
为了解决现有技术所存在的连接件安装和拆卸不方便的缺陷,本实用新型提供一种可快速安装和拆卸的快装定位扣。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种快装定位扣,包括位于夹持物件下方的支承部和位于夹持物件上方的上压部,所述的支承部由金属线材折弯后合围成平面图形,金属线材的一端自由延伸形成第一自由端,另一端为连接端,所述的上压部也是由金属线材折弯形成,上压部包括与所述的连接端连接的中间部,所述的中间部从连接端延伸至靠近支承部的中心位置,所述的中间部和支承部位于同一平面内,中间部上方连接有手持部。
进一步的,所述的支承部和上压部由同一条金属线材折弯形成,支承部自然向内延伸形成所述的中间部,所述的中间部自然向上延伸形成所述的手持部。
优选的,所述的支承部的形状为橄榄形,中间部位于橄榄形的长度方向上。橄榄形结构圆滑,承受能力强,能起到很好的支撑作用,中间部位于橄榄形长度方向上,这样扣住的距离更长,更加稳定。
优选的,所述的中间部的形状为直线。采用直线,卡在物体上的阻力小,不费力,安装快速。
进一步的,所述的手持部通过金属线材在折弯后形成平面图形,所述的中间部和手持部位于同一平面内。中间部和手持部位于同一平面内,手容易施力,操作方便。
优选的,所述的手持部为左右对称结构,包括位于顶部的顶角,顶角的两条边在顶角下方向内折弯后交叉,交叉点下方延伸出第一底脚和第二底脚,所述的第一底脚为自然延伸的第二自由端,所述的第二底脚与所述的中间部连接。
进一步的,所述的手持部的对称中心线与支承部所在平面垂直。
进一步的,所述的手持部的对称中心线穿过支承部的中心。
进一步的,所述的手持部所在平面和支承部所在平面的夹角大于0°。
优选的,所述的手持部所在平面和支承部所在平面的相互垂直。
有益效果:
(1)本实用新型的快装定位扣能快速的卡在需要连接的物件上,支承部位于一个平面上,能***到松散结构里,不会对待连接的物件造成外观及结构上的损伤,不需使用工具,徒手就可以完成;
(2)拆卸非常方便,只要稍稍用力即可将用所述的定位扣连接的物件拔出;
(3)有一定的支承力,在待连接的物件不撕裂的情况下定位扣不会自然松脱,如果需要安装的物件面积较大则可以使用多枚定位扣来支撑,安装简单,方便耐用。

具体实施方式
如图1-3,一种快装定位扣,包括位于夹持物件下方的支承部2和位于夹持物件上方的上压部1,支承部2由金属线材折弯后合围成平面图形,金属线材的一端自由延伸形成第一自由端21,另一端为连接端,上压部1也是由金属线材折弯形成,上压部1包括与连接端连接的中间部14,中间部14从连接端延伸至靠近支承部2的中心位置,中间部14和支承部2位于同一平面内,中间部14上方连接有手持部10。
支承部2和上压部1由同一条金属线材折弯形成,支承部2自然向内延伸形成中间部14,中间部14自然向上延伸形成手持部10。本实施例中,支承部2的形状为橄榄形,中间部14位于橄榄形的长度方向上。中间部14的形状为直线。当定位扣穿过待连接的物件的外层安装到该物件内时,由于类似橄榄形的支承部2的存在,给待连接的物件提供了一个足够大的支撑力,同时待连接的物件不会因为安装了定位扣而产生变形,从而保证了待连接的物件的完整和美观。
手持部10通过金属线材在折弯后形成平面图形,中间部14和手持部10位于同一平面内。
手持部10为左右对称结构,包括位于顶部的顶角11,顶角11的两条边在顶角11下方向内折弯后交叉,交叉点下方延伸出第一底脚12和第二底脚13,第一底脚12为自然延伸的第二自由端,第二底脚13与中间部14连接。
手持部10的对称中心线与支承部2所在平面垂直。手持部10的对称中心线穿过支承部2的中心。手持部10所在平面和支承部2所在平面的夹角大于0°,本实施例中,手持部10所在平面和支承部2所在平面的相互垂直。也就是说,手持部10和支承部2的可以相互垂直,也可以呈一定夹角。
当定位扣支承部2穿过待安装物件的外层时,由于中间部14的存在,能有效地将定位扣固定在安装位置处,既可以为待安装物件提供一个约束力,又可以在把物件安装到需要安装处时对物件起到一个承托作用,使待安装的物件可以紧密的贴合在需安装处。
该定位扣可以根据需安装物件和待安装物件的大小,制作成不同尺寸的支承部2和上压部1,以适应安装的需要。

本实用新型的定位扣型态具有多种变形和种类,具体的结构和形态不能仅局限于以上所提到的,例如:定位扣的支承部2还可以是菱形、椭圆形或其他不规则形,也可以将定位扣的支承部2制成翘曲角度不大的其他几何形状。

1.一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:包括位于夹持物件下方的支承部(2)和位于夹持物件上方的上压部(1),所述的支承部(2)由金属线材折弯后合围成平面图形,金属线材的一端自由延伸形成第一自由端(21),另一端为连接端,所述的上压部(1)也是由金属线材折弯形成,上压部(1)包括与所述的连接端连接的中间部(14),所述的中间部(14)从连接端延伸至靠近支承部(2)的中心位置,所述的中间部(14)和支承部(2)位于同一平面内,中间部(14)上方连接有手持部(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的支承部(2)和上压部(1)由同一条金属线材折弯形成,支承部(2)自然向内延伸形成所述的中间部(14),所述的中间部(14)自然向上延伸形成所述的手持部(10)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的支承部(2)的形状为橄榄形,中间部(14)位于橄榄形的长度方向上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的中间部(14)的形状为直线。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的手持部(10)通过金属线材在折弯后形成平面图形,所述的中间部(14)和手持部(10)位于同一平面内。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的手持部(10)为左右对称结构,包括位于顶部的顶角(11),顶角(11)的两条边在顶角(11)下方向内折弯后交叉,交叉点下方延伸出第一底脚(12)和第二底脚(13),所述的第一底脚(12)为自然延伸的第二自由端,所述的第二底脚(13)与所述的中间部(14)连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的手持部(10)的对称中心线与支承部(2)所在平面垂直。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种快装定位扣,其特征在于:所述的手持部(10)的对称中心线穿过支承部(2)的中心。
