- the invention further relates to a method for processing a ski or a snowboard.
- the device has a work station with a rotating grindstone, on which a Feed and transport device guided skis to be machined become.
- the feed and transport device has one rigid guide for a ski mount. Located on the bracket spring-elastic holding and pressure elements for connecting with the respective ski.
- the rigid guidance is parallel arranged to a predetermined processing level, and the Grindstone can be set at a distance from the rigid guide become. Due to this adjustability, the processing level fixed, and it is therefore an exact assignment of several in succession, i.e. in the longitudinal direction of the ski, arranged processing tools possible.
- a major disadvantage of this device is there too see that it needs a very large footprint. Because the ski The device has the processing tools a length of at least 5 m. This length results from a double ski length of 2.20 m plus a section for the editing tool. Should with several processing steps are carried out on the device, several editing tools are necessary, resulting in one further extension to more than 7 m can result. Especially with Sports shops play the required footprint of such Fixtures play a big role because every square meter is more about the operating time of the device seen very high additional Rental costs, especially if the sports shops in expensive downtown location.
- the known device has one behind the other in the longitudinal direction arranged different editing tools, each are driven by their own drive units. This is disadvantageous in that several drive units are expensive are and when setting up the device a great deal of Wiring work is required. For the rest is also the Maintenance effort for several drive units high.
