Abstract

The light has one or more lamps (7) and an at least partly transparent first screen (1) via which light passes downwards in the operating position. A second transparent screen (15) is mounted in the light path between the first screen and the lamp or lamps at a distance from the first screen. The second screen essentially consists of a clear foil.

Description

The invention relates to a luminaire, in particular a suspended ceiling lamp or a ceiling luminaire, according to the preamble of claim 1. In a known ceiling lamp, the lamp is received in a groove of a perforated plate, on which a secondary reflector is arranged, which after the upwardly radiated light after reflected down into the room. To obtain a uniform impression of brightness, the perforated plate is covered with a white foil. The non-uniform deposition of soil in the gutter (e.g., insects) results in clearly visible dark spots in the gutter that require frequent cleaning by the user.

To solve this problem, it has hitherto been proposed to use a fine mesh, e.g. steel, between the lamp and the perforated plate. However, the pollution problem outlined above is not completely solved as insects sometimes also fall through or creep through relatively small holes. Such a grid also has the disadvantage that it is not easy to clean and, if it is sufficiently fine mesh, the light transmission significantly impeded.

In the generic US 4,833,575 discloses a light filtering system for brightness equalization, comprising a housing with reflectors, a translucent lower screen and a translucent upper screen disposed between a lamp and the lower screen, the upper screen consisting of a translucent plate having an opaque pattern applied thereto, which comprises the Light transmission through this screen selectively prevented to even out the intensity of the transmitted light. This pattern is formed by a metal layer, which at the same time serves as the ground for the lighting device of the lamps and, moreover, reflects light which is not transmitted back into the space above the upper screen.

In DE 92 13 886 U a reflector for a luminaire is described with at least one elongate luminous means or at least one lamp, wherein the reflector or the Illuminant is at least partially covered and made of a perforated plate and on the perforated plate inside and / or outside a translucent film is applied.

In GB 2 215 447 A there is disclosed a luminaire having a translucent cover which partially reflects and partially transmits light, and in one embodiment consists of a perforated sheet clad with a translucent fabric having a suitable combination of translucency and reflectivity.

It is the object of the invention to provide a luminaire according to the preamble of claim 1, in which dead insects and the like are reliably retained with low light losses from the first screen, where they make themselves clearly noticeable.

This problem is inventively solved by a lamp, in particular by a ceiling light, with one or more lamps, which are accessible from the outside in a way that dirt or insects can penetrate into the area of the lamps, as well as an at least partially translucent first screen by is given down in the use state of the lamp light, which is characterized in that in the light path between the first screen and the lamp or the lamps, a second screen, which consists of a clear or light-scattering translucent material, from the first Screen is arranged spaced. The luminaire can be in particular a recessed ceiling luminaire, a surface-mounted luminaire, a pendant luminaire or a floor lamp.

In this case, the second screen is mounted so that it prevents in use, at least for the area of the immediate vicinity of the lamps that dead insects, dirt particles or the like. Fall from this area on the first screen.

The invention is particularly applicable to such lamps having an outwardly facing opening to the lamp area, in particular those which have an upward opening in use or in which the lamp or lamps are not abgeschirnt upwards.

The second screen may consist of a clear material, in particular of a clear, preferably dimensionally stable film. As a rule, the distance between the first screen and the second screen already ensures that particles retained by the second screen are not or at least not sharp depict the first screen. For better masking it can be provided that the second screen is formed at least partially diffusely scattering. Also in this embodiment, the second screen can be formed essentially by a preferably dimensionally stable film.

In the luminaire according to the invention, however, instead of a foil, another suitable material may be provided as the material for the second shade.

According to the invention, the second screen, at least in the area relevant for the retention effect, has no holes through which insects can fall onto the first screen.

According to the invention, it can further be provided that the second screen is curved at least in the region between the lamp (s) and the first screen.

For better cleaning can be provided that the second screen has a smooth surface.

Furthermore, it can be provided according to the invention that the second screen extends substantially over the same width as the first screen.

It can be provided in particular that the first and the second screen between them include a space region which is closed in a cross section perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the lamp or the lamps. This prevents in particular insects from entering the site.

In a specific embodiment it can be provided that the first screen has a perforated plate lined with a diffusely scattering film on the inside.

In this case, the perforated plate can form a groove, from which the lamp or lamps are at least partially enclosed.

In the solution according to the invention the problem of deterioration of the optical appearance of the lamp by dead insects and the like. Is eliminated by surprisingly simple means that they are held by a second screen at a distance from the first screen, so that they no longer on the latter are visible. Thus, especially when the second screen is made of a transparent clear film, a greater light transmission can be achieved than with the conventional grid solution, since - unlike steel meshes - it is not necessary to introduce holes in the material to allow light transmission do. Another advantage is that the second screen is easy to clean.

The embodiment of the luminaire according to the invention shown in Fig. 1 and 2 has a groove-shaped curved perforated plate 1, which is closed at the two end faces by an end wall 3, which partially surrounds the perforated plate 1 with side plates 4. In the vicinity of the end walls 3 lamp sockets 5 are held, between which the lamp 7 extends substantially cantilevered in the channel 1, of which it is largely enclosed. Also, between the end walls 3 bracket 9 for electronic accessories, such as starters or the like. Be provided. The channel 1 is open at the top, so that above the lamp 7, a substantially over the entire length of the lamp 7 extending light exit opening is formed, is discharged via the light upwards. Above this light exit opening a luminaire housing 10 is provided, from which the perforated plate 1, as can be seen from FIG. 1, is suspended via holding elements 11. In the housing 10, a secondary reflector (not shown) is provided which reflects the light diffused and distributed in space. Through the perforated plate 1, part of the light emitted by the lamp 7 is emitted directly downwards. In order to prevent a direct view of the lamp 7, the perforated plate 1 is lined with an opalized special film 13, which reflects in about 50% of the light and transmits the remaining light directly. This film 13 is located directly on the inside of the perforated plate groove 1. In order to avoid that insects, dust and other dirt fall directly on the film 13, a clear, dimensionally stable retaining film 15 between the lamp 7 and the perforated plate 1 is provided. This retaining film 15 is fixed to the edges 17 of the perforated plate, preferably clamped, and spaced in the inner region of the perforated plate channel of both the lamp 7 and the film 13. In the longitudinal direction, the film 15 extends at least over the length of the lamp, more generally over that region which corresponds to the light-permeable region of the perforated plate 1. Between the film 15 and the film 13 so that a space portion 19 is formed, which is completed in a section transverse to the longitudinal direction. Preferably, this space area 19 is closed on all sides, so that no insects can penetrate from the side. However, this space area may possibly be open at the two end faces or it may be provided in the retaining film 15 small holes through which insects can not fall, for example, with a diameter of less than 1 mm, for example in a range of 0.01 to 1 mm.

The retaining film 15 causes insects that reach the area of the lamps 7 and killed, do not fall directly on the film 13 and on the holes of the perforated plate 1, where they can be seen directly, but are retained at a certain distance so that they do not make themselves visually noticeable. As a film 15, a low-cost transparent film can be used, which can be easily wipe off. As a retaining film 15, a diffusely scattering film can be used.

Fig. 3 shows a modification of the embodiment shown in Fig. 2 of the lamp according to the invention with two lamps 7 1 and 7 second Otherwise, the construction corresponds to that of the embodiment of FIG. 2, wherein the same or corresponding elements with the same reference numerals as in Fig. 2 are shown.
