Definitions

  • the invention relates to a device for the automatic stack change after the preamble of claim 1.
  • a non-stop device be provided in one Sheet feeder of a sheet processing machine.
  • the non-stop facility is used to a large extent processed sheet stack before feeding a new sheet stack undertake and keep and raise for further processing.
  • the one there accruing stack remainder is continuously by means of the non-stop device Separation of the sheets raised.
  • a new stack of sheets retracted into the sheet feeder below the remainder of the stack and over one certain process combined with the rest of the stack.
  • rake-like devices used to To carry pile rest.
  • the rake In the batch change process, the rake is first in the area under the remainder of the stack and later when the new one is fed Sheet stack between the rest of the stack and the new sheet stack again pulled out.
  • the positioning of the rake is to be monitored here the rest of the stack is completely underpinned and the new stack of sheets after the association can be transported flawlessly.
  • DE-PS 1 095 297 shows a sheet feeder with several Stapelhubwerken.
  • the sheet feeder is in shape with a non-stop device a stacking rake.
  • the movement of the stack rake in the Sheet feeder in and out of the sheet feeder is via electrical Switch controlled.
  • Such devices are not applicable to non-stop facilities with single rod operation.
  • the aim of the invention is to provide a device for monitoring individually driven rods allowed.
  • the object of the invention is a device according to the preamble of To design claim 1 so that the positioning of each individual Calculator is detectable.
  • the solution to the problem is based on the features of the claim 1. It is particularly important that the rakes with a rear Support rail 30 are provided, to which they are not firmly coupled, the Position determines the rear position of the slide bars and their position the position of the slide bars can be detected. This is an easy one on the rail Sensor attached, which detects their rear position. In particular through a Springing the rail can stop every single slide rule be scanned.
  • FIG 1 is in connection with a sheet processing machine 1 Sheet feeder 2 shown.
  • a non-stop device 3 attached so that it is integrated in the sheet feeder 2 on lifting rails 8.
  • the lifting rails 8 are on the front side of the sheet feeder 2 from the sheet processing machine 1 is arranged facing away.
  • the non-stop facility 3 can by means of a lifting mechanism 5 on the lifting rails 8 and be moved.
  • a sheet stack S is processed in sheet feeder 2. to Processing is carried out by means of a separating device 4 from the top of the Sheet stack S a shingled stream of sheets is generated.
  • the stream of scales von Bogen is used on a so-called belt table 20 of the sheet processing Machine 1 fed.
  • the non-stop device 3 integrated in the sheet feeder 2 has a frame 6 on, in the support rods 7 are guided longitudinally.
  • the support rods 7 are for example designed as individually driven support rods 7. You are from one rear position movable to a front position. The back position is the one in which the support rods 7 are outside the stacking area of the Sheet feeder 2 are located. The front position is the one in which the support rods 7 are located within the stacking area of the sheet feeder 2. In the Arranged in the rear position, the support rods 7 lie on a rear Support rail 30 on.
  • this rear support rail 30 is shown in more detail in FIG.
  • the rear support rail 30 is arranged in the frame 6 such that it is guided longitudinally displaceably in slide rails 10.
  • the rear support rail 30 is positioned against a spring-loaded stop 31.
  • the rear one Support rail 30 connected to a straight guide in the form of a chain drive.
  • the chain drive consists of two chains 32, which are rigidly coupled via a shaft 33 are, in the lower run of the chain 32, the rear support rail 30th is clamped.
  • the rear support rail 30 is constructed so that it is a rear Stop bar 34 and a lower bearing surface 35.
  • the front is beveled in the area towards the lower bearing surface 35.
  • the support rods 7, from one of which is shown here also has one on its rear lower edge Bevel 40 on. When the support rod 7 hits the rear Support rail 30 is thus a continuous movement without inhibition on one Edge possible.
  • a support rod 7 with a driving pin can be provided.
  • This driving pin 41 can be in a transport hook 36 engage, which is connected to the rear support rail 30.
  • the support rod 7 can the rear Take the support rail 30 over the transport hook 36.
  • the Transport hook 36 has a sufficiently large game, so that the Driving function only begins after all support rods 7 have started. It is also conceivable a common advancement of all support rods over the rear support rail 30.
  • FIG 3 the entire arrangement is shown from the top.
  • the rear support rail 30 in slide rails 10 on the frame 6th is arranged.
  • the support rods 7 are all on the rear stop bar 34 on the Support rail 30 on.
  • the front position of the support rods 7 is shown in FIG.
  • the guidance of the support rods 7 on individual drives 42 is indicated.
  • the individual drives 42 are, for example, electric motors which are fastened in a trough-shaped cross member 42.
  • gearwheels 44 engage laterally in the support rods 7.
  • the support rods 7 are designed in the form of toothed racks and are arranged below the crossbar 43 in a guide 45, by means of which they are positioned laterally and in height and are guided with as little friction as possible.
  • the support rods 7 are guided in a further, front support rail, not shown here, which serve to carry the load when the remaining stack is taken over.
  • each support rod 7 is provided with a tactile groove 46, which is attached in the top.
  • an insertion sensor 13 is inserted, which is on the top of the support rods 7 is directed.
  • the tactile groove 46 arrives in the area of the insertion sensor 13 this position is detected, and the corresponding single drive 42 can to be stopped. This ensures that the support rods 7 all sufficiently far into the extended position required for the stack change are inserted into the area of the sheet stack S. This position will regardless of any distance measuring systems arranged on the individual drives 42 supervised.
  • the positions of the support rods 7 can be both in the inserted and in the pulled out of the stacking area Monitor the position sufficiently.
  • the execution is very simple.
  • the sequence of the movements of the support rods can be determined with the help of sensors 12, 13 monitor as follows:
  • the support rods In the normal position, the support rods are in the extended position behind the Stacking area arranged in the frame 6 and lie on the front Support rail and the rear support rail 30. To be retracted all support rods 7 connected simultaneously and via the transport hook 36 retracted into the stacking area together with the rear support rail 30. Reaching the front position is via the insertion sensors 13 on the Crossbar 43 detected. This ensures that regardless of the function of a single one of the individual drives 42 also the correct insertion position Traction slip or slow speed is reached. There are also no other ones separate stops or other means required.
  • the further supporting rods 7 are only shifted in time, e.g. symmetrically outwards from the center and, if necessary, separated into two height levels from each other, drawn from the stacking area and up to the rear Support rail 30 moved.
  • This rear end position of each support rod 7 is again also via the lateral end position sensor 12 by means of the rear one Support rail 30 is detected. This is done in that when the support rods 7 start up on the rear support rail 30 against the spring-loaded stop 31st moved and the displacement of the end position sensor 12 is detected. Then it is to stop each individual drive 42.
  • This is a very simple means common detection of an end position, although the support rods 7 all are individually driven.
  • the embodiment in the representations according to FIGS. 2 to 4 can do this be changed so that the rear support rail 30 is not by means of the support rods 7th is taken to the front position.
  • the rear support rail 30 can also via its own drive on the chain drive 32, 33 in this front Position can be moved, whereby also by means of the rear support rail 30th the support rods 7 could be advanced together without their Single drives 42 to use.
  • To electrical contacting can be used.
  • the front position of the support rods 7 via a common light barrier to be detected as the only sensor in the transverse direction, the keying grooves 46 then are to be trained accordingly.
