Claims (10)
- Befestigungselement zur Befestigung von wärmeisolierenden Platten an einer Unterkonstruktion mit einem Halteelement (1) und einem Spreiz-element (5), wobei das Halteelement (1) eine Druckplatte (2) an seinem oberen Ende, ein Schaftteil (3), das sich an die Druckplatte (2) nach unten hin anschließt, und einen Spreizbereich (4) in seinem unteren Bereich aufweist, und wobei das Spreizelement (5) derart gestaltet ist, daß es bis zu einer unteren Endposition (9) in dem Halteelement (1) in das Halteelement (1) einführbar ist, so daß es im eingeführten Zustand den Spreizbereich (4) des Halteelements (1) auseinanderdrückt,
gekennzeichnet durch
einen Positionsstab (6), der an dem Spreizelement (5) derart angebracht ist, daß er genau dann, wenn das Spreizelement (5) bis zu der unteren Endposition (9) in das Halteelement (1) eingeführt ist, vollständig in dem Halteelement (1) versenkt ist. - Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaftteil (3) mindestens aus einem oberen Teil (10) und einem unteren Teil (11) zusammengesetzt ist.
- Befestigungselement nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Kontaktfläche zwischen dem oberen Teil (10) und dem unteren Teil (11) zur exakten Lagerung des unteren Teils (11) in dem oberen Teil (10) mit Materialerhebungen versehen ist.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet,daßdieuntereEndposition(9)ein Anschlag ist, der von dem oberen Ende des unteren Teils (11) des Schaftteils (3) gebildet wird.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 3 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der untere Teil (10) und der obere Teil (11) des Schaftteils (3) mittels eines Einrastmechanismus miteinander verbunden werden können.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsstab (6) ein Klemmelement (7) an seinem unteren Ende aufweist, um eine Mitnahme des Positionsstabes (6) durch das Spreizelement (5) beim Einführen in das Halteelement (1) zu ermöglichen.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Positionsstab (6) an seinem oberen Ende einen flexiblen und/oder schwenkbaren Deckel (8) aufweist, der das Schaftteil (3) des Halteelements (1) verschließt, wenn das Spreizelement (5) die untere Endposition (9) erreicht hat.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaftteil (3) auf seiner Innenseite eine Längsnut zum Führen des Positionsstabes (6) aufweist.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schaftteil (3) auf seiner Innenseite mindestens einen Vorsprung (12) als Anschlag für eine Drehung des Positionsstabes (6) aufweist.
- Befestigungselement nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Spreizelement (5) einen metallischen Grundkörper (15) und einen Kopf (16) aus Kunststoff aufweist, wobei der dem Kopf (16) zugewandte Endbereich des metallischen Grundkörpers (15) mit einem Kunststoffüberzug (17) derart versehen ist, daß das Spreizelement (5) in der unteren Endposition (9) an dem Schaftteil (3) abdichtend anliegt.
