Claims (20)
- Vorrichtung zum Bearbeiten von bahnförmigem Material (90), umfassend eine in Vorrichtungslänge sich erstrekkende Arbeitswalze (5), eine eine Gegenanlagefläche bildende Gegenanlage (6), gegen die das Bahnmaterial (90) mittels der Arbeitswalze (5) über die der Bahnbreite entsprechende Arbeitsbreite preßbar ist, einen an seiner Vorderseite die Arbeitswalze (5) umfangsseitig lagernden und sie mit Anpreßkraft beaufschlagenden Preßlagerkörper (3), einen in Vorrichtungslänge sich erstreckenden Stützträger (1), wobei der Preßlagerkörper (3) und eine Stützwand (12) des Stützträgers (1) in Anpreßrichtung relativ zueinander bewegbar angeordnet sind, und eine Anpreßkraft erzeugende Anpreßeinrichtung (2), die einen zwischen Preßlagerkörper (3) und der Stützwand (12) bei der Relativbewegung sich ändernden, in Vorrichtungslänge sich erstreckenden Raum (15) und einen darin angeordneten Druckschlauch umfaßt, wodurch zwischen einer an der Preßlagerkörperrückseite gebildeten Gegenanlagefläche (31) für den Schlauch und der Stützwand (12) ein über die Preßlagerkörperrückseite Anpreßdruck ausübender, im Profilquerschnitt oval- oder flachförmiger Druckraum (20) vorgesehen ist, dessen Druckvolumen durch die Druckschlauchfüllung mit Druckmedium bestimmt ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Druckschlauch als Druckschlauchelement (2.N) vorgesehen ist, das sich, im Vorrichtungslängsquerschnitt betrachtet, L-, U- oder ovalförmig mit wenigstens einem von der Schlauchgegenanlagefläche (31) zur Vorrichtungsrückseite hin nach hinten weg gerichteten Krümmungsabschnitt (22) und mit einem zur flächigen Anlage an die Schlauchgegenanlagefläche (31) kommenden Anlageabschnitt (21) erstreckt, wobei innerhalb des Raumes (15) mit jedem Krümmungsabschnitt (22) zwischen der Schlauchgegenanlagefläche (31) und der Stützwand (12) ein schlauchfreier Raum (150) bei jedem Schlauchdruckfüllzustand gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß eine aus Preßlagerkörper (3) und Arbeitswalze (5) in Anpreßverbindung gebildete Arbeitseinheit zwischen Gegenanlage (6) und Druckschlauchelement (2.N) derart angeordnet ist, daß die Arbeitseinheit (3, 4, 5), im Vorrichtungsprofilquerschnitt betrachtet, sowohl in Anpreßrichtung als auch quer dazu ohne Zwangsführung bewegbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Wandmaterial des Druckschlauchelements (2.N) so dehnungsfest ist, daß zur Bildung des schlauchfreien Raums (150) der Schlauchkrümmungsabschnitt (22) bei jeder Druckbeaufschlagung im wesentlichen expansionsfrei ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (2) wenigstens einen zweiten hinteren, an der Vorrichtungsrückseite gelegenen Raum (16) umfaßt, wobei sich der Schlauchkrümmungsabschnitt (22) mit Abstützung an wenigstens einer Rauminnenwand in den zweiten Raum (16) hinein erstreckt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der zweite hintere Raum (16) über wenigstens einen Durchgang (121) in der Stützwand (12) mit dem den Schlauchanlageabschnitt (21) aufnehmenden ersten Raum (15) verbunden ist, wobei der Schlauchkrümmungsabschnitt (22) den Durchgang (121) durchgreift.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Stützwand (12) zwischen zwei Durchgängen (121) einen Anlagekern für ein diesen einfassendes Schlauchelement (2.N) bildet.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Schlauchelement (2.N) ein offener ovalförmiger Ring mit freien Endabschnitten (23) ist, die in dem zweiten Raum (16) aufgenommen sind, wobei vorzugsweise ein Schlauchendabschnitt (23) mit einer Druckmediumanschlußleitung (25) verbunden ist, die aus dem Stützträger (1) herausgeführt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mehrere über die Länge des Stützträgers (1) verteilt angeordnete Druckschlauchelemente (2.1 bis 2.5) vorgesehen sind, wobei die zugehörigen Schlauchanlageabschnitte (21) in Reihenanordnung an der dem Preßlagerkörper (3) zugehörigen Schlauchgegenanlagefläche (31) anliegen und zwischen den aneinandergereihten Schlauchanlageabschnitten (21) diese beabstandende, durch die Schlauchkrümmungsabschnitte (22) gebildete schlauchfreie Zwischenräume (150) vorgesehen sind, während vorzugsweise die nach hinten gerichteten Teile (220) benachbarter Krümmungsabschnitte (22) in Anpreßberührung sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitswalze (5) mittels einer muldenartigen, an der Vorderseite des Preßlagerkörpers (3) vorgesehenen Aufnahme (41, 42) gelagert ist, deren Anlageflächen oder -linien für die Arbeitswalze (5) durch wenigstens einen in den Preßlagerkörper (3) integrierten, die Gleitanlage begünstigenden Anlagekörper (4, 410, 411) gebildet sind, wobei der Anlagekörper (410, 411) insbesondere in unverlierbarer Verbindung lösbar in den Preßlagerkörper (3) eingesetzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitswalze (5) mittels zweier an dem Preßlagerkörper (3) angeordneter, an seiner Vorderseite freiliegender zylindrischer Preßstabkörper (4) gelagert ist, die vorzugsweise gleichen Kreisquerschnitt aufweisen und in formangepaßten Ausnehmungen des Preßlagerkörpers (3) gehalten sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Arbeitswalze (5) mittels einer im Profilquerschnitt V-förmigen, an der Vorderseite des Preßlagerkörpers (3) vorgesehenen Aufnahme (41) gelagert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Lagerelementen (4) an der Vorderseite des Preßlagerkörpers (3), die die Arbeitswalze (5) lagern, und der Arbeitswalze (5) eine Gleitfolie (43) vorgesehen ist, mittels der die Arbeitswalze (5) im Betriebszustand gegen die Lagerelemente (4) anliegt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Querbewegbarkeit des Preßlagerkörpers (3) durch wenigstens ein diesem zugeordnetes, mit dem Stützträger (1) verbundenes Positionierelement (11) begrenzt ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (1) im Profilquerschnitt L- oder U-förmig und zur Arbeitswalze (5) offen ist, wobei wenigstens ein Schenkel des Stützträgerprofils ein Positionierelement (11) für den Preßlagerkörper (3) bildet und vorzugsweise jeder Schenkel des Stützträgers (1) den Preßlagerkörper (3) vollständig übergreift.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (1) in seiner Position in Bezug auf die Gegenanlage (6) mittels einer Halteeinrichtung (7) verlagerbar und in der Ortsposition festsetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Stützträger (1) um eine außerhalb des Stützträgerprofilquerschnitts liegende längsachsenparallele Achse schwenkbar angeordnet ist, vorzugsweise um die Achse einer die Gegenanlage bildenden Gegenwalze (6).
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 15 oder 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Halteeinrichtung (7) und Stützträger (1) eine Bewegungseinrichtung (71) angeordnet ist, mittels der der Abstand des Stützträgers (1) zur Gegenanlage (6) einstellbar und feststellbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 17, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen Schlauchanlageabschnitten (21) und der Rückseite des Lagerkörpers (3) eine über dessen Länge sich durchgehend erstreckende biegeanpaßbare Zwischenplatte (310) angeordnet ist, die einen ausgleichenden stetigen Druckübergang zwischen mit unterschiedlichen Drücken beanspruchten Druckzonen bewirkt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 18, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Gegenanlage eine Gegenwalze (6) ist und die Arbeitswalze (5) im Bereich des seitlichen Scheitels der Gegenwalze (6) an dieser zur Anlage bringbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 19, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Arbeitswalze (5) eine sich parallel mit dem Tragbalken (1) erstreckende Trennwand (35) zugeordnet ist, die, in Drehrichtung der Arbeitswalze (5) betrachtet, hinter der Gegenanlage (6) sowie zwischen dieser und dem Preßlagerkörper (3) angeordnet ist, wobei zwischen einem Längsrand der Trennwand (35) und der Oberfläche der Arbeitswalze (5) ein hydrodynamischer Dichtspalt ausgebildet ist, der an der Oberfläche der sich drehenden Arbeitswalze (5) anfallende Substanz nur in Drehrichtung der Arbeitswalze (5) durchläßt.
