Definitions
- the invention relates to a fully automatic Self-loading weapon with a functional part, which by the Firing a shot is agile, and with an on and off switchable single firing device, the delivery of Single fire allowed.
- “Functional part” is understood here to mean a component that is released by the firing of a shot Energy is moved, e.g. the barrel, a gas cylinder, the closure, others forced by these elements Parts, such as a tap, etc. Also a barrel and breech mechanically completely independent, movable mass body can form such a functional part if he at Backward movement of the weapon resulting from the dispensing stops a shot, seeks its location preserve and therefore shifted relative to the weapon.
- a switchable single fire device is provided, which is set up to activate the Allow a single shot to be fired.
- a Fire selection facility is provided to the shooter allows the weapon either in single or To operate continuous fire.
- the single fire mechanism is usually one Functional part of the above type controlled, but can basically an independent mechanism, too have a delay mechanism.
- Such one Delay mechanism causes that after delivery of a shot the connection between the trigger, which is yes is then still deducted, and a locking arrangement is interrupted shortly after its release, so that this the tap or the hammer (in the case of a shooting weapon) or the breech (in the case of a firing weapon) can withhold delivery of a to prevent second shot.
- the invention is based on this prior art based on the task of a weapon of the type mentioned to further develop that with simple means optionally the delivery of a reliably short burst of fire is made possible.
- This object is achieved according to the invention 1) that after firing a shot with the power off Single fire device this by the movement of the Functional part is actuated so that only one only further shot is fired.
- the invention now not only reduces the known three-shot burst on two shots, but comes in particular without any further mechanism, by, from the Movement of the functional part controlled, after delivery of the first shot in the continuous fire mode of this automatically switched to single-fire mode, see above that the second shot when set on single fire Gun takes place, which after this second shot Fire stops.
- the functional part can be versatile his. With a conventional, shooting weapon, with the the firing pin is rigidly connected to the ground lock would be e.g. the closure the most appropriate Functional part.
- the applicant has developed a trigger device which was already referred to above and which like the trigger of the G3 rifle on the top of the Trigger a longitudinally movable and swiveling Has trigger, which in single fire Interruption process causes.
- the trigger is released and is the front tip of the trigger in the corresponding recess in the tap of the cock is kept tense, then the tap presses the Trigger backwards so that it engages with its rear End is located above a projection of the trigger.
- the lead is in turn behind the pivot point the deduction.
- the projection moves up, which in turn is the engages under the rear end of the trigger and this with its front end down and out of engagement pivots with the locking recess.
- the cock knocks off, and at the same time the trigger is pushed forward, so that he had the rear end of the projection forward slips and assumes its original swivel position, in which he can intervene in the rest of the cock.
- the tap that forms the functional part, or also the functional part with which Coupling fire selection device (claim 3), and it is further advantageous in a fire selection device that the has above slide, this with a Holding claw in its constant fire position, and the Attach claw in the path of movement of the tap so that after firing a first shot from the engagement with the slider can be struck (claim 4).
- This holding claw could be stored so loosely that it is able to move the tap backwards To avoid (clamping movement).
- the holding claw has a pawl that way is designed so that the cock during its clamping movement evades, but when the tee moves from this seized and taken until the tap as a result the circular path he travels out of engagement with the jack releases (claim 5).
- the holding claw To enable continuous fire, the holding claw must therefore be off the engagement with the slider is pivoted out and in this pivoted out position are held.
- this advantageously has either Hold claw a lead and the fire election wave one Depression or the holding claw a depression and the Fire electoral wave a head start that are arranged so that the respective projection in the associated recess then occurs when the fire election wave is still in a Location is in the single fire area (claim 6).
- the claw is allowed to come in, inhibiting in the To engage slider.
- a rest position created for the operating lever Will this panned further, then the fire election wave rotates and the projection of the holding claw runs on the outer circumference of the Shaft or the projection of the shaft on the outer edge of the Holding claw on so that this from the fire election wave and thus pivoted away from engagement with the slide and thereby becoming ineffective.
- a tap 1 is in Fig. 1 in a cocked position, in which the front tip of a trigger 2 in the engages rear of the two locking recesses of the tap 1 and the tap 1 the trigger 2 against the action a trigger spring 7 pushes backwards.
- the Trigger lever 2 has an elongated hole with which it around the Trunnion of a trigger 3 swiveling as well is mounted to move longitudinally.
- the trigger 3 is in its rest position in which it is prevented from moving forward around the pivot pin to pivot, and has at its upper, rear end a ledge on which the rear end of the Trigger lever 2 sits. Therefore, the torque not give in to that through him at the front end stressing tap 1 is applied.
- trigger 3 If trigger 3 is now moved backwards, i.e. then the projection of the trigger 3 presses against the rear End of the trigger 2 and swings it with his front end down so that the trigger 2 with its front end from the locking recess of the tap 1 emerges and has this knocked off.
- the tap 1 now strikes the Schalgbolzen one Breech (not shown), the cartridge is ignited and the breech moves backward, causing the cock 1 again (clockwise when you move the Drawing considered).
- the tap 1 runs with his rear notch under the front end of the Trigger lever 2 through, reaches its dead center and returns its direction of movement since the Closure also moved forward again. It runs the rear notch on the front end of the Trigger lever 2 and pushes it backwards.
- the Trigger lever 2 can not give way because he with its rear end against the projection of the trigger 3 strikes that is still deducted.
- trigger 3 If trigger 3 is now released, it returns to the in Fig. 1 position shown back. Be there Protrusion under the rear end of the trigger 2 back and the trigger 2 is from the tap 1 as far back moved that with this rear end again over the Projection sits and the position as shown in Fig. 1 takes.
- the weapon can only shoot in single fire.
- the tap 1 also has a front recess, in the a rest training can intervene as part of a Trigger 5 is formed on the front part of the Handle is stored on the top and upwards into the path of movement of the closure (not shown) protrudes.
- the tap 1 is moving from the back Closure tensioned, then the front overflows The recess training, and falls into this, after the dead center has been reached and the tap 1 its Reversed direction of movement.
- the tap 1 moves only a short time Piece until the front end of the trigger 2 in the rear latch recess.
- a slider 4 is slidably mounted in the handle, the broken and penetrated by a fire election wave 12 which has cams on its outer surface which are in Engagement with the walls of the opening can.
- a fire election wave 12 which has cams on its outer surface which are in Engagement with the walls of the opening can.
- the slide 4 In a first angular position of the fire selection wave 12 (Continuous fire situation) the slide 4 is in one rear position and is held there. In a second Angular position (single fire position), the slide 4 in Move lengthwise over a certain distance.
- the slide 4 has a front on its underside downwardly extending slide finger 4b, which of engages above in a recess in the trigger 2.
- the trigger 2 can move freely in its Move lengthwise and the interruption process trigger.
- a leg spring 11 acts with her upper leg opposes this movement, but is from the stronger trigger spring 7 overcome.
- the cock 1 has a cock hump la, whose radius of movement is larger than that of remaining cock 1. Furthermore, a holding claw 10 with her rear end on a bearing pin 13 and pivoted through the second, lower leg of the leg spring 11 pivoted down.
- a pawl 8 pivoted by a pawl spring 9 opposite the holding claw 10 is pivoted forward. In a position 1 protrudes the pawl 8 in the path of movement of the Hahnhöckers la into it.
- the holding claw 10 has a front on its underside downward extending claw hook 10a, which in the 1 a slide lug 4a of the slide 4th engages from the front and thus the slider 4 in his rear position, although he is in the shown position of the fire selection shaft 12 move forward should.
- the trigger 3 in the position shown in FIG. 1 withdrawn, then the tap 1 knocks off (moves in the opposite direction clockwise) and is triggered after a The shot is cocked again (moves clockwise).
- the Hahnhöcker la passes the one facing upwards Bevel the pawl 8 and press it temporarily against the action of the pawl spring 9 in the holding claw 10 in.
- the tap 1 pushes the trigger 2 back, which again over the projection of the Hahnes 1 runs away, the leg spring 11 pulls the Slider 4 back, and the claw hook 10a can again down in front of the slide gallery 4a, because the Holding claw 10 is pressed down by the spring 11.
- the fire selection wave 12 has a top Depression, into the (shown in Fig. 1 Position) a projection on the underside of the holding claw 10 comes up with. If the fire selection shaft 12 is rotated, then this projection and thus the holding claw 10 upwards pressed into a position in which the pawl 8 is out Engagement with the trajectory of the Hahnhöckers la located. Thus, the slide 4 can by the respective angular position the fire selection wave 12 in the rear continuous fire position fixed or for single fire for longitudinal movement be released.
- the fire election wave 12 also points to it Underside of a recess into which an extension (not Immerse) at the rear, upper end of trigger 3 can.
- the fire selection shaft 12 is rotated so far that this immersion is no longer possible, deduction 3 locked and the weapon secured with it.
- a fire selector lever 14 is shown, which is firmly on the end of the fire election wave 12 sits and this optionally in the location "S" (safe), “E” (single fire), “2” (two-shot) and “F” (continuous fire) can move.
- At 13 is one Bearing pin for the holding claw 10 designated.
