Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a coin deposit lock with a housing, the one Entry opening for a deposit coin and a coin holder for the latter and at least one actuator by means of the actuator unlockable locking device, wherein the actuator at least in a starting position, the coin holder in the direction the coin level is at least partially limited and by the in the direction of insertion coin inserted into the housing, from this towards on the coin level, against the action of a counterforce is movable into an unlocked position.
For various reasons, it is useful to use coin-operated locks to be trained in such a way that they can be used with coin of different dimensions let it operate. For example, with a currency changeover a change in the diameter of the circulating and as Pawn coins are accompanied by money coins to be used. At the same time but should be manufactured or purchased before the currency changeover Coin deposit locks can still be used afterwards.
A generic coin lock that meets the above criteria Account is known and is published in the as yet unpublished Document to the German patent 196 37 652 described. It points as actuators two to run perpendicular to the coin level Axis swiveling coin control bars on each other at a distance opposite in the direction of the coin level. So that the coin control bar of the previously known coin deposit lock with deposit coins with different diameters pivoted into their unlocked position they are in the direction of those of the pawn coins the support force exerted on them is elastically deformable. By the described Elastic deformability are on the well-known coin control bars Deviations in the diameter of the deposit coins used compensated.
The use of deposit coins with different dimensions To enable other technical means, the present invention based on the described prior art.
According to the invention, this object is achieved in that a coin deposit lock of the type mentioned in the introduction, a stroke control device has, by means of which with appropriate extension of the Deposit coin in the deposit coin level the actuator and in the direction of insertion Moved pawn coin transverse to the pawn coin plane relative to each other are movable and that the coin holder in the direction of Coin level expanded with the relative movement mentioned. At invention Coin deposit locks can be used to actuate the actuator Stroke control device with a corresponding diameter of the used Deposit coin in the transverse direction of the deposit coin plane relative to the deposit coin can be set automatically. With this setting of the actuator accompanied by a change in the size of the coin holder. Hence changes in the diameter of the tokens used to unlock the locking device by a lifting movement of the actuator relative to that used Balance deposit coin. The actuator moves among them Circumstances may also be in its unlocked position if deposit coins with a relatively large diameter through the insertion opening of the Housing inserted into the coin holder. The deposit coin leaves regardless of their diameter in their unlocked position Actuator assigned target position relative to the actuator in Transfer in the direction of the coin level.
Offers for the design of the stroke control device on the actuator yourself a variety of ways. Lever gears are conceivable, for example. Because of their simple structure and the associated Manufacturing and economic advantages are preferred according to the invention but at least one inclined against the coin level Lift control surface on which the deposit coin moves in the direction of insertion with a corresponding extension in the coin level towards the coin level supports. There are also level lifting control surfaces expedient as curved or curved lifting control surfaces.
In a further development of the invention it is also provided that the extension the coin holder by a provided on the actuator Return is formed in the direction of the pawn coin plane, which is on the stroke control surface in the direction of the transverse to the deposit coin plane Movement of the coin opposite the actuator connects.
In the case of a further preferred variant of the invention, the moved transversely to the coin plane relative to the actuator Deposit coin with the actuator in the unlocked position this against the direction of insertion. This feature offers the possibility on the actuator in the unlocked position exercised and already during the movement of the actuator in the Unlocking position effective force to use the Deposit coin after unlocking the locking device eject from the coin receptacle by means of the actuator.
An inventive coin deposit lock, in the case of which the actuator through the deposit coin inserted in the direction of insertion, from this on an unlocking control surface running transversely to the coin level loaded, movable into an unlocking position and as a stroke control device on the actuator at least one against the coin coin level inclined stroke control surface is provided is characterized in that at least one further on the actuator unlocking control surface running transversely to the coin level Movement of the actuator in the unlocked position is provided, the unlocking control surfaces in the direction of the coin level and transversely to each other and arranged in the direction the release control surface on the outside of the deposit coin level Lift control surface is upstream, which is in the direction of the coin level outside the internal unlocking control surface and which is across the coin level from the level of the inside to the level the outer release control surface extends. On one Such coin deposit lock are the diameters of the deposit coins that can be used clearly defined via the unlocking control surfaces. So is one Unlocking the locking device only under the condition possible that the deposit coin inserted into the housing has a diameter which enables them to one of the unlocking control surfaces in the direction of the coin level so that the actuator moves to its unlocked position. Through the Coin diameters are those that can be used to operate the coin deposit lock Deposited coins at least roughly uniquely determined.
An embodiment of the coin deposit lock according to the invention Actuator through the inserted in the direction of insertion into the housing Deposit coin, from which it is applied in the direction of the deposit coin level, about an axis running transversely to the coin level in the unlocked position is pivotable, has a stroke control device, which as Swivel-stroke control device is formed. The relative movement of confirmation member and deposit coin across the deposit coin level and the pivoting movement of the actuator in its unlocked position run in parallel or sequentially.

Rückseite gegen weiteres Verschwenken in Einführrichtung 123 angestützt.
erforderlich. In addition to the function described above, the ejection end takes over

112 in Entriegelungsstellung ermöglichenden Bereichen beaufschlagen
Would a coin with a diameter smaller than that
