- the housing 1 has two further openings 1b and 1c on the end face opposite the opening 1a.
- a coin can be inserted into the pointed opening 1b as a deposit which, when the securing part 5 is in the lower position, slides over the top of the securing part 5 so far into the housing that it does not, or only slightly, protrude from the outside of the housing.
- the coin is gripped by two lateral projections 5a protruding from the upper side of the securing part 5 when the coupling member 7 is at least partially removed and the securing part 5 is in its upper position, see FIG. 2.
- the securing part 5 also has on its upper side 2 vertically protruding pins 5b which are so far apart that the coin M can be inserted between them.
- the pins 5b protrude into a longitudinal channel 10 which opens into the slot-shaped opening 1c.
- a card in particular in the form of a credit card or a key card can be inserted horizontally into the lock, with holes in the card in the end position standing above the pins 5b, so that in the upper position of the securing part 5 the Pins 5b lock the card against pulling it out.
- the longitudinal channel 10 is closed in the region of the opening 1c by a locking roller 10 which can be moved through the card and ensures that dirt and dust cannot penetrate into the channel 10.
- the deposit lock works as follows: If the coupling member 7 is inserted into the opening 1 a, it is locked in its end position by the locking bolt 4, as described above. In this end position the coupling member 7 presses the securing part 5 into its position releasing the longitudinal channel 10 and the coin channel and the control part 3 is in its position close to the openings 1b and 1c, into which the control part 3 is pressed by the spring 8. This position is shown in Figure 1.
- the second exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 to 6 in that the locking bolt is not rotated by the control part but is shifted.
- the locking bolt 4a is thus displaceable at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the lock and the longitudinal axis of the coupling member in the housing and / or in the bearing block 2 and has a projection 13 which lies in an oblique slot 12 of the control part 3. If the control part 3 is moved by a few millimeters by a coin / card, the locking bolt 4a comes out of the recess of the coupling member and the coupling member is free.

The invention relates to a deposit lock for parts to be detachably fastened to one another, such as shopping trolleys and luggage trolleys, with a lock housing fastened to the first part, which has an opening for a deposit and an opening for a coupling member, which is fastened to the second part and so long by a locking bolt is held locked until the deposit is inserted, the deposit being a card and / or a coin which move a control part during insertion.
A deposit lock is known from WO 90/07167, in which a control part that unlocks a locking bolt is actuated by inserting a coin. From WO 88/01084 a deposit lock according to the preamble of
The object of the invention is to improve a deposit lock of the type mentioned so that it has small external dimensions with high reliability, few parts and simple manufacture.
This object is achieved in that the control part moves the locking bolt from the locking to the unlocked position, the locking bolt being a part rotatable about an axis and being connected to the control part, in particular a crank mechanism.
The housing of this deposit lock forms a small flat box, which can be attached to various parts of the parts to be coupled, in particular the shopping trolley or luggage trolley, while being lightweight. The lock has a high level of functional security and security against break-ins. In the locked state, the coupling member cannot be pulled out even when using raw forces.
It is particularly advantageous here that the lock can be operated optionally, both from a coin and from a card, and that the movable parts arranged in the lock perform only the smallest paths, so that even small actuation movements are carried out by the deposit and the coupling member Need to become.
It is particularly advantageous if the locking bar is a part that can be rotated about an axis. Here, the locking bar can in particular be a gear Crank gearbox to be connected to the control part. A locking bolt designed in this way is particularly reliable against pulling out the coupling member, since pulling out only produces a stronger locking.
It is particularly advantageous if the control part is a carriage or carriage that can be moved in the direction of insertion of the deposit. The control part should also be displaceable by the deposit against the pressure of a spring element.
A safe function and a small design are generated in that the control part has at least one cavity in which the coupling member and / or the locking bolt lies. It is advantageously proposed that the control part has at least one stop for the card and / or coin.
The control part thus takes over important functions of the lock, since it is moved both by the coupling member and by the coin and / or the card.
It is particularly advantageous if the card and / or coin are locked in the inserted state by a securing part which can be moved into the non-blocking position by the inserted coupling member. Here, the securing part can be moved into the non-locking position by the coupling member against the pressure of a spring element.
It is also advantageously proposed that the securing part has at least one shoulder which engages behind the coin and / or the card in the inserted state in a locking manner on the back. Here, the securing part can have at least one projection, in particular a pin, which penetrates into an opening of the coin and / or the card.

Here, the securing part can have at least one projection, in particular a pin, which penetrates into an opening of the coin and / or the card.
A high level of functional reliability with a small design is achieved if a bearing block is fastened, in particular molded, in the housing, which guides the locking bolt and / or the control part.
A particularly space-saving, structurally simple and safely working construction with the smallest control movements is achieved if the locking bolt is a part that moves approximately linearly from the control part. Here, the control part can be inclined at least one have arranged in its direction of movement sliding surface on which the locking bolt slides in particular with a locking bolt projection or via an intermediate part. The sliding surface can also be formed by an oblique slot in the control part.

The deposit lock has a
In the
The side walls 3a of the
In the
At the end opposite the
The securing
The
The deposit lock works as follows:

If a position M or a card is now inserted into the lock in the position shown in FIG. 1, the coin M presses against the
When the
The second exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 7 and 8 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 to 6 in that the locking bolt is not rotated by the control part but is shifted. The locking bolt 4a is thus displaceable at right angles to the longitudinal axis of the lock and the longitudinal axis of the coupling member in the housing and / or in the
