Abstract

Eine Pressenanordnung zur Behandlung einer Faserstoffbahn 10 wie insbesondere einer Papier- und/oder Kartonbahn umfaßt einen zwischen einer Schuhpreßeinheit 12 und einer Gegenwalze 14 gebildeten, in Bahnlaufrichtung L verlängerten Preßspalt 16 und einen zwischen der Gegenwalze 14 und einer weiteren Walze 18 gebildeten Walzenspalt 20. Die Schuhpreßeinheit 12 umfaßt ein um einen drehfesten Träger 22 umlaufendes, im Bereich des verlängerten Preßspaltes 16 durch wenigstens ein Stützelement 24 an dem Träger 22 abgestütztes flexibles Preßband 26. Die Gegenwalze 14 ist als Durchbiegungsausgleichswalze mit einem um einen drehfesten Träger 28 umlaufenden Walzenmantel 30 ausgebildet, der im Bereich des verlängerten Preßspaltes 16 wieder durch wenigstens ein Stützelement 32 an dem betreffenden Träger 28 abgestützt ist. Die vorzugsweise druckfluidbetätigten Stützelemente 24, 32 sind so ausgelegt und beaufschlagbar, daß sich bezüglich der durch die Stützelemente 24, 32 erzeugten, auf das flexible Preßband 26 der Schuhpreßeinheit 12 bzw. den Walzenmantel 30 der Gegenwalze 14 wirkenden inneren Anpreßdrücke ein Differenzdruck einstellt. Dabei ist der Differenzdruck veränderbar.
