Claims (30)
- Faltmaschine zum Bilden einer Faltschachtel aus einem vorgerillten Kartonzuschnitt mit mehreren Laschen (113), mit:zumindest einer Ausrichtvorrichtung (5) zum Ausrichten des Kartonzuschnitts in eine vorgegebene Position in einer Aufnahmeebene,mehreren Vorfaltklappen (8), von denen jeweils eine einer Lasche (113) des Kartonzuschnitts zugeordnet ist, zum derartigen Umfalten der zugehörigen Lasche (113) aus der Aufnahmeebene, daß die jeweilige Lasche (113) nach Zurückfahren der Vorfaltklappe (8) in ihre Ausgangsposition ohne Hilfsmittel aus der Aufnahmeebene herausstehend verbleibt, wobei die Vorfaltklappen (8) in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbar sind,zumindest einer Fixiervorrichtung (6) zum Festhalten des Kartonzuschnitts,zumindest einer jeweils einer Seitenwand (112) des Kartonzuschnitts zugeordneten Aufstellklappe (9, 10), die in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbar ist, undzumindest einer jeweils einer Lasche (113) zugeordneten Verbindungseinrichtung zum miteinander Verbinden der Laschen (113) mit den zugehörigen Seitenwänden.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1 zum Bilden einer verleimten Faltschachtel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung umfaßt:jeweils eine einer Lasche (113) zugeordnete Beleimeinrichtung (7), die in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbar ist, undjeweils eine im Bereich einer Lasche (113) angeordnete, in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbare Preßklappe (12) zum Zusammendrücken der beleimten Lasche (113) und der zugehörigen Seitenwand (112).
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1 zum Bilden einer gehefteten Faltschachtel, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung umfaßt:jeweils eine im Bereich einer Lasche (113) angeordnete, in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbare Hefteinrichtung.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1 zum Bilden einer nur gefalteten Faltschachtel aus einem mit einem Boden (111), Seitenwänden (112), an den Seitenwänden anhängenden Laschen (113) und zusätzlichen Seiteninnenwänden (116) versehenen, vorgerillten Kartonzuschnitt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Verbindungseinrichtung umfaßt:jeweils den Seiteninnenwänden (116) zugeordneten Aufstellklappen (10), undjeweils eine an den Aufstellklappen (10) verdrehbar angeordnete, zusätzliche Umschlagklappe (12).
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß in der Aufnahmeebene verschiebbare Trägereinheiten vorgesehen sind, auf denen jeweils angeordnet sind:die Vorfaltklappe (8) zum Anheben der zugehörigen Lasche (113),zumindest eine der Aufstellklappen (9, 10) an jeder Seitenwand (112).
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zumindest zwei verschiebbare Anschläge (4) vorhanden sind, in Richtung der die Ausrichtvorrichtungen (5) jeweils verfahrbar sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge in zwei zueinander senkrechten Richtungen verschiebbar ausgerichtet sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 5 und 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Anschläge (4) an den Trägereinheiten verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtvorrichtungen (5) mittels Stellzylinder in Richtung der Anschläge (4) verfahrbar sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichtvorrichtungen (5) den Kartonzuschnitt an der Unterseite mittels Saugeinrichtungen (51) festhalten.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 6 und 10 dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausrichteinrichtungen (5) in Richtung der Anschläge (4) über einen vollen Hub eines zugehörigen Stellzylinders verfahrbar sind, wobei die Saugkraft der Saugeinrichtungen (51) so bemessen ist, daß sie ausreichend ist zum Festhalten des Kartonzuschnitts, jedoch bei Anschlag an einen der Anschläge (4) die Saugeinrichtungen (51) relativ zum Kartonzuschnitt gleiten.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß jede Trägereinheit im Bereich der Ecken des Bodens (111) die Fixiervorrichtung (6) aufweist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Fixiervorrichtung (6) zumindest eine Saugeinrichtung (61) besitzt, mit der die Unterseite des Bodens (111) festhaltbar ist.
- Faltmaschine nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Aufstellklappen (9, 10) durch Stellzylinder um 90° aus der Aufnahmeebene des Kartonzuschnitts drehbar sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorfaltklappe (8) aus einem hakenförmigen Element besteht, das um eine Drehachse (81) drehbar ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Vorfaltklappe (8) mittels eines Stellzylinders um einen Winkel größer als 45° drehbar ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das hakenförmige Element eine der Lasche (113) zugewandte Bogenfläche (86) aufweist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 16, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ansatzpunkt (82) für den Stellzylinder von der Drehachse (81) des hakenförmigen Elementes (8) beabstandet ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 15, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Lasche (113) in ungefaltetem Zustand im äußeren Bereich des hakenförmigen Elementes (8) liegt und die Drehachse (81) im Bereich der vorgerillten Vertiefung im Kartonzuschnitt angeordnet ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d a ß auf einem rechteckförmigen Grundgestell (1) vier Träger (2, 3) angeordnet sind, wovon jeweils zwei parallel beabstandet voneinander sind und jedes Paar Träger (2) senkrecht zueinander angeordnet ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 20, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die jeweils parallelen Träger (2, 3) durch gegenläufige Spindeln (20, 23; 21, 24) jeweils zueinander hin bzw. voneinander weg bewegbar sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 5 und Anspruch 20 oder 21, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Trägereinheiten jeweils im Bereich sich kreuzender Träger (2, 3) und jeweils längs diesen Trägern (2,3) verschiebbar angeordnet sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 5 und einem der Ansprüche 20 bis 22, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Trägereinheiten mehrere der jeweils einer Seitenwand (112) des Kartonzuschnitts zugeordneten Aufstellklappen (10) angeordnet sind und zusätzliche Aufstellklappen (9) an den Trägern (2, 3) angeordnet sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Preßklappen (12) auf den Aufstellklappen (10) über ein Zwischenglied (11) drehbar angeordnet sind.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 24, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d a ß die Aufstellklappe (10) mittels eines Stellzylinders um 90° verdrehbar ist, das Zwischenglied (11) gegenüber der Aufstellklappe (10) mittels eines weiteren Stellzylinders gegenüber der Aufstellklappe (10) um 90° verdrehbar ist und die Preßklappe (12) mittels eines weiteren Stellzylinders gegenüber dem Zwischenglied (11) um 90° verdrehbar ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, d a ß die Beleimeinrichtung auf die Unterseite der Laschen (113) gerichtete Düsen aufweist, mit der ein geeignetes Klebemittel auf die Unterseite der jeweiligen Lasche aufbringbar ist.
- Faltmaschine nach Anspruch 2 oder 26, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das in der Beleimeinrichtung (7) verwendete Klebemittel ein Schmelzkleber ist.
- Verfahren zum automatischen Falten einer Faltschachtel aus einem vorgerillten Kartonzuschnitt mit mehreren Laschen (113), bei dem :der Kartonzuschnitt in eine vorbestimmte Position verfahren wird,der so ausgerichtete Kartonzuschnitt an seinem Boden von der Unterseite her gehalten wird,die Laschen (113) des Kartonzuschnitts durch eine zugehörige Vorfaltklappe (8) so weit umgefaltet werden, daß die jeweilige Lasche (113) nach Zurückfahren der Vorfaltklappe (8) in ihre Ausgangsposition ohne Hilfsmittel aus der durch den Kartonzuschnitt gebildeten Ebene herausragend verbleiben,die Seitenwände (112) des Kartonzuschnitts mechanisch aufgestellt und gehalten werden, bis diese mit den zugehörigen Laschen (113) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 28, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (113) auf der Unterseite mit einem Klebemittel versehen und durch mechanisches Zusammendrücken mit den Seitenwänden (112) verbunden werden.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 29, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Laschen (113) mit den Seitenwänden (112) durch einen Heftvorgang verbunden werden.
