Claims (8)
- Pellets-Spender zur einzeln portionierten Ausgabe von kugelförmigen Produkten, sogenannten Pellets, mit einem vorzugsweise prismatischen oder zylinderförmigen nur unten offenen Gehäuse (10) zur Aufnahme der auszugebenden Pellets (16), mit einer Ausgabevorrichtung (17), die aus einem oberen Teil (18), einem unteren Teil (20) und einem dazwischen angeordneten Ausgabeschleber (22) besteht, wobei die Ausgabevorrichtung (17) mit dem senkrecht zur Gehäuseachse (11) in seiner Stellung hubbegrenzt veränderbaren Ausgabeschieber (22) von unten so eingeschoben ist, dass der untere Teil (20) der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) das Gehäuse (10) dicht verschließt, wobei in dem oberen Teil (18), dem unteren Teil (20) und dem dazwischen angeordneten Ausgabeschieber (22) jeweils eine Öffnung (19, 21, 23) angeordnet ist, deren Durchmesser mindestens dem Durchmesser der Pellets (16, 16') entspricht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnungen (19, 21) des oberen Teils (18) und des unteren Teils (20) so in ihrer Lage gegeneinander versetzt angeordnet sind, dass bei Verschiebung des Ausgabeschiebers (22) dessen Öffnung (23) abwechselnd mit der Öffnung (19) des oberen Teils (18) und mit der Ausgabeöffnung (21) des unteren Teils (20) zur Deckung bringbar ist.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Ruhestellung des Ausgabeschiebers (22) dessen Öffnung (23) unmittelbar unterhalb der Öffnung (19) des oberen Teils (18) der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) angeordnet ist, so dass ein Pellet (16') durch die obere Öffnung (19) in die Öffnung (23) des Ausgabeschiebers (17) fallen kann.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in Ausgabestellung des Ausgabeschiebers (22) dessen Öffnung (23) unmittelbar oberhalb der Öffnung (21) des unteren Teils (20) der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) - der Ausgabeöffnung - angeordnet ist, so dass ein Pellet (16') aus der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) nach unten herausfallen kann.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach Anspruch 1, 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass am Ausgabeschieber (22) eine Nase (25) angeordnet ist, die bei der Verschiebung des Ausgabeschiebers (22) das Pellet (16') zur unteren Öffnung (21) führt und dabei gleichzeitig die obere Öffnung (19) verschließt.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der obere Teil (18) und der untere Teil (20) der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) fest miteinander verbunden sind.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ausgabeschieber (22) mit einem oder mit beiden Teilen (18, 20) der Ausgabevorrichtung (17) über eine bügelförmige Verbindungsstelle fest verbunden ist und auf diese Weise federnd abgestützt wird.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Seitenwand (12) des Gehäuses (10) des Pellets-Spenders (30) im Bereich des Ausgabeschiebers (22) zu einer Dünnstelle (13) aus einem dünnen, flexiblen Material gefertigt ist.
- Pellets-Spender (30) nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich der Ausgabeschieber (22) an der der Dünnstelle (13) gegenüberliegenden Gehäusewand (12) federnd abstützt.
