Claims (5)
- Dispositif pour la fixation radiale variable par gradins de plaques de lames dans des porte-lames pour l'usinage du bois et des matières plastiques, comprenant des profils ondulés (15) sur la plaque de lame (1) et des éléments opposés (2) du support de plaque de lame dans le porte-lame qui coopèrent avec lesdits profils par correspondance de forme, ont un profil complémentaire du profil ondulé (15) des bords latéraux de la plaque de lame et s'engagent dedans, l'étendue du profil ondulé (15) étant plus grande d'au moins un pas d'onde dans la direction des bords latéraux (13) de la plaque de lame que l'étendue correspondante du profil complémentaire (21) des éléments opposés (2), caractérisé en ce que les profils ondulés sont meulés sur les deux bords latéraux opposés, les profils ondulés (15) étant formés chacun dans une entaille latérale (14) dans les bords latéraux (13) de la plaque de lame et les plaques de lames étant des plaques de lames en métal dur.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1, les entailles latérales (14) étant formées chacune au milieu de la longueur radiale des bords latéraux (13) de la plaque de lame.
- Dispositif de fixation selon la revendication 1 ou 2, les éléments opposés (2) étant disposés entièrement à l'intérieur des entailles latérales (14) de la plaque de lame.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, les éléments opposés (2) étant réalisés sous la forme de griffes avec un profil comprenant plusieurs pas d'ondes, complémentaire du profil ondulé (15) des bords latéraux de la plaque de lame ou correspondant à celui-ci, le profil des bords latéraux de la plaque de lame comprenant davantage de pas d'ondes que le profil des éléments opposés en forme de griffes.
- Dispositif de fixation selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, les éléments opposés (2) étant formés par des tourillons cylindriques qui s'engagent chacun dans un creux d'ondes du profil (15) des bords latéraux de la plaque de lame et le profil des bords latéraux de la plaque de lame comprenant au moins deux creux d'ondes.
