Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zur Verstellung einer Nockenwelle (1) einer Brennkraftmaschine mit innerer Verbrennung in Bezug auf das sie antreibende Antriebsrad (4), mit einem hydraulischen Verstellelement (6), das einerseits mit einem das Antriebsrad (4) tragenden Bauteil und andererseits mit einem mit der Nockenwelle (1) fest verbundenen Bauteil in Verbindung steht, wobei das hydraulische Verstellelement (6) einen hydraulischen, durch das Antriebsrad angetriebenen Pumpteil (7) und einen hydraulisch durch den Pumpteil (7) angetriebenen, mit der Nockenwelle (1) verbunden Treibteil (8) aufweist, die als Flügelzellenlaufräder ausgebildet sind, wobei die Ausgangsseite des Pumpteiles (7) mit der Eingangsseite des Treibteiles (8) strömungsverbunden ist und die Durchflussmenge und/oder der Druck des vom Pumpteil (7) zum Treibteil (8) geförderten Arbeitsfluids steuerbar ist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sowohl der Pumpteil (7) als auch der Treibteil (8) koaxial zur Nockenwellenachse und in einem gemeinsamen Gehäuse (11, 11a) angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung der Durchflussmenge und/oder des Druckes des vom Pumpteil (7) zum Treibteil (8) geförderten Arbeitsfluids durch geradliniges Verschieben des gemeinsamen Gehäuses (11) quer zur Achse (10m) der Nockenwelle (1) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Steuerung der Durchflussmenge und/oder des Drucks des vom Pumpteil (7) zum Treibteil (8) geförderten Arbeitsfluids durch Verdrehung des gemeinsamen Gehäuses (11a) um eine zu der Achse (1b) der Nockenwelle (1a) parallele Achse (30a) erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet; dass ein Federelement vorgesehen ist, das das Gehäuse (11a) in Drehrichtung vorspannt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsverbindung zwischen Pumpteil (7) und Treibteil (8) über ein Überdruckventil mit einer Leckölleitung verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass in dem Gehäuse (11) ein Arbeitsraum (25) für den Pumpteil (7) und ein Arbeitsraum (22) für den Treibteil (8) vorgesehen ist, welche Arbeitsräume (25, 22) gegenüber der Nockenwellenachse (10m) gegensinnig versetzt angeordnet sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Strömungsverbindung zwischen Pumpenteil (7) und Treibteil (8) durch Öffnungen (13a, 13b) in einer Trennwand (12) zwischen Pumpe (7) und Treibteil (8) gebildet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung der Verschiebung bzw. Verdrehung des gemeinsamen Gehäuses (11a) elektrisch, vorzugsweise durch einen Schrittmotor erfolgt.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Gehäuse (11a) fest mit dem Rotor eines Elektromotors verbunden ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Betätigung der Verschiebung bzw. Verdrehung des gemeinsamen Gehäuses (11a) hydraulisch, vorzugsweise durch Motoröl erfolgt.
