Claims (8)
- Anlage zum Herstellen eines warmgewalzten Produktes aus einem Gußstrang mit zwei oder mehreren Stranggießmaschinen (1, 2, 16) und einer diesen zugeordneten Walzanlage (4) mit jeweils Führungsabschnitten (3, 5, 6) zum Transport eines vom Gußstrang abgetrennten Strangstückes, wobei in mindestens einer Linie (D) der Walzanlage (4) und in einer mit dieser nicht fluchtenden Linie (A, B, C) einer Stranggießmaschine (1, 2, 16) jeweils ein schwenkbarer oder seitlich verbringbarer Führungsabschnitt (5, 6) vorgesehen ist, die in eine Position (I, II) fluchtend zueinander ausrichtbar sind, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß mindestens ein schwenkbarer und/oder seitlich verbringbarer Führungsabschnitt (5) mit zwei oder mehreren jeweils der Aufnahme von Strangstücken dienenden Führungsteilen (7, 8) versehen ist, die abwechselnd jeweils fluchtend in die Linie (D) der Walzanlage (4) ausrichtbar sind, wobei in einer Position (I, II) dieses Führungsabschnittes (5) ein schwenkbarer bzw. seitlich verbringbarer Führungsabschnitt (6) einer benachbart angeordneten Linie (A, B, C) einer Stranggießmaschine (1, 2, 16) fluchtend zu einem der Führungsteile (7, 8) des zwei oder mehrere Führungsteile (7, 8) aufweisenden Führungsabschnittes (5) ausrichtbar ist, und in dieser Position (I, II) ein zweiter Führungsteil (7) dieses Führungsabschnittes (5) fluchtend zu der Linie (D) der Walzanlage (4) ausgerichtet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsteile (7,8) des mit zwei oder mehreren Führungsteilen (7,8) ausgestatteten Führungsabschnittes (5) zueinander V-förmig angeordnet sind und um eine Achse (9) verschwenkbar sind, die in einer der Linien (A, B, C, D) der Stranggießmaschinen (1, 2, 16) bzw. Walzanlage (4) und im Schnittpunkt der Längsachsen der V-förmig angeordneten Führungsteile (7, 8) liegt.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsteile (7, 8) des mit zwei oder mehreren Führungsteilen (7, 8) ausgestatteten Führungsabschnittes (5) etwa parallel zueinander angeordnet sind.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß zwischen benachbarten Linien (A, B, C, D) einer Stranggießmaschine (1, 2, 16) und der Walzanlage (4) ein Ofen (13) vorgesehen ist, wobei ein Führungsteil eines schwenkbaren oder seitlich verbringbaren Führungsabschnittes (5) in einer Position (I, II) fluchtend zu dem Ofen (13) und in einer weiteren Position (I, II) fluchtend zur Linie (D) der Walzanlage (4) ausrichtbar ist (Fig. 4, 5, 6; 9, 10).
- Anlage nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ofen (13) ortsfest angeordnet ist.
- Anlage nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Ofen (13) als Speicherofen ausgebildet ist.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Führungsabschnitte (5,6) und Führungsteile (7, 8) als Öfen ausgebildet sind.
- Anlage nach einem oder mehreren der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Linie (D) der Walzanlage (4) fluchtend zu einer der Linien (A, B, C) der Stranggießmaschinen (1, 2, 16) angeordnet ist.
