Claims (6)
- Mit einem Schlitz versehener Dichtungsring für einen in einem Giesszylinder einer Warmkammer-Druckgiessmaschine mittels eines Kolbenkörpers axial verschiebbaren Kolben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsring (11) einen Ringsteg (13) für den Eingriff in eine zwischen einem Kolbensteg (6) und dem Kolbenkörper (2) angeordnete Kolbennut (9) aufweist und dass der Schlitz (10) als Stufenschlitz ausgebildet ist, dessen Schlitzflächen (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende und in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander verschiebbare, dichtende Stufen-Übergangsflächen (15, 18) bilden.
- Dichtungsring nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus Federstahl bestehtund in der entspannten Ruhelage einen grösseren Aussendurchmesser als der Innendurchmesser des Giesszylinders (3) aufweist.
- Dichtungsring nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass er aus hochlegiertem, warmfesten Federstahl besteht.
- Mittels eines Kolbenkörpers axial verschiebbarer Kolben für einen Giesszylinder einer Warmkammer-Druckgiessmaschine, welcher Kolben einen mit einem Schlitz versehenen Dichtungsring aufweist, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Kolben (1) zwischen Kolbenkörper (2) und einem Kolbensteg (6) eine Kolbennut (9) für den Eingriff eines Ringstegs (13) des Dichtungsringes (11) aufweist und dass der Schlitz (10) als Stufenschlitz ausgebildet ist, dessen Schlitzflächen (14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19) in Umfangsrichtung verlaufende und in Umfangsrichtung gegeneinander verschiebbare, dichtende Stufen-Übergangsflächen (15, 18) bilden.
- Kolben nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Dichtungsring (11) an die Stirnseite des Kolbenkörpers (2) angrenzend in die Kolbennut (9) einsetzbar ist.
- Kolben nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass bei in den Giesszylinder (3) eingesetztem Kolben (1) der Aussendurchmesser des Kolbenkörpers (2) minimal kleiner als der Aussendurchmesser des Dichtungsringes (11) und dieser minimal kleiner als der Innendurchmesser des Giesszylinders (3) ist.
