Definitions
- Gray water is water that has little pollution and for certain Purposes is still usable. For example, the process from bathtubs or shower trays for toilet flushing be used.
- the known device is primarily concerned with how the domestic water can be treated so that it can be used again.
- a flushing device for toilet bowls is also known using waste water (DE 2336744).
- waste water DE 2336744
- the upper part as a storage container for gray water serves, while in the lower part a cistern for the Toilet flush is housed.
- the invention has for its object a device to reuse process water to create the better is adapted for use in normal households.
- the invention proposes one Device with the features mentioned in claim 1. Developments of the invention are the subject of dependent claims.
- the invention proposes that the device can have a connecting device with the help of which a toilet bowl is mechanically attached, with the attachment at the same time the line connections of the input line made for the rinse water and the outlet pipe become.
- the bracket has a common sequence, which with an on-site existing drain installation is connectable and in the all processes of the device open. This creates the installation is particularly easy because there is only one connection with the drain and with the inlet for the gray water must become.
- the invention proposes that the bracket as Pre-wall installation can be formed.
- Such pre-wall installations allow the device to save space in front of an existing wall, for example right-justified, left-justified or free-standing. Likewise accommodation in a niche is possible.
- the gray water storage at a height above a toilet bowl or an associated one Cistern are arranged.
- the transport of water from the last Domestic hot water tank in the toilet bowl or the cistern can be done without a pump.
- the water from the gray water tank in the cistern to pump.
- the gray water storage also be arranged lower than the toilet bowl.
- the gray water storage can, as provided according to the invention will be formed as a single container through Partitions is divided. Possibly. can also the cistern part of such a container.
- the rinse water for flushing the toilet directly from the last gray water tank is removed.
- the function of the Cistern integrated in the gray water tank can take appropriate measures.
- the domestic hot water tanks can be arranged one above the other, which is useful, for example, if the connection not done with the help of pumps.
- the invention proposes that at least one of the gray water reservoirs may have an overflow. That overflow can according to the invention via an odor trap with a Process can be connected, especially with the common process the device.
- the overflow in particular the Overflow of the last gray water tank into the toilet bowl leads, this possibly by an overflow of the cistern can be done. This is particularly advantageous if the Pools are at different levels.
- At least one of the gray water reservoirs can have a drain for such sludge.
- a sludge drain through an odor trap be connectable with a process, in particular with the common sequence of the device. It can be provided the sludge from container 2 into container 1 is returned.
- the invention can also be provided Connect the sludge drain to the toilet bowl.
- the toilet bowl has an odor trap, so that this can be used at the same time.
- the device can be designed such that with every triggered flushing process also the Mud drain is opened, which then leads into the toilet bowl.
- the holder according to the invention can at least partially removable front wall or a removable one Have side wall.
- the holder can be removed and / or opened Have parts that give access to the pumps, Enable valves, control elements or the like.
- the invention proposes that the bracket including all of its individual parts are pre-installed at the factory. Then the unit only needs to be set up on the spot and to be connected.
- Fig. 1 are only the essential components of a device shown according to the invention.
- a container 1 shown by partitions 2 in three Compartments is divided. These compartments form a first Gray water storage 3, a second gray water storage 4 and a third gray water tank 5.
- This gray water tank 3, 4 and 5 are interconnected, as in the beginning German published application 195 09 531 in individual is described. These details are therefore here not repeated.
- a cistern is partly in front of and below the container 1 6 arranged for a toilet flush. From the in Fig. 1 right gray water tank 5 leads a line 7 in the Cistern 6.
- a pipe 8 leads from the cistern 6 into a toilet bowl 9, attached to the front of the device.
- a line that cannot be seen in FIG. 1 leads from the toilet bowl in a sequence 10. This sequence is during installation the device with an existing drain line connected.
- the assembly includes a front wall 11 which has a recess for the front 12 of the cistern 6. Of the The front of the cistern 6 is therefore from the outside accessible.
- Container 1 which holds the individual gray water storage tanks, is directly in the upper area within the unit arranged behind the front wall 11. In the area of The cistern 6 runs the front wall 13 of the container 11 diagonally backwards and downwards, so that space at this point for the cistern 6 is available.
- An overflow line 14 shown in FIG. 2 leads behind the Cistern 6 for the common process 10.
- the unit shown in Fig. 2 can have a connection have for the power grid to the power supply of the necessary pumps, valves and control. It can also have a pipe connection for drinking water so that in case of insufficient supply the toilet flush can be operated with gray water.
- the assembly also includes an input port for the gray water from a shower tray, a bathtub or a wash basin.
- Fig. 2 The unit shown schematically in Fig. 2 can factory assembled, possibly even with the toilet bowl 9. The assembly is then transported to the location where it should be installed. There it is set up that the connection devices fit together and then attached to the wall.
- the existing one can Unscrewed toilet bowl from the wall, the system set up and connected, and then the toilet bowl be attached to the system.
- FIGS 3 and 4 show another device according to the Invention in more detail.
- the device contains four vertically extending stands 21, which from the floor 22 to reach to the ceiling 23.
- the stand 21 are by side Cross bars 24 and front cross bars 25 reinforced.
- On the front side a cover plate 26 is attached, which is an optical Cover forms.
- a container 28 arranged by two vertical partitions 29 is divided into three compartments, namely a first memory 28a, a second memory 28b and a third memory 28c.
- a pump 30 is provided that the dirty water from the Spout a bath or shower tray into the container 28a supplies a hose 31.
- the hose 31 opens into one Spout 32 in memory 28a.
- This memory 28a is the memory in which the Dirty water is initially there, so there is a deposit of the sludge can take place. From the memory 28 leads an overflow 33 via a siphon 34 to drain from the device.
- the cistern contains on his Front two push buttons 39, with which either one large or a small amount of water released into the sink 27 can be.
- the electronics are on the side in a control box 40 housed.
- FIG. 5 shows one compared to the embodiment according to FIG. 3 and 4 modified embodiment in which the container 28 is extends over the entire width of the device for better Space utilization.
- the overflow leading to siphon 34 leads through the interior of the memory 28a.
- Figures 6 and 7 show Figures 3 and 4 corresponding Representations in a further embodiment, in which containers 28a and 28b are juxtaposed while the storage 28c for the water to be removed below of the two first-mentioned memories 28a and 28b is arranged.
- the cistern function for the toilet bowl is in the container 28c integrated.
- the controller and possibly the pumps can with advantage above the first two stores 28a, 28b are arranged, as is the feed option for drinking water.
- This is shown in Figures 6 and 7 Design is characterized by the fact that it is built very compact becomes. So it can be flatter or with the same storage volume be built narrower.
