Claims (10)
- Verfahren zum Identifizieren der lagebezogenen Herkunft von Fremdstoffen (28) in Faserballen, insbesondere in Baumwollballen, nach deren Ausscheidung, bei dem von wenigstens einer Ballenvorlage (26) bestehend aus mehreren Faserballen (27) mittels einer relativ zur Ballenvorlage bewegten Abtragvorrichtung (1) Fasern abgetragen und über eine vorzugsweise pneumatische Transportvorrichtung (8, 9) einer Ausscheidevorrichtung (10) zugeführt werden, welche Fremdstoffe ausscheidet, wobei die Relativlage der Abtragvorrichtung (1) und die Transportzeit der Fasern zwischen der Abtragvorrichtung (1) und der Ausscheidevorrichtung (10) in jeder Relativlage ermittelt wird, wobei bei einem Ausscheidevorgang unter Berücksichtigung der genannten Grössen auf die Position der Abtragvorrichtung (1) zum Zeitpunkt der Abtragung des Fremdstoffes (28) geschlossen wird, und wobei ferner die ermittelte Abtragposition des Fremdstoffes an der Ballenvorlage als Signal gespeichert wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Transportzeit bei einer gegebenen Transportgeschwindigkeit an verschiedenen Referenzpositionen der Abtragvorrichtung (1) empirisch ermittelt und in einem Rechner (20) gespeichert wird und dass aufgrund der Referenzwerte durch Interpolation jeder Relativlage eine Transportzeit zugeordnet wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtragvorrichtung (1) auf verschiedenen horizontalen Ebenen linear über die Ballenvorlage (26) vorgeschoben wird und dass die Relativlage der Abtragvorrichtung bezogen auf die Vorschubstrecke (5) und/oder bezogen auf die horizontale Ebene mit wenigstens einem Positionssensor ermittelt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Relativlage der Abtragvorrichtung (1) wenigstens bezogen auf die Vorschubstrecke (5) mit einem Entfernungsmessgerät (7) ermittelt wird, das die Entfernung der Abtragvorrichtung zu einem ortsfesten Messpunkt misst.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Anzahl der Ausscheidevorgänge für mehrere horizontale Ebenen bezogen auf die Abtragposition des Fremdstoffes ermittelt und vorzugsweise als Diagramm dargestellt wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Identifizieren der lagebezogenen Herkunft von Fremdstoffen (28) in Faserballen, insbesondere in Baumwollballen, nach deren Ausscheidung,mit einer relativ zum Faserballen bewegbaren Abtragvorrichtung (1) zum Abtragen von Fasern,mit einer Ausscheidevorrichtung (10) zum Ausscheiden von sensorisch ermittelten Fremdstoffen (28) in den Fasern,mit einer vorzugsweise pneumatischen Transportvorrichtung (8, 9) für den Transport der abgetragenen Fasern als Fasergutstrom zu der Ausscheidevorrichtung (10),mit wenigstens einem Positionssensor (7) zum Ermitteln der Relativlage der Abtragvorrichtung (1),mit einem Rechner (20) zum Ermitteln der Relativlage der Abtragvorrichtung (1) bei einem Ausscheidevorgang unter Berücksichtigung der Transportzeit zwischen Abtragung und Ausscheidung eines Fremdstoffes (28),sowie mit einem Datenspeicher (23) zum Speichern der ermittelten Abtragposition.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Abtragvorrichtung (1) auf verschiedenen horizontalen Ebenen linear über eine Ballenvorlage (26) vorschiebbar ist und dass der Positionssensor (7) ein Entfernungsmessgerät ist, mit dem die Entfernung der Abtragvorrichtung zu einem festen Messpunkt wenigstens bezogen auf die lineare Vorschubstrecke (5) messbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Entfernungsmessgerät (7) ein ortsfestes Lasermessgerät ist, das auf eine an der Abtragvorrichtung (1) angeordnete Reflexionsfläche gerichtet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass einer Abtragvorrichtung (1) mehrere voneinander getrennte Arbeitsbereiche (A,B,C,D) zugeordnet sind und dass an jedem Arbeitsbereich ein Signal zur Identifikation des Arbeitsbereichs erzeugbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 7 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Abtragvorrichtungen (1A,1B) über je eine Transportvorrichtung mit der gleichen Ausscheidevorrichtung (10) verbunden sind und dass an jeder Abtragvorrichtung ein Signal zur Identifikation der Abtragvorrichtung erzeugbar ist.
