Description
Zunächst wird der Spulenkern 3 axial auf das Stützteil 33 aufgesetzt und mit der radialen inneren Umfangsfläche seines Ringteiles 32 gegen die äußere Umfangsfläche des Stützteiles 33 zur Anlage gebracht und damit ausgerichtet. Sodann wird die Rutschkupplung 16 in den radialen Innenbereich des Spulenkerns 11 der Aufwickelspule axial eingeführt, bis die Anschläge 20 am zugeordneten Ringbund 21 des Spulenkerns 11 zur Anlage kommen. Hiernach wird die zentrale Ringhülse 25 mit ihrem Wellenansatz 26 axial auf die Lagerachse 15 soweit aufgesteckt, bis die Außenverzahnung 27 am Wellenabsatz 26 mit der Innenverzahnung 28 am Spulenkern 3 der Aufwickelspule kämmt und der radiale Halteabsatz 31 der Federzunge 29 zur axialen Fixierung der zentralen Ringhülse 25 ausgefedert ist. In dieser Stellung liegen die beiden einander zugewandten Seitenflächen der Ringscheiben 13 und 14 ebenfalls aufeinander. Damit ist die Montage der gesamten Getriebeanordnung, die aus nur einer Einbaurichtung her erfolgen kann, bereits beendet.
Claims (16)
- Getriebeanordnung zum Antrieb des Spulenkerns (11) einer Aufwickelspule für ein Transferband (5) durch den Spulenkern (3) einer seitlich von der Aufwickelspule und radial zu dieser versetzt angeordneten Vorratsspule im Gehäuse (2) eines Transferdispensers oder in einer Wechselkassette (1) für einen solchen, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß ein von der Vorratsspule angetriebenes erstes Zahnrad, das mit einem zweiten Zahnrad, welches zum Antrieb der Aufwickelspule dient, in kämmendem Eingriff steht, wobei der Teilkreisdurchmesser des zweiten Zahnrads kleiner als der des ersten Zahnrads und zwischen dem Spulenkern (11) einer der beiden Spulen und dem zugeordneten Zahnrad (27) eine Rutschkupplung (16) zwischengeschaltet sowie an jedem Spulenkern (3, 11) und dessen der anderen Spule zugewandten Seite eine radial überstehende Ringscheibe (13, 14) vorgesehen ist, wobei beide Spulenkerne (3, 11) mit ihren einander zugewandten Ringscheiben (13, 14) teilweise aneinander anliegen, daß ferner das erste Zahnrad in Form einer mit dem Spulenkern (3) der Vorratsspule verbundenen Innenverzahnung (28) ausgebildet ist, in deren Innenraum das zweite Zahnrad liegt, daß die Aufwickelspule mit einer zentralen Ringhülse (25) verdrehbar auf einer gehäuse- oder kassettenfesten Lagerachse (15) sitzt, und daß die Ringhülse (25) mit einem seitlichen Ansatz (26) versehen ist, der das zweite mit dem ersten Zahnrad kämmende Zahnrad mit einer Außenverzahnung (27) trägt.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutschkupplung (16) zwischen dem Spulenkern (11) der Aufwickelspule und der Lagerachse (15) angeordnet ist und die zentrale Ringhülse (25) umfaßt.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Innenverzahnung (28) einstückig am Innenumfang des Spulenkerns (3) der Vorratsspule ausgebildet ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Durchmesser des Spulenkerns (11) der Aufwickelspule mindestens so groß wie der des Spulenkerns (3) der Vorratsspule ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Außendurchmesser der Ringscheiben (13, 14) beider Spulenkerne (3, 11) gleich groß sind.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 2 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutschkupplung (16) mehrere von der zentralen Ringhülse (25) ausgehende Federstege (19) aufweist, die unter Vorspannung gegen den Innendurchmesser des Spulenkerns (11) der Aufwickelspule anliegen und diesen tragen.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß sich der Spulenkern (3) der Vorratsspule mit seiner der Ringscheibe (13) abgewandten axialen Stirnfläche in axialer Richtung am Gehäuse (2) oder an der Kassette (1) abstützt und an seinem Innenumfang an einer oder mehreren Stützstellen (33), die von der Eingriffsstelle der Innenverzahnung (28) mit dem zweiten Zahnrad (27) versetzt angebracht ist/sind, gehäuse- bzw. kassettenfest abgestützt wird.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Spulenkern der Vorratsspule an einer der Eingriffsstelle ihrer Innenverzahnung (28) mit dem zweiten Zahnrad (27) radial gegenüberliegenden Stelle von einem gehäuse- oder kassettenfesten Stützteil (33) radial zu seiner Drehachse hin abgestützt wird.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützteil als ein sich über einen Winkelabschnitt hinweg erstreckendes bogenförmiges, mit dem Gehäuse bzw. der Kassette verbundenes Stützteil (33) ausgebildet ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das bogenförmige Stützteil (33) den Spulenkern (3) der Vorratsspule über einen Winkelbereich von etwa 180° hinweg radial abstützt.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 8 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Stützteil (33) einstückig mit einer Seitenwand (11) des Gehäuses oder der Kassette ausgebildet ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutschkupplung (16) neben den Federstegen (19) auch noch radial verlaufende Stützstege (17) zur Abstützung des Innendurchmessers der Aufwickelspule aufweisen, in die die Federstege (19) an ihrem radial innenliegenden Ende einlaufen.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die radialen Stützstege (17) an ihren freien Enden mit Stützschuhen (18) versehen sind, die an ihrer Oberfläche eine der Innenfläche des Spulenkerns (11) der Aufwickelspule angepaßte Anlagefläche aufweisen.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an den Stützschuhen (18) auf deren dem zweiten Zahnrad abgewandten Seiten liegenden axialen Enden radial über die Stützschuhe (18) überstehende Anschläge (20) angebracht sind, die axial gegen einen entsprechend am Innenumfang des Spulenkerns (11) der Aufwickelspule vorgesehenen Ringabsatz (21) anliegen.
- Getriebeanordnung nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Rutschkupplung (16) einschließlich ihrem seitlichen Ansatz (26) und dem zweiten Zahnrad (27) einstückig aus Kunststoff gefertigt ist.
- Getriebeanordnung nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der gehäuse- bzw. kassettenfesten Lagerachse (15) mindestens ein Abschnitt ihres Ringumfangs als eine bis zum freien axialen Ende der Lagerachse (16) axial verlaufende Zunge (29) ausgebildet ist, die an ihrem freien Ende mit einem radial überstehenden Anschlag (31) versehen ist, der im montierten Zustand gegen die radiale Endfläche der Ringhülse (25) axial anliegt und beide Spulen verdrehbar gegenüber dem Gehäuse (2) bzw. der Kassette (1) fixiert.
