Claims (9)
- Zum zylindrischen Biegen einer Platte dienende Biegemaschine mit einem Gestell (4), einer Oberwalze (5) und mindestens zwei Unterwalzen (6, 7), von denen mindestens eine an mindestens einem Ende ein Antriebs-Organ aufweist, mit zwei Ständern (11), die einen zum Biegen der Platte bestimmten Walzabschnitt begrenzen, zum Aufbringen des Biegedruckes auf mindestens eine Walze bestimmt sind und einen auf die Länge der zu biegenden Platte eingestellten Abstand d voneinander haben, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mindestens ein Ständer (11) horizontal verschiebbar ist, so dass der genannte Abstand d wahlweise und in Abhängigkeit von der Länge und/oder Dicke der zu biegenden Platte verändert werden kann.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass beide Ständer (11) horizontal verschiebbar sind.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jeder Ständer (11) zwei auf einander abgewandten Seiten der Walzen (5, 6, 7) angeordnete Seitenteile (12), ein die oberen Enden der Seitenteile (12) miteinander verbindendes Joch (13) und eine die unteren Enden der Seitenteile (12) miteinander verbindende Platte (14) besitzt, und dass die beiden unteren Enden der Seitenteile (12) verschiebbar in Führungen (4a) des Gestelles (4) sitzen.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Stellmittel vorhanden sind, um die Ständer (11) synchron zueinander und voneinander zu verschieben.
- Biegemaschine nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellmittel derart ausgebildet sind, dass der Abstand d stufenlosen variierbar ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellmittel zwei Hydraulikzylinder (31) umfassen, von denen je einer zu je einem Ständer (11) gehört und aus einem ortsfesten Zylinderkopf (32) und einer in diesem verschiebbaren Kolbenstange (33) besteht, welche mit ihrem freien Ende mit der Platte (14) des Ständers (11) verbunden ist.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 4 oder 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Stellmittel zwei Spindeln umfassen, von denen je eine zu je einem Ständer gehört.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Drei-Walzen-Maschine ist, also zwei Unterwalzen besitzt.
- Biegemaschine nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sie eine Vier-Walzenmaschine ist, also drei Unterwalzen besitzt.
