Claims (14)
- Verfahren zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken (2), insbesondere Bekleidungsstücken, die an Transportbügeln (3) hängen, zu einer Wäschereivorrichtung (1), insbesondere einem Faltautomaten, wobei der Transportbügel (3) vom Wäschestück (2) entfernt wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportbügel (3) während des Transports vom bewegten Wäschestück (2) entfernt wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß beim Abbügeln der Transportbügel (3) und das Wäschestück (2) sich im wesentlichen in einer gemeinsamen Ebene befinden und die Abzugsbewegung im wesentlichen entlang dieser Ebene erfolgt.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportbügel (3) vor dem Entfernen während der Transportbewegung entriegelt und geöffnet bzw. eingeklappt wird, wobei das Wäschestück (2) beim Abbügeln im wesentlichen gleichläufig mit dem Transportbügel (3) bewegt und dabei eigenständig geführt und angetrieben wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, 2, oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der geöffnete Transportbügel (3) schneller als das Wäschestück (2) bewegt und dadurch abgezogen wird, oder daß der geöffnete Transportbügel (3) vom Wäschestück (2) abgezogen wird, indem der Transportbügel (3) und das Wäschestück (2) in verschiedene Richtungen allmählich voneinander wegbewegt werden.
- Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Transportbügel (3) mit dem Wäschestück (2) an die Wäschereivorrichtung (1) übergeben wird, wonach während der Transportbewegung eine Ärmelfaltung durchgeführt, anschließend der Transportbügel (3) entfernt und danach das Wäschestück (2) längs und quergefaltet wird.
- Vorrichtung zum Zuführen von Wäschestücken, insbesondere Bekleidungsstücken, die an Transportbügeln hängen, zu einer Wäschereivorrichtung, insbesondere einem Faltautomaten, mit einer Abbügelvorrichtung, die den Transportbügel vom Wäschestück entfernt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbügelvorrichtung (8) derart ausgebildet und angetrieben ist, daß der Transportbügel (3) während des Transports vom bewegten Wäschestück (2) entfernbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbügelvorrichtung (8) mindestens zwei getrennte und kontinuierlich angetriebene Transport- und Fördervorrichtungen (11,18,19) für Transportbügel (3) und Wäschestück (2) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6 oder 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbügelvorrichtung (8) eine mitbewegte Entriegelungsvorrichtung (24) für den Transportbügel (3) aufweist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, 7 oder 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Abbügelvorrichtung (8) eine Abbügelstrecke (7) aufweist, in deren Bereich die Transport-, Förderund Entriegelungsvorrichtungen (11,18,19,24) im wesentlichen parallel laufen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Transport-, Förder- und Entriegelungsvorrichtungen (11,18,19,24) zumindest zeitweise auf unterschiedliche Geschwindigkeiten einstellbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß vor der Abbügelstrecke (7) eine Ärmelfaltvorrichtung (21) angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß hinter der Abbügelstrecke (7) eine Längs- und Querfaltvorrichtung (9,10) angeordnet sind, die die Faltungen am bewegten Wäschestück (2) ausführen.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an der Abbügelstrecke (7) ein erster oberer Wäscheförderer (18) mit geteilten und seitlich distanzierten Bändern angeordnet ist, zwischen denen die Transport- und Entriegelungsvorrichtung (11,24) verlaufen, wobei an den oberen Wäscheförderer (18) endseitig mit Überlappung ein unterer Wäscheförderer (19) anschließt.
- Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 6 bis 13, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Entriegelungsvorrichtung (24) in den Bewegungen auf die Transportvorrichtung (11) abgestimmt ist und einen mitbewegten Bolzen (25) aufweist, der den Riegelstift (28) des Transportbügels (3) während der Transportbewegung eindrückt, wobei die Entriegelungsvorrichtung (24) etwa in Höhe des unteren Wäscheförderers (19) endet, wobei im anschließenden Überlappungsbereich der Wäscheförderer (18,19) die Transportvorrichtung (11) den Transportbügel (3) beschleunigt und vom Wäschestück (2) abzieht.
