Claims (11)
- Handstopfvorrichtung für Zigarettenhülsen, insbesondere für Zigarettenfilterhülsen, mit einer sich in Längsrichtung derselben erstreckenden Tabakpreßkammer, welche durch ein in einem Bodenteil (14) angeordnetes Gehäuse (12), einen an einem das Gehäuse (12) abdeckenden und an dem Gehäuse (12) angelenkten Deckel (18) vorgesehenen Preßbalken (16), einen Ausstoßschieber (22) sowie gegebenenfalls einen mit diesem verbundenen Löffel (20) zum Ausstoßen eines in der Tabakpreßkammer gepreßten Tabakstranges aus dieser über eine im Gehäuse (12) vorgesehene Öffnung (24) in eine Zigarettenhülse gebildet ist, einer Klemmeinrichtung (59), welche die Zigarettenhülse auf einen am Ausgang der Tabakpreßkammer angeordneten Rohrstutzen (50) klemmend hält und einer Rast-, Schnapp- oder dergleichen -vorrichtung (60) zur lösbaren Verbindung von Gehäuse (12), Deckel (18), dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein versetzbar angeordneter Anschlag (84) vorgesehen ist, dessen Position den maximalen Rückzug des Ausstoßschiebers (22) in die Tabakfüllstellung begrenzt, so daß die Füllmenge (FL1, FL2, FL3) der Tabakpreßkammer durch Versetzen des Anschlags (84) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Anschlag (84) am Bodenteil (14) angeordnet ist, insbesondere durch einen Quersteg gebildet ist, der in der Bodenwand (44) des Bodenteils (14) in Richtung parallel zur Tabakausstoßrichtung versetzbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der den Anschlag bildende Quersteg (84) innerhalb eines in die Bodenwand (44) des Bodenteils (14) gesondert einfügbaren Bodenwand-Einsatzteils (88) versetzbar angeordnet ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als Anschlag dienende Quersteg (84) innerhalb des gesondert einfügbaren Bodenwand-Einsatzteils (88) aus einer Normalstellung, in der die Füllänge (FL 1) der Tabakpreßkammer maximal ist, in mindestens eine, insbesondere zwei unterschiedliche Stellungen (Fig. 17, 18) versetzbar ist, in der bzw. denen die Füllänge (FL 2, FL 3) der Tabakpreßkammer entsprechend reduziert ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3 oder 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der als Anschlag dienende Quersteg (84) integraler Teil eines plättchenartigen Elements (90) ist, das innerhalb einer etwa rechteckförmigen Ausnehmung (92) des gesondert einfügbaren Bodenwand-Einsatzteils (88) längsverschieblich gelagert und an vorbestimmten Stellen unverschieblich einrastbar ist.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das plättchenartige Element (90) an seinen den Stirnseiten des Quersteges (84) zugeordneten Flachseiten jeweils einen Längssteg (94) sowie im Abstand oberhalb desselben einen Vorsprung (96) aufweist, zwischen denen sich zum Zwecke der Längsverschiebung des plättchenartigen Elements (90) jeweils ein komplementärer Längssteg (98) an den beiden Längsseiten der Ausnehmung (92) im Bodenwand-Einsatzteil (88) hindurcherstreckt, wobei diese Längsstege (98) im axialen Abstand voneinander angeordnete Ausnehmungen (100) aufweisen, in die die am plättchenartigen Element (90) ausgebildeten Vorsprünge (96) zur Festlegung der Axiallage des plättchenartigen Elements einrastbar sind.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Ausnehmung (92) im Bodenwand-Einsatzteil (88) eine Einstecköffnung für das plättchenartige Element (90) aufweist, die nach dem Einsetzen des plättchenartigen Elements (90) durch ein Verschlußelement (102) verschließbar ist.
- Handstopfvorrichtung für Zigarettenhülsen, insbesondere Zigarettenfilterhülsen, mit einer sich in Längsrichtung derselben erstreckenden Tabakpreßkammer, welcher ein Preßbalken (16) sowie ein Ausstoßschieber (22) zum Ausstoßen eines in der Tabakpreßkammer gepreßten Tabakstranges aus dieser in eine Zigarettenhülse zugeordnet ist,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß
ein versetzbar angeordneter Anschlag (84) vorgesehen ist, dessen Position den maximalen Rückzug des Ausstoßschiebers (22) in die Tabakfüllstellung begrenzt, so daß die Füllmenge (FL1, FL2, FL3) der Tabakpreßkammer durch Versetzen des Anschlags (84) einstellbar ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß der maximale Rückzug des Ausstoßschiebers (22) in seine Füllstellung durch einen versetzbaren Anschlag begrenzt ist, der entweder unmittelbar mit dem Ausstoßschieber (22) oder dessen Betätigungseinrichtung zusammenwirkt. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein einziger Preßbalken (16) zur Verwendung bei allen einstellbaren Füllängen (FL1, FL2, FL3) der Tabakpreßkammer vorgesehen ist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 8 oder 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet,
daß ein einziger Preßbalken (16) zur Verwendung bei allen einstellbaren Füllängen (FL1, FL2, FL3) der Tabakpreßkammer vorgesehen ist.
